Description

Containers for storing agricultural products
The present invention relates to a container for storing agricultural products, and more particularly, to a container for storing agricultural products, which can store harvested agricultural products in a warehouse for a long time, and is easy to transport and manage.
Farmers usually manage agricultural products by harvesting them and storing them in storage warehouses and then shipping them at one time or only as needed.
In general, grains that are easy to store (rice, barley, beans, etc.) are harvested after being dried in the natural state, and have been stored by further drying in the natural state for long-term storage.
Conventionally, the above operations have been carried out by manpower, but now both harvesting and drying are carried out by machines, and the storage of grains is also stored in a warehouse equipped with air conditioning facilities, thereby reducing the costs associated with harvesting, drying and storage and increasing efficiency. Storage systems are developing.
Fruits (apples, pears, sweet persimmons, etc.), which can be stored for a long time and are relatively difficult to mechanize, are harvested in plastic boxes, transported to warehouses, and stored in boxes. It is perforated to allow some air permeability within the warehouse and improve storage.
However, horticultural crops (garlic, onion, cabbage, etc.), which are relatively inexpensive with less storage capacity than the above items, do not develop mechanization of the working process, and the storage method is stored in pallets and piled up by manpower on the pallet. Since the flow of cold air depends on the convection method, since the cold air is not uniformly supplied to the inside of the stored matter, a lot of agricultural products are decayed over time, and the merchandise is deteriorated.
In the conventional case, because the structure is vented through natural convection, the warehouse must be installed in a well-ventilated place, and thus there are many restrictions in selecting the location of the warehouse.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, it is possible to store the harvested agricultural products immediately after harvesting, and has its own ventilation unit to provide a container for storing agricultural products that can increase the storage efficiency of agricultural products. .

Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings will be described in more detail a container for agricultural product storage (hereinafter referred to as 'container') according to the present invention.
1 to 5 show a first embodiment of a container 100 according to the invention.
Referring to the drawings, the container 100 is made of a main body 110, a blowing unit 120 for introducing air into the body 110 and the body 110 can be easily stacked up and down easily First and second connection parts (131, 132) are included.
The main body 110 is a hexahedral shape is provided with a storage space for storing agricultural products therein, the opening 111 is formed on one side to allow entry and exit into the interior, the opening 111 is an opening and closing door ( 112). One side of the main body 110 has a see-through window 113 is formed to check the internal space from the outside, it is possible to easily observe the internal state of the main body 110 from the outside without opening the door 112.
In addition, a plurality of hook rods 116 are formed inside the main body 110, and the hook rods 116 are fitted into the through holes 125 formed in the side wall guide pipe 124 to be described later, and the main body 110. It extends across the internal space of the, because the storage form is different depending on the agricultural products, the hook rod 116 is installed as necessary to hang the agricultural products on the hook rod 116 to be stored. Of course, if the hook rod 116 is not necessary, the hook rod 116 may be removed and the agricultural products may be stored in the interior of the main body 110.
The blowing unit 120 is for forcibly introducing external air into the body 110 to maintain a good storage state of agricultural products stored in the body 110.
The air blowing unit 120 includes a blower 121 formed at one side of the main body 110, an induction pipe 123, a support plate 126, and a side wall guide pipe 124 installed inside the main body 110. do.
As shown in FIG. 4, an inlet hole 114 is formed at the rear of the main body 110 so that external air can be introduced therein. The inlet hole 114 may be opened and closed by a sliding door 115. . In the process of harvesting agricultural products at the harvest site, dust or soil may be introduced, thereby closing the sliding door 115 to close the inlet hole 114, and the sliding door to allow the inflow of air in a state of storage. Open 115).
The blower 121 forcibly sucks air from the outside through the inlet hole 114 to supply the inside of the main body 110, and the blower 122 is formed at the bottom of the main body 110 to discharge the air. The inflow is made through the bottom surface of the body 110.
The induction pipe 123 is to guide the air introduced through the blower 121 to the side wall of the main body 110. The air introduced through the blower 121 is moved upward through the ventilation hole 127 of the support plate 126. Since the blower 122 is formed at the center side of the main body 110, The amount of air supplied to both edges may be relatively short. Therefore, the direction of movement of air through the induction pipe 123 is dispersed in several places.
The induction pipe 123 extends inclined in the side wall direction of the main body 110 from the center line with respect to the center line in the front and rear direction of the bottom surface of the main body 110 in which the air vent 122 is formed. Therefore, the air discharged from the tuyeres 122 proceeds toward the front side along the center line, and then some of the air moves toward the edge of the main body 110 through the inlet of the induction pipe 123 and is supplied upward.
The support plate 126 is formed at a position spaced apart from the bottom surface of the main body 110 by a predetermined distance, and as described above, a plurality of ventilation holes 127 are formed to allow movement of air.
The side wall guide tube 124 is for guiding air to be discharged from the inner side wall of the main body 110. Two side wall guide tubes 124 are formed on both side walls of the main body 110, and a total of eight one at four corners of the main body 110, and air can move upward from the bottom surface of the main body 110. An inner flow path is formed so that the through holes 125 communicating with the inner flow path are spaced up and down so that air is supplied into the body 110 through the through holes 125.
Thus, the ventilation unit of the present invention can maintain the storage state of the stored agricultural products by allowing the air to be supplied through the entire area of the main body (110).
The first and second connectors 131 and 132 are for easily stacking the main body 110 up and down as shown in FIG. 5.
The first connection part 131 is provided on the upper surface of the main body 110, and is formed in the form of a cylindrical protrusion protruding upward from four corner portions of the upper surface of the main body 110, respectively.
In addition, the second connecting portion 132 is provided on the lower surface of the main body 110, and is formed at a position corresponding to the first connecting portion 131, and the receiving groove (on the lower surface so that the first connecting portion 131 can be inserted). 133 is formed. Therefore, when the main body 110 is stacked up and down, the first connecting portion 131 of the lower main body 110 is inserted into the second connecting portion 132 of the upper main body 110 so that the main body 110 can be safely stacked up and down. Can be.
Since the main body 110 can be stacked and stored in this manner, the space utilization in the storage warehouse can be increased, and the management is easy.
