This innovation is related to mobile phone case impermeable to electromagnetic waves through new systems. The fabric used in the product undergoes various stages and has a feature impermeable to electromagnetic waves and the fabric becomes soft, flexible, health, air and water permeable.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Mobile phones and similar electronic appliances propagate electromagnetic waves continuously. Today, with the widespread use of advancing technology, every person has at least one of these devices. Carrying such devices continuously causes severe exposure to electromagnetic waves and as a result their health might be affected seriously.
This innovation is a mobile phone case retaining scattering electromagnetic waves through new systems. With this, people are protected from electromagnetic waves spread from electronic devices they carry. The innovation is impermeable to electromagnetic waves of mobile phones and it is able to retain and scatter electromagnetic waves harmful to human body and thus proves to be a secure product. The case is permeable to air and water.

The innovation comprise of raw fabric(1), dyeing/finishing unit (2), ignition process (3), coating process (4), washing process (5), drying process (6), fastening process (7) and fabric impermeable to electromagnetic waves (8), Textile surface of Fabric and accessories (9), Mobile phone case impermeable to electromagnetic waves (10).
2. The innovation in Claim 1, the first step is to weave raw fabric stem (1).
3. In the innovation in Claim 1 , raw fabric undergoes raw nylon fabric finishing process at high temperature machinery with hot water at dyeing/finishing unit (2) the product undergoes raw nylon fabric finishing process at high temperature machinery with hot water.
4. The innovation in Claim 1 is the raw fabric passing through the ignition machinery (1) to remove the remainders of small fibers, the fabric is passed through the ignition machinery (3).
5. The innovation in Claim 1 is the raw fabric coated with silver metal liquid nylon fabric through the coating method (4).
6. The innovation in Claim 1 is the fabric which is washed with hot water at high temperature machinery (5) after coating process (4), the fabric is washed with hot water in high temperature machinery.
7. The innovation in Claim 1 is the fabric which undergoes drying process (6) in drying machinery after washing process (5).
8. The innovation in Claim 1 is the fabric which is fastened at leveling machine (7) after drying process (6).
9. The innovation in Claim 1 is the fabric passing through fixation machinery and coating is fastened the final product of 30-60 gram/m2 impermeable to electromagnetic waves (8). The produced fabric is used interior sides of the mobile phone case.
10. The innovation in Claim 1 is the fabric the outer surface of which is coated with, exterior surface textile and accessories suitable to model (9).
11. The innovation in Claim 1 is the fabric the pieces of which are stitched and at last the mobile phone case impermeable to electromagnetic waves (10).
