Abstract
The invention, "compositions for energy-boosting natural sweeteners, and sweetener produced from these compositions", relates to compositions for producing an energy-boosting natural sweetener containing D-ribose, and used in the food industry to sweeten beverages in general. A first composition comprises 1 to 10 gr D-ribose, 20 to 50 mg Luo Han Guo; 0.5 to 2% silicon dioxide; and a sweetening powder is obtained from this composition. A second composition, used to produce an energy-boosting liquid natural sweetener, comprises 100 to 800 mg D-ribose; 10 to 50 mg Luo Han Guo extract; 0.1 to 0.8% sodium benzoate as a preservative; 0.1 to 0.5% potassium sorbate as a preservative and water q.s. 100 ml.

COMPOSIÇÕES PARA ADOÇANTE ENERGÉTICO NATURAL E PRODUTO ADOÇANTE OBTIDO A PARTIR DAS COMPOSIÇÕES COMPOSITIONS FOR NATURAL ENERGY SUGAR AND SUGAR PRODUCT OBTAINED FROM THE COMPOSITIONS
O objeto do presente pedido de patente refere-se a composições para obtenção de um adoçante energético natural, utilizado no género alimentício para adoçar bebidas em geral. Refere-se ainda aos produtos obtidos das composições na sua forma pó e líquida. Existem no mercado diferentes tipos de adoçantes. Dentre os conhecidos estão os adoçantes à base de aspartame, sacarina sódica, sucralose, acesulfame-k, neotame, stevia, ciclamato de sódio. Podem ser citados nomes de produtos conhecidos comercialmente como Finn®, Assugrin®, Zero Cal®, Adocil®, Gold®, Linea®, Doce Menor®, dentre outros. Outra linha de aplicação de adoçantes consiste em adoçantes naturais à base de Stevia; já são conhecidos comercialmente diversos produtos como Stevia Plus® (lowsugar), Doce Menor Stevia®, Stevita®, Magro com Stevia®. Outras composições de adoçantes naturais também são encontrados, como os adoçantes que contém extratos de outras frutas, como o Luo Han Guo presente no produto comercialmente conhecido como Purelo® da empresa "Biovittoria" entre outros produtos abaixo relacionados. No estado da técnica diversos documentos de patentes fazem referência a adoçantes, dentre os quais alguns merecem ser citados, como o documento ΡΙΌ900 61-1 , o documento US2009/016251 1 , o documento MX20090013 7, o documento WO2007/062087, o documento US2008/0274258, o documento US2009/031 1404, o documento US2004/0137094, o documento US2008/0226803, o documento US7575772 e o documento WO2008030121 , que descrevem adoçantes contendo luo han guo em suas composições. O documento de patente US2006/0286188 também descreve uma composição
usando luo han guo juntamente com a fruta morinda citrifolia, Além de diversos outros documentos de patentes que descrevem produtos adoçantes. There are different types of sweeteners on the market. A aplicação do objeto da presente invenção consiste em composições com o uso do composto D-ribose para a obtenção de um adoçante energético natural. A idéia inventiva se refere a um adoçante natural, obtido a partir de extrato de frutas, e com propriedades energéticas.. O extrato da fruta utilizado na obtenção do adoçante desenvolvido é o luo han guo, já conhecido no atual estado da técnica, devido às suas características flavorizantes e adoçantes, bem como suas propriedades antioxidantes. Um composto antiumectante e um componente excipiente compreendem os demais componentes da composição que constitue o adoçante desenvolvido. O adoçante energético natural, objeto do presente pedido de patente, consiste num produto natural com alto poder edulcorante, de baixo índice glicêmico, de sabor agradável, com pouco "after taste" (retrogosto). Dito produto pode ser utilizado em temperaturas mais elevadas na preparação de alimentos. As composições desenvolvidas possuem propriedades energéticas, antioxidantes e um bom índice de conservação. Numa primeira composição apresentada, objeto da presente invenção, obtém-se um produto adoçante natural e com propriedades energéticas. Esta propriedade energética, não encontrada em outros adoçantes, é obtida por meio do uso do composto D-ribose em determinada proporção na composição. A d- ribose é um hidrato de carbono da família das aldopentoses constituída por cinco átomos de carbono, dez de hidrogénio e cinco de oxigénio (C5H10O5). A D-ribose é comumente utilizada durante a atividade física como um suplemento para
estimular a imediata produção de ATP pelas células musculares, permitindo aos músculos continuarem a trabalhar de forma otimizada. Desta forma, torna-se um excelente repositor energético e auxilia na recuperação muscular. Observou-se que a D-ribose adicionada em quantidades proporcionais confere uma propriedade energética ao adoçante. Então, com o uso da D-ribose, foram obtidas duas composições para adoçantes, neste caso um adoçante energético natural, um em forma de pó, outro na forma líquida. Estes componentes são triturados e homogeneizados em misturador High Shear por 10 minutos, a fim de se obter homogeneidade da composição. Após esta homogeneização o produto pode ser envasado em frasco conta-gotas. Com esta variação da composição é obtido um adoçante energético natural na sua forma líquida.
