Abstract

La présente invention a trait à un procédé permettant de coder et de décoder des informations d'image ainsi qu'à un appareil utilisant ce procédé. Le procédé permettant de coder les informations d'image, selon la présente invention, consiste : à générer un bloc récupérateur ; à appliquer un filtre de déblocage sur le bloc récupérateur ; à appliquer un décalage adaptatif d'échantillon (SAO) sur le bloc récupérateur sur lequel est appliqué le filtre de déblocage ; et à transmettre les informations d'image comportant des informations sur le SAO appliqué. Au cours de la transmission, des informations servant à préciser les bandes qui englobent l'étendue d'une valeur de pixel, sur lesquelles est appliqué un décalage de bande, sont transmises lorsque le décalage de bande est appliqué durant l'application du SAO.
