Description

Sealed label and packaging container
The present invention relates to a hermetic label, and more particularly to a hermetic label that is releasably bonded to the surface of the packaging container and seals the packaging container, and a packaging container that includes the hermetic label.
This application claims priority based on Japanese Patent Application No. 2011-123256 filed in Japan on June 1, 2011, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
Conventionally, a wet tissue in which a non-woven fabric or tissue paper is impregnated with a chemical or the like is widely known. When such a wet tissue is used as a portable wet tissue, it is generally distributed and used by being stored in a packaging bag formed of a soft film or the like and having an opening serving as a take-out port. .
。 In such a wet tissue, it can be repeatedly peeled off at the opening of the packaging bag in order to maintain the wettability of the wet tissue contained in the packaging bag until use and to prevent foreign matter from entering the packaging bag. Often a tight label is attached. In this case, when the wet tissue is taken out, the sealing label is peeled to expose the opening, and after removal, the peeled sealing label is adhered to the packaging bag so as to cover the opening and the opening is sealed (for example, patent) Reference 1).
Japanese Patent No. 3512211
By the way, in such a packaging bag, for the purpose of enhancing the design or making the dust attached to the adhesive layer inconspicuous with repeated opening and closing, etc., on the back surface of the hermetic label adhered to the packaging bag, There is a demand for various printing.
However, conventional sealed labels mainly consist of a resin film laminated with a porous white sheet material. For this reason, even if a printing part is arranged between the back surface of the white sheet-like material and the resinous film, if the contents contained in the packaging container contain alcohol, moisture, etc., these are the white sheet-like material. Since the adhesive layer passes through and reaches the back surface of the white sheet material, there is a problem in that the printing applied to the back surface is impaired. For this reason, when printing is performed on the back surface of the hermetic label, that is, on the surface facing the opening of the packaging container, the back surface of the printed white sheet material, that is, between the white sheet material and the printing portion, is further transparent film It was necessary to cover with etc., and the cost was invited.

A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
Note that the following description does not limit the present invention unless otherwise specified. In the present invention, addition, omission, replacement, and other changes can be made in the position, number, shape, and the like without departing from the spirit of the present invention. For ease of explanation, the structure shown in the figure may be different from the actual scale.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a packaging bag 50 to which the sealing label 1 of the present embodiment is attached.
A packaging bag (packaging container) 50 to which the hermetic label 1 is attached is a container that is formed in a predetermined shape and accommodates contents. The hermetic label 1 is a label that can be freely opened and closed. The material and structure of the packaging bag 50 may be arbitrarily selected as long as there is no problem. It is preferable to use a material that can maintain the wettability of the contents. It may be formed from one layer, or may be formed from a laminate composed of two or more layers. For example, it can be formed from a known laminated film such as a laminated film in which a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film, an aluminum foil, and a heat-sealable film called a sealant are laminated in order from the surface (outside) and bonded. . The laminated film may be one in which aluminum, silica, or alumina is vapor-deposited on a PET film, and a heat-sealable film is laminated on the inner surface. Any of the above-described layers may be included or combined. Any of the above-described layers may be included or combined. If the specific example of a material is given, what has foil-like forms, such as films and paper, such as PET, OPP, nylon, PVC, etc. will be mentioned. Examples of the barrier material include an aluminum foil or a PET film on which silica or alumina is vapor-deposited or coated, or a material having an excellent water vapor / oxygen barrier such as a coating of vinylidene chloride on PET. The vapor-deposited or coated PET film can be composed of a single layer combining a surface material and a barrier material. Examples of the heat-seal form include CPP and PE films, and those having a lower film melting point temperature than those of surface materials such as those coated on the inside of a barrier material and capable of being melt-bonded.
The packaging bag 50 has a heat-sealable film on the inside, and contains the contents 100 therein (see FIG. 4). In this embodiment, a wet tissue 60 obtained by impregnating a non-woven fabric or tissue paper with a chemical solution or the like is stored in the packaging bag 50 as the content 100.
The laminated film forming the packaging bag 50 does not transmit water or oxygen and has excellent airtightness. For this reason, drying of the wet tissue 60 can be prevented, and the wet state can be kept in the packaging bag 50 until use. The specific shape of the packaging bag 50 and the layer configuration of the laminated film constituting the packaging bag 50 may be changed as appropriate according to the characteristics of the contents 100 and the like.
One of the surfaces of the packaging bag 50 is formed with an outlet (opening) 51 from which the wet tissue 60 is taken out during use. The shape of the take-out port 51 can be set as appropriate. For example, it may be circular, rectangular or square. In the present embodiment, the shape is an ellipse.
The hermetic label 1 is attached to the packaging bag 50 so that it can be repeatedly peeled off. The sealed label 1 covers the take-out port 51 so that the wet tissue 60 is not exposed to the outside air in a state where it is joined to the packaging bag 50.
FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG. 1 and showing the upper surface portion of the packaging bag 50. As shown in FIG. 2, the sealing label 1 includes a sheet-like or film-like first base material 2 having an adhesive layer 2A (first adhesive layer) formed on one surface, and an adhesive on one surface. The sheet-like or film-like second base material 3 on which the layer 3A (second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer) is formed is laminated. The 1st base material 2 is laminated | stacked so that the adhesive layer 2A may be arrange | positioned on the surface on the opposite side to 3 A of adhesive layers on the 2nd base material 3. FIG. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3A of the second base material 3 is a known re-peelable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and is formed of a material that can be repeatedly peeled off and adhered. By bonding the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 </ b> A to the surface having the opening of the packaging bag 50, the hermetic label 1 is bonded so as to cover the take-out port 51. The adhesive strength of the adhesive layer 2A is set larger than the adhesive strength of the adhesive layer 3A. The adhesive strength of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2A and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3A can be set as necessary. In the present invention, a surface which has been given tackiness by treating the surface of the substrate may also be called an adhesive layer.
The materials of the first base material 2 and the second base material 3 can be arbitrarily selected. For example, polypropylene, such as PET or biaxially oriented polypropylene (OPP), or a blend of these, synthetic paper, or any other material can be selected. Resins and the like can be suitably used.
In addition, although the printing part mentioned later is provided between the 1st base material 2 and the 2nd base material 3, illustration is abbreviate | omitted in FIG. Moreover, the 1st base material 2 and the 2nd base material 3 have the light transmittance more than a predetermined value so that a printing part can be visually recognized. For example, the first substrate 2 and the second substrate 3 may be transparent or translucent resin films. In the present invention, it is understood that the concealing layer has light transparency that prevents the printed layer from being visually recognized when viewed from the first base material side. good.
In the present invention, light transmittance may be understood as light transmittance. The total light transmittance indicating the light transmittance can be arbitrarily selected as long as the desired effect of the present invention is obtained. For example, the total light transmittance of the sealed label (where the printed part is present) is preferably 40% or less, more preferably 35% or less, still more preferably 30% or less, and 25% or less. It is particularly preferred that It is also very preferable that it is 20% or less or 15% or less. It may be 10% or less. The lower limit can be arbitrarily selected as long as the required effect is obtained, and can be selected as necessary, such as 0%, 3%, or 5%. The total light transmittance can be measured by, for example, a spectrophotometer (eg, UV-3100 manufactured by Shimadzu Corporation).
The total light transmittance of the sealed label when the printed layer is removed from the sealed label of the present invention can be selected as necessary as long as the effects of the present invention are obtained. For example, it is preferably 60% or more, more preferably 70% or more, still more preferably 80% or more, and particularly preferably 85% or more. The upper limit can be arbitrarily selected, and examples thereof include about 100% and 95%.
As shown in FIG. 1, the hermetic label 1 includes a hermetically sealed portion 10 that opens and closes, and a support portion 20 that connects to and supports the hermetically sealed portion 10.
The sealing part 10 has a first end part 10A and a second end part 10B. In plan view, the first end portion 10A located at the end in the longitudinal direction is pointed, and the widthwise dimension of the sealing portion 10 is once the widthwise dimension from the first end portion 10A toward the second end portion 10B. Is increased and then decreased, and the sealing part 10 is formed in a substantially pentagonal shape as a whole. The sealing portion 10 has the first end portion 10A or its vicinity and is peeled in the longitudinal direction (peeling direction), that is, peeled toward the side where the second end portion 10B is present. The take-out port 51 can be exposed.
In addition, the shape of the sealing part 10 is not restricted to the thing of this embodiment. In consideration of the design and the like, it is possible to make appropriate changes such as making the side extending in the peeling direction parallel to a part of the periphery or making the part of the periphery curved.
The second end portion 10B of the sealing portion 10 is connected to the support portion 20 as shown in the figure. A pair of cuts 21 are formed in the vicinity of both ends of the boundary between the support portion 20 and the sealing portion 10 so as to extend on an extension line from the width direction end portion of the second end portion 10B. When the sealing portion 10 is peeled off by the pair of cuts 21, the peeling force does not easily act on the support portion 20. The distance between the pair of cuts 21 increases as the distance from the second end 10B approaches the first end 10A. At the position not in contact with the second end portion 10B, the ends of the pair of cuts 21 form a U shape. In the present invention, the notch 21 is not essential. For example, there may be no cut 21 and only the cut line 22 (laminated body cut line) and the release layer 23 may be provided.
As shown in FIG. 2, a cut line 22 that cuts only the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 </ b> A and the second base material 3 is formed at the boundary between the sealing portion 10 and the support portion 20. The first substrate 2 is not cut. The cut line 22 extends between the pair of cuts 21 so as to be orthogonal to (including substantially orthogonal to) the peeling direction, and the second base 3 is separated from the peeling direction proximal region 3a and the peeling direction distal region. It is separated into 3b.
A peeling layer 23 having a predetermined width and length is provided between the first base material 2 and the second base material 3 in at least a part of the peeling direction distal region 3b in contact with the cut line 22. As a result, the first base material 2 and the second base material 3 are easily peeled off. That is, the boundary part between the support part 20 and the sealing part 10 is peeled off by the effect of the peeling layer 23 between the part where the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2A and the second base material 3 are bonded, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2A and the second base material 3. And an easy-to-use part. The release layer 23 and the cut line 22 are preferably connected to each other, and the sealing label 31 is divided into the sealing portion 10 and the support portion 20 together with the notch 21. The release layer 23 may be formed by an arbitrary method as long as a release portion can be formed. For example, a known release varnish is applied to a predetermined place on the second substrate 3 or a known paste-killing treatment is applied to the adhesive layer 2A. It can be formed by performing (detack process).
In the laminate, the upper part from the release layer 23 is peeled off, and the lower part from the release layer 23 is not peeled off. For convenience, a terminal line (side) extending in the width direction of the release layer 23 and positioned on the support portion side may be considered as the boundary between the sealing portion 10 and the support portion 20. The position and size of the cut line 22 can be arbitrarily selected for the cut line 22, but the cut line 22 is preferably formed over the entire width of the peeling portion of the support portion 20 that reaches the cut 21. The release layer 23 is also preferably provided along the entire length of the cut line 22. It is also preferable that the cut line 22 and the release layer 23 have the same length.
In FIG. 2, the release layer 23 is shown as a structure embedded in the second substrate 3, but the present application is not limited to this, and the release layer 23 is disposed on the flat surface of the second substrate. Structures are also included in this application.
FIG. 3 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing the space between the first base material 2 and the second base material 3. Between the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2A and the second base material 3A, a printing unit 40 is provided for enhancing the design of the sealed label 1 or imparting various information.
The printing unit 40 includes a concealing layer 41, a first printing layer 42 formed on the concealing layer 41 on the first base material 2 side, and a second printing layer ( Printing layer) 43. That is, the printing unit 40 has another printing layer 42 on the surface opposite to the side on which the second base material 3 is present. In FIG. 3, a space is shown between the printed layer portions. Actually, however, the space is formed as a portion where the concealing layer and the base material or the adhesive layer are bonded, or even when a space exists. A space that is small and has no effect.
The concealing layer 41 has a light transmittance of a predetermined value or less. When the sealed label 1 is viewed on each of the front and back surfaces, that is, when one of the first printed layer 42 and the second printed layer 43 is viewed when the label is viewed in the thickness direction, the printed layer to be viewed is visible. And the other printed layer is not seen through. As long as this condition is satisfied, examples of colors of the hiding layer 41 include black, white, gray, and the like, and can be selected without any particular limitation. Further, the color of the concealing layer 41 can be appropriately determined based on the color of the ink forming the first printing layer 42 and the second printing layer 43. In addition, when the white single layer cannot sufficiently suppress the transmission of light, the laminate may be used as a concealing layer. For example, a white solid layer, a gray solid layer, and a white solid layer are formed in this order, The masking layer may be formed of layers. Since the color of the hiding layer can be selected in this way, in the present invention, the color on the back side of the sealed label is preferable, and for example, the back side of the sealed label can be selected so that it is white.
It is preferable that the shape and size of the surface of the masking layer have the same shape and size as the first base material. The method for forming the shielding layer can be arbitrarily selected. Commonly used printing methods are listed. The thickness of the masking layer can also be arbitrarily selected. For example, the thickness may be 1 to 300 μm, preferably 1 to 100 μm, and more preferably 1 to 50 μm. More preferably, it may be 5 to 25 μm.
A well-known structure can be employ | adopted for the 1st printing layer 42 and the 2nd printing layer 43. FIG. Depending on the design of the hermetic label 1 and the packaging bag 50, the information desired to be given, etc., a specific mode such as a pattern, characters, or a combination thereof can be determined.
Although the manufacturing method of each layer 41,42,43 of the printing part 40 can be selected arbitrarily, for example, any layer can be formed by printing using printing materials, such as various inks. As the printing material, for example, an ultraviolet curable ink can be preferably used. The printing method can also be appropriately selected from various known methods in consideration of the printing material and the like. The thickness of the printing layer can be arbitrarily selected. Although it is selected as necessary, for example, the thickness may be 1 to 300 μm, preferably 1 to 100 μm, more preferably 1 to 50 μm. More preferably, it may be 5 to 25 μm.
The following method is mentioned as a specific example of the method of providing the printing part 40. In the manufacturing process of the hermetic label 1, before joining the first base material 2 and the second base material 3, the adhesive layer 3 </ b> A of the second base material 3 is formed on each layer of the printing unit 40 by an appropriately selected printing method. It is formed on the surface on the side not provided. That is, the second printed layer 43, the concealing layer 41, and the first printed layer 42 are sequentially formed on the second substrate 3 as the printing unit 40. Then, the 1st base material 2 is arrange | positioned on the printing part 40 on the surface on the opposite side to the side in which the 2nd base material 3 exists.
After forming the printing unit 40, if necessary, the cut line 22 is formed on the second base material 3 and then the first base material 2 and the second base material 3 are joined. Is completed. When this original fabric is punched into a desired shape, the hermetic label 1 is completed.
When manufacturing the packaging bag 50, the sealing label 1 is positioned and affixed to the laminated film F prepared beforehand. Then, as shown in FIG. 2, a cut-out C in the shape of the take-out port 51 is formed from the lower surface side where the sealing label 1 of the laminated film F is not pasted to form the take-out port 51. The depth of the cut C is preferably set such that the laminated film F is reliably cut and the second substrate 3 is not cut.
Thereafter, the laminated film F is bonded to another laminated film F which is not attached with the sealing label 1 and has no opening. When the contents are accommodated and sealed, the packaging bag 50 is completed.
The operation | movement at the time of use of the packaging bag 50 formed as mentioned above is demonstrated.
Although not shown in FIG. 1 and the like, the user can visually recognize the first printed layer 42 through the first base material 2 in a state where the sealing label 1 is bonded to the packaging bag 50. At this time, the second printed layer 43 cannot be viewed simultaneously with the first printed layer 42 due to the presence of the concealing layer 41, and the second printed layer 43 does not affect the design or the like by the first printed layer 42.
For example, if necessary, in the three ellipses indicated by broken lines on the surface of the sealed label in FIG. 6, the entire inner side of the ellipse surrounded by the innermost dot is colored by the first printed layer 42, and the packaging bag 50. You may enable it to confirm the position of the 3rd base material 4 from the outer side. Of the three ellipses, a portion corresponding to the entire donut-shaped portion surrounded by the ellipse indicated by the outermost dot and the ellipse indicated by the middle dot is colored with the second printed layer 43 to obtain a wet tissue. You may raise the designability of the back surface part (inner part) of the sealing part 10 observed when taking out.
When the user holds the first end portion 10A of the sealing portion 10 and pulls it in the peeling direction in order to take out the contents from the packaging bag 50 having the sealing label 31, the sealing portion 10 is peeled off from the packaging bag 50. At this time, the region surrounded by the cut C (hereinafter, referred to as “opening formation region F1”) of the laminated film F is adhered to the adhesive layer 3A of the second base material 3, and therefore, FIG. As shown, the take-out port 51 is exposed apart from other areas of the laminated film F together with the sealing portion 10.
When the sealing portion 10 is further peeled and reaches the cut line 22, the first base material 2 becomes the second base material 3 due to the presence of the cut line 22 and the release layer 23 thereafter as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. Is peeled off. For this reason, the peeling direction distal side region 3 b of the second base material 3 is maintained while being adhered to the packaging bag 50 and does not follow the sealed portion 10. That is, the distal region 3 b is not peeled off from the film of the packaging bag 50. Moreover, since the site | part which connects the sealing part 10 and the connection part 20 is comprised only by the 1st base material 2 containing 2 A of adhesion layers, rigidity is low. Therefore, the exposed state of the take-out port 51 is maintained even when the user removes his / her hand from the sealed portion 10.
In the state where the sealing part 10 is peeled from the packaging bag 50, the back side of the sealing part 10 is exposed, so that the user can visually recognize the second printed layer 43 through the second base material 3. At this time, the first printed layer 42 cannot be viewed at the same time as the second printed layer 43 due to the presence of the concealing layer 41, and therefore the first printed layer 42 affects the design and the like by the second printed layer 43. Absent.
That is, the first printed layer 42 and the second printed layer 43 formed on both surfaces in the thickness direction of the hermetic label have independent design effects and information providing functions without interfering with each other due to the presence of the concealing layer 41. Demonstrate.
In this manner, the user can take out the wet tissue 60 from the take-out port 51 and perform a desired operation while keeping the packaging bag 50 of the present invention at hand. Even when the second and third wet tissues are continuously taken out, the exposed state of the take-out port 51 is maintained, so that it is not necessary to peel off the sealed portion again, and the operation can be performed smoothly.
After the use of the wet tissue 60, when the sealing portion 10 is joined again to the packaging bag 50 and the take-out port 51 is sealed, the wet tissue 60 in the packaging bag 50 is sufficiently prevented from being dried, and into the packaging bag 50. The entry of foreign matter is also prevented.
According to the sealed label 1 of the present embodiment, the printing unit 40 including the concealing layer 41 is formed between the first base material 2 and the second base material 3. For this reason, the printing layers 42 and 43 of the printing unit do not interfere with each other, and exhibit an independent design effect and the like. Here, since the second printed layer 43 is covered with the second base material 3, even if the content contains moisture, alcohol, etc., like a wet tissue, moisture, alcohol, etc. Hardly reaches the second printed layer 43, and the second printed layer 43 is not adversely affected.
Therefore, without using a porous sheet material or the like, a white or other sealed label can be produced, and the second substrate side surface (back surface) that may come into contact with the contents or the leaching solution thereof is used. Printing is also suitably protected. For this reason, the sealing label which can be printed suitably on a back surface can be provided at low cost.
The sealed label of the present invention capable of suitably printing on the back surface can exhibit various functions by setting various printing modes on the back surface. For example, dust that adheres to the back surface is made inconspicuous by repeating the opening and closing, and the aesthetic appearance is suitably maintained even during medium to long-term use. Can be.
Furthermore, since the second printed layer 43 is not visible until it is opened, winning information such as “win” and “out of contact”, ID codes for storing points, etc. are printed, and various product campaigns, sales promotions, etc. It is also possible to use it.
Moreover, since the cut line 22 which separates the 2nd base material 3 is provided in the boundary part of the sealing part 10 and the support part 20, and also the peeling layer 23 is formed in the peeling direction distal side area | region 3b, it sealed When the part 10 is peeled off, the connection part between the sealing part 10 and the support part 20 becomes thin, and the rigidity becomes lower than that of the laminated sealing label 1 itself.
Therefore, even if the user releases the support of the sealing portion, the sealing portion does not return to the position before peeling, and the state where the take-out port 51 is exposed is preferably maintained. As a result, when the take-out port 51 of the packaging bag 50 is used for the purpose of sealing so as to be openable and closable, the exposed state of the take-out port 51 is suitably maintained, and the contents can be used easily.
Moreover, in the conventional sealing label, if the sealing portion is pulled too strongly at the time of peeling, the support portion may be peeled off from the packaging bag. On the other hand, in the sealing label 1, when the sealing portion 10 is peeled until the peeling layer 23 is exposed, the force that pulls the sealing portion 10 thereafter sticks the first base material 2 and the second base material 3 exclusively. It acts on the agent layer 2A. The force pulling the sealing part 10 hardly acts on the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3A in the peeling direction distal side region 3b.
Therefore, the force pulling the sealing part 10 does not act so as to peel the support part 20 from the packaging bag 50. In addition, since the adhesive strength of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2A is larger than the pressure-sensitive adhesive strength of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3A, the first base material 2 is separated from the second base material in the region without the release layer 23 in the release direction distal region 3b. The situation where it peels is hard to occur. Thereby, when performing normal use, the situation where the sealing label 1 whole is peeled from the packaging bag 50 at the time of peeling of the sealing part 10 can be prevented suitably.
In the present embodiment, an example in which the opening forming region F1 that is a part of the laminated film F is adhered to the sealing portion 10 and the take-out port 51 is exposed has been described. However, in the present invention, instead of this example, the opening forming region F1 is removed in advance, and a known paste-killing process is performed on the exposed surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer in the region covering the outlet in the sealed portion. Also good.
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The difference between the sealed label 31 of the present embodiment and the above-described sealed label 1 is that a third base material that reinforces the outlet is provided. In the following description, components that are the same as those already described are assigned the same reference numerals and redundant description is omitted.
6 is a perspective view showing the packaging bag 50 to which the sealing label 31 is attached, and FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view taken along line BB of FIG. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, a sheet-like or film-like third base material 4 having a shape that can completely cover the take-out port 51 is attached to the sealing portion 10.
The sealing label 31 also includes a printing unit similar to that of the sealing label 1, but is not shown in FIGS. 6 to 9.
The third base material 4 has an oval shape that is slightly larger than the take-out port 51 of the packaging bag 50, and has a smaller area than the sealed portion 10 so as not to protrude from the sealed portion 10. The shape of the reinforcing substrate 4 can be arbitrarily selected, such as an ellipse, a circle, and a square, but is preferably larger than the take-out port and the same shape as the opening or a similar shape. As shown in FIG. 7, the third base material 4 has an adhesive layer 4 </ b> A (third adhesive layer) on one surface facing the packaging bag 50 side. In the third substrate 4, the surface on which the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 4 </ b> A is not provided is subjected to easy peeling treatment with a peeling varnish or the like, and the reinforcing base 4 is adhered to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 </ b> A of the second base material 3. ing. As the material of the third substrate 4, the same material as the first substrate 2 and the second substrate 3 can be used. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 4 </ b> A has the same adhesive strength as the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 </ b> A, and can be repeatedly peeled off and bonded to the packaging bag 50.
The sealed label 31 is provided with a second cut line 32 (third base material cut line) that is slightly larger than the take-out port 51 and that cuts only the third base material 4 and the adhesive layer 4A. The opening forming region F1 of the laminated film F is located inside the second cut line 32.
In addition, the adhesive layer 4A is formed on the surface of the adhesive layer 4A to be joined to the packaging bag 50 and in the peripheral portion of the region surrounded by the second cut line 32 by the netting or dot-like printing of the paste-killing agent. A paste killing process (not shown) is performed. The type of paste-killing agent and the density of the net-like or dot-like printing are determined by the set peel strength, and may be, for example, 30 to 50%. The region to be subjected to the paste killing process can be arbitrarily selected. For example, an oval annular shape (substantially donut shape) having a line width D1 shown in FIG. 7 may be processed. The line width D1 is preferably set so as to include at least a region located between the second cut line 32 and the cut C in a plan view of the packaging bag 50 having the hermetic label 31.
The line width D1 is such that when the sealing label 31 is peeled off, the annular portion 4a of the reinforcing substrate remaining on the laminated film F can maintain adhesion to the laminated film F, and the opening forming region F1 is an adhesive layer. It is preferable to select so that adhesion to 4A can be continued. That is, when viewed from the cross section, the line width D1 includes the cut line C and the second cut line 32, and it is preferable that the outermost portion of the line width D1 does not exceed the outer periphery of the reinforcing substrate 4a. It is more preferable not to exceed the center of the width.
In this embodiment, when the sealing part 10 is peeled for the first time, the region inside the second cut line 32 of the third base material 4 is peeled off from the packaging bag 50 as shown in FIGS.
At this time, the opening forming region F1 on the inner side of the cut C formed on the film F moves together with the sealing portion 10 while being adhered to the third base material 4 (inner third base material). Is opened.
On the other hand, a region outside the second cut line 32 (hereinafter referred to as “reinforcing region 4a”) of the third base material 4 has a substantially donut shape, and the easy peeling treatment on one side and the other side are performed. The adhesive layer 4 </ b> A on the surface is more strongly adhered to the packaging bag 50 than the second base material 3. For this reason, it does not follow the movement of the sealing part 10 accompanying peeling, and remains around the take-out port 51.
The reinforcing region 4a (outer third base material) functions as a reinforcing layer that reinforces the periphery of the take-out port 51, and it is suitably suppressed that wrinkles or tears occur around the take-out port 51.
According to the sealing label 31 of the present embodiment, since the third base material 4 is provided, a reinforcing region composed of a part of the third base material 4 remains around the take-out port 51 when opened. Therefore, in addition to having the same effect as the sealed label 1 of the first embodiment, it is possible to prevent damage around the take-out port 51 and maintain the beauty.
Also, a predetermined area of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 4A is subjected to a net-like or dot-like paste killing process. For this reason, in the said area | region, the site | part with comparatively high adhesive strength and the low site | part are distributed in the shape of a net | network or dots. For this reason, compared with the case where the paste-killing process is performed on the entire surface of the region, the chemical liquid or the like impregnated in the wet tissue 60 is less likely to spread in the region. As a result, problems such as the opening forming region F1 being peeled from the third base material 4 and the reinforcing region being peeled from the packaging bag 50 can be suitably prevented.
