Abstract

본 발명은 비드밀 용액분산법을 이용하여 친환경적이고 용이한 방법으로 우수한 분산성, 젯팅성, 낮은 비저항을 보유한 전도성 금속 나노입자 잉크를 제조할 수 있는 비드밀 용액분산법을 이용한 전도성 금속 나노입자 잉크 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 잉크는 금속 나노입자 10 내지 90중량% 및 잉크용매 10 내지 90중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 잉크의 제조방법은 파우더 상태의 금속 나노입자를 준비하는 단계; 및 상기 파우더 상태의 금속 나노입자를 잉크용매와 함께 비드밀에 투입하여 금속 나노입자를 균일하게 분산 및 분쇄시키는 비드밀 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
