一种便携式咖啡机的旋转手把结构,包括手把本体(1),所述手把本体(1)的中部设有适合人手把握的把手部(11),上下两端设有向水平延伸的上安装部(12)和下安装部(13)使手把本体(1)整体上呈C字形;所述上安装部(12)和下安装部(13)分别旋转连接在咖啡机的机身(2)的顶部和底部上,以使手把本体(1)围绕机身(2)旋转露出或覆盖咖啡机的机头(3)。在咖啡机不使用的时候,可以转成手提模式,在这个模式下人能够很方便地把咖啡机带到任何地方;在使用机子的时候,只需要把手把一转,只要一个旋转动作即可把咖啡机的机头露出来制作咖啡。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种咖啡机,尤其是一种便携式咖啡机的旋转手把结构。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,香浓可口的咖啡已经成为人们生活的必需品,在实际使用中,人们可能会需要携带咖啡机,这就需要一种手提式的便携咖啡机。然而,市面上的便携咖啡机通常是手动的,缺乏一种便携式的半自动咖啡机。
发明内容
针对以上情况,本发明提供了一种新型的便携式咖啡机的旋转手把结构,配合市面上的半自动咖啡机使用以实现便携功能。
本发明采用的技术方案可以描述为:
一种手提式咖啡机的旋转式手把结构,包括手把本体,所述手把本体的中部设有适合人手把握的把手部,上下两端设有向水平延伸的上安装部和下安装部使手把本体整体上呈C字形;所述上安装部和下安装部分别旋转固定在咖啡机的机身的顶部和底部上,以使手把本体围绕机身旋转露出或覆盖咖啡机的机头。
作为以上技术方案的一种改进,所述下安装部内设有可伸缩的废水槽。
作为以上技术方案的一种改进,所述手把本体和机身的侧面构成容放水瓶的空间。
作为以上技术方案的一种改进,所述上安装部和下安装部与机身的顶部和底部通过互相匹配的轴和轴孔旋转连接。
作为以上技术方案的一种改进,所述下安装部上设有弹性肋板,所述弹性肋板上设有凸柱,所述机身底部设有与所述凸柱相对应的弧形导槽,所述弧形导槽与所述手把本体的旋转轴同心布置,所述导轨两端还设有通孔,所述凸柱插入所述弧形导槽中滑动使所述手把本体在所述弧形导槽所限定的范围内转动。
作为以上技术方案的一种改进,所述凸柱顶部为球形。
作为以上技术方案的一种改进,所述废水槽通过相互匹配的导轨和和导槽与所述下安装部实现滑动连接。
作为以上技术方案的一种改进,所述废水槽内设有垂直的肋条。
本发明的有益效果是:
应用本发明所提出了一种新颖的旋转式手把结构,在机子不使用的时候,可以转成手提模式。在这个模式下人能够很方便地把咖啡机带到任何地方;在使用机子的时候,只需要把手把一转,只要一个旋转动作即可把机身和机头露出来。另外,手把中还内置有一个废水槽,可用于盛放咖啡杯和废水,手把和机身之间还包括有可以容放瓶装水的空间,便于使用。

具体实施方式
如图1-6所示,本发明所提供了一种便携式咖啡机的旋转手把结构,配合半自动咖啡机使用实现便携功能。具体来讲,如图1所示,所述旋转式手把结构包括手把本体1,在实际生产中所述手把本体1可以由手把内件14和手把外件15组成,以便于生产。所述手把本体1的中部设有适合人手把握的把手部11,上下两端设有向水平延伸的上安装部12和下安装部13,使手把本体1整体上呈C字形并贴服在咖啡机的机身2的侧壁,减少空间占用。
安装时,所述上安装部12和下安装部13分别旋转固定在咖啡机的机身2顶部的上扣板21和底部的下扣板22上,使手把本体1能围绕机身2旋转,露出或覆盖咖啡机的机头3以满足使用和携带的不同需要,如图1和2所示。在此实施例中,所述旋转连接可以通过相互匹配的轴的轴孔实现,比如:如图3、4、5和6所示,上安装部12上可以设置轴孔121,而上扣板21上设置有与所述轴孔121相匹配的轴211,另外为了避免轴211从轴孔121中脱出,可在轴211上设置外径略大于轴孔121内径的凸起212,使用外力将轴211压入,使连接不易送脱。对下安装部13和下扣板22之间的连接可以采用类似的结构实现手把的旋转效果。
另外,为了保证手把本体1能围绕机身2旋转一定的角度,就需一个限位装置,在本实施例中,所述下安装部13上设有弹性肋板131,所述弹性肋板131上设有顶部为圆形的凸柱132,所述机身2底部的下扣板22上设有与所述凸柱132相对应的弧形导槽221,所述弧形导槽221与所述手把本体1的旋转轴同心布置,所述弧形导槽221两端还设有通孔222。这样,凸柱132卡入弧形导槽221中滑动,弧形导槽221的长度就限定了手把本体1的旋转角度,比如将所述弧形导槽221为1/4圆长,这样手把本体1就只能旋转90度。所述凸柱132旋转到弧形导槽221的两端时,在弹性肋板131的作用下卡入通孔222中,起到定位作用;在需要旋转改变位置时,通过外力旋转手把本体1,因凸柱132的顶部为圆形,在外力作用下克服弹性肋板131的弹力使凸柱132进入弧形导槽221中滑动直至卡入另一通孔222中定位。
如图3所示,所述下安装部13内还设有盛装废水的废水槽4,所述废水槽4通过相互匹配的导轨133和和导槽42与所述下安装部13实现滑动连接,进而实现伸缩功能。所述废水槽4内还设有垂直的肋条41,用于支撑咖啡杯6。
另外,在制作咖啡中,需要用到水,因此在本实施例中,在打开手把本体1露出机头3后(此时咖啡机处于使用状态),手把本体1和机身2的侧面构成一个容放水瓶5的空间,如图1所示。
以上所述只是本发明优选的实施方式,其并不构成对本发明保护范围的限制,只要是以基本相同的手段实现本发明的目的都应属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种便携式咖啡机的旋转手把结构,其特征在于:其包括手把本体(1),所述手把本体(1)的中部设有适合人手把握的把手部(11),上下两端设有向水平延伸的上安装部(12)和下安装部(13)使手把本体(1)整体上呈C字形;所述上安装部(12)和下安装部(13)分别旋转连接在咖啡机的机身(2)的顶部和底部上,以使手把本体(1)围绕机身(2)旋转露出或覆盖咖啡机的机头(3)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式咖啡机的旋转手把结构,其特征在于:所述下安装部(13)内设有可伸缩的废水槽(4)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式咖啡机的旋转手把结构,其特征在于:所述手把本体(1)和机身(2)的侧面构成容放水瓶(5)的空间。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式咖啡机的旋转手把结构,其特征在于:所述机身(2)顶部和底部分别设有上扣板(21)和下扣板(22),所述上安装部(12)和下安装部(13)分别与所述上扣板(21)和下扣板(22)通过互相匹配的轴和轴孔实现旋转连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式咖啡机的旋转手把结构,其特征在于:所述下安装部(13)上设有弹性肋板(131),所述弹性肋板(131)端部上设有凸柱(132),所述机身(2)底部设有下扣板(22),所述下扣板(22)上设有与所述凸柱(132)相对应的弧形导槽(221),所述弧形导槽(221)与所述手把本体(1)的旋转轴同心布置,所述弧形导槽(221)两端还设有通孔(222),所述凸柱(132)插入所述弧形导槽(221)中滑动使所述手把本体(1)在所述弧形导槽(221)所限定的范围内转动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种便携式咖啡机的旋转手把结构,其特征在于:所述凸柱(132)顶部为球形。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的一种便携式咖啡机的旋转手把结构,其特征在于:所述废水槽(4)通过相互匹配的导轨和和导槽与所述下安装部(13)实现滑动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的一种便携式咖啡机的旋转手把结构,其特征在于:所述废水槽(4)内设有垂直的肋条(41)。
