Description

RAZOR WITH BLADE CLEANER
DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION
Area of application for invention
This invention is to a shaving razor double-sided edges and an integrated blade cleaner, which according to International Classification (IC) it is classified as B26B 21/38 -razor open-type or blade-shaped; blades and other shaving accessories with a scraping action.
Technical problem
Some of the problems one may encounter when shaving are caused by small hairs, the accumulation of grit and grime on razor blade edges, the inability to clean them and the blunting of blades due to grit and grime. This problem is especially present with thick, long and strong hairs, since the openings in-between become clogged more quickly, blunting of the razor blade leading to a shortened service life.
Techniques involved
Numerous solutions to this problem use one or more blades that have an edge only on the lower (one) side and an interval between the edges into which hairs and grit enters, with no possibility of incorporating a cleaner. Some solutions have an integrated cleaner between two blades, that partially expel accumulated grit, but is limited to only two blades in the razor with no ability to clean underneath. Description of the invention
The primary goal of the invention is to multiply the use of the shaving razor by using blades with double-sided edges.
The secondary goal of the invention is to provide improved cleaning and maintenance of the shaving razor.
Additional goals and advantages of the invention is in part presented in the description that follows, and in part will be shown in using the invention.
The shaving razor according to the first version of this invention included one or more blades with two-sided edges integrated into a holder, which also has integrated elements for tensioning the skin. The blades are located so that between each of them there is an interval, allowing the passing of hairs and grit. Above the blade holder is a cleaner that slides along the upper element for tensioning the skin using a pair of cleaning brushes. The number of blades or the number of openings between the blades and elements for skin-tensioning mechanisms correlates to the number of parallel pairs of brushes. The blade holder is incorporated into the handle mechanism carrying the shaving razor, in the mechanism there is a spring allowing movement of the blade holder with respect to the whole handle.
According to another manner of constructing the invention, there is one or more parallel blades with constructed edges on four sides of the whole shaving razor assembly. The blades are incorporated into the blade holder, which also carried in itself skin-tensioning mechanisms on all four sides, and in the middle external double-sided parts of the shaving razor between the blades. Between each blade, there is an opening for the opportunity of hairs and grit to pass through. According to this construct version of the invention, the floating cleaner from whose body the cleaning brushes exit to clean grit is situated in the middle of the blade holder. The brushes are directed to all four sides whereby the angle of the brushes is adjusted to the blade direction. Their number in a parallel placed relationship depends on the number of blades and interval between the blade and skin-tensioning mechanism, i.e. the number of blades in parallel. Sliding along the middle, the blade holder and brushes between the blades have a cleaning function.

Now attention will be given to particularities of the respective invention, with examples of constructs illustrated in the attached Figures.
Taking a look at Figures 1 and 2, it is evident that the shaving razor includes blades 10, for shaving, blades 10 are both double-sided edges 28, shown in Figure 3. The blades are assembled into the blade holder 12, the blade holder 12 also has integrated skin-tensioning mechanisms 14. The blades 10 are placed so that between them there is space for the passing of hairs and grit 24, just as there is between the blades and the skin-tensioning mechanisms 14, which is shown in Figure 3 and 4, where the space 24 is seen through which hairs and grit passes.
The cleaner 16, situated in the upper skin-tensioning mechanism 14 and cleaner holder 30 which is shown in Figure 8, the cleaner has two brush edges 18, visible in Figure 5, which by moving along the space 24 cleans the blades 10, cleaner has parallel brushes, shown in Figure 6, its number depends on the number of spaces 24 between the blades 10 and skin-tensioning mechanisms 14. Movement of the cleaner 16 in the direction left and right, brush edge 18 remove the hairs and grit from the blades 10. The cleaner 16 by moving towards the top, sliding along the holder 30, can be removed between the blades, so that it is possible to also mildly clean and maintain it.
In accordance with the invention, the blades 10 and skin-tensioning mechanisms 14 are placed on the holders 12, shown in Figure 2, and in that way assembled that are inserted into the handle mechanism 20, shown in Figures 1 and 9. The handle mechanism 20 has spring 22 that allows the complete assembly Figures 1 and 9 to slowly move with respect to handle 26 and also absorb and provide adjustment for the shaving razor with respect to the shaving area.
In accordance with the invention, the need use of the shaving razor is two-fold in the manner the blade handle is shown in Figure 3, and Figure 1 1 following long-term use and blunting of one side of the blade edge 10, blade holder 12 turns around its axis by 180 degrees in the handle mechanism 20, so that the upper unused blade edge 28 comes to the lower position, as shown in Figures 7 and 14-16.
The blade can be constructed in the manner so that the blade edges 28, using a fixed connection connected to the blade body 10 on its opposite sides.
Additionally, the respective invention according to another version provides a four-fold use of the shaving razor. Taking a look at Figure 9, it is possible to see that the shaving razor comprises the handle 26, the rotating limiter 20, a spring on the handle limiter 22, the stable handle mechanism 29 and blade edge holder 12 of the shaving razor. The shaving razor is visible in Figures 10 and 11, comprising of a blade holder 12 in which blades as inserted 10, on four sides, i.e. on the left and right side in the upper and lower section. The blades 10 can be one or more on each of the stated positions of the blade holder 12. The blade holder 12 carried in itself also skin-tensioning mechanisms 14 situated between the upper and lower, and the left and right blades 10. Between the adjacent skin tensioning mechanisms there is an opening for the exiting of grit 31 from the assembly.
According to this same invention, in the middle of the assembly, Figure 10 and 11, there is a floating cleaner 16, from whose body come out brushes 18 that are located between all these areas between the blades and skin-tensioning mechanisms 14. Movement of the cleaner left and right, up and down, the accumulated grit is cleaned from between the blades 10, and skin- tightening mechanisms 14. The cleaner in itself has an edge that passes through the left and right half of the assembly, extruding above the upper and lower assembly section and allows movement of the cleaner 16. Using water and the cleaner 16 the grit falls into the middle assembly and through the opening for expelling grit 31, which passes out of the assembly.
The assembly illustrated in Figures 9, 10 and 1 1 is inserted into a rotating limiter 20 of the handle 26, which is situated on the limiter supporter 32. Movement towards the front movable limiter 20 of the handle 26 (Figure 15) allows the assembly to rotate around its axis (Figure 16) and therefore allows the use of the other side of the blade. The spring 22 of the handler limiter 20 allows the rotating limiter 20 of the handle 26 to automatically return to the first position. Rotating the rotational limiter 20 around its axis, as is illustrated in Figure 17, the following blades are positioned for use. The stable limiter 29 of the handle 26 is in direct contact with the blade holder 12, illustrated in Figure 9, thereby allowing its shape in a contact point so that the blade holder 12 can be partially rotate around its axis in a manner so that it adapts to the shaving area.
Manner of applying the invention
In this way, the invention provides a practical and useful device that can be economically manufactured and that includes significant improvements with respect to earlier known devices of this type.
Experts will find it obvious that numerous versions and modification can be made on the shaving razors based on this invention, without abandoning the scope and spirit of this invention.
