Abstract

An objective of the present invention is to provide a contact terminal and an electronic apparatus with which it is possible, without increasing the installation space, to reliably preserve a contact state with regard to a contact pad of a battery pack. A positive contact terminal (21) of an electronic apparatus (10) is smaller in the smallest width measurement (W2) of a first contact part (48) than the smallest width measurement (W1) of a first elastic part (46), and the smallest width measurement (W2) of a second contact part (66) is smaller than the smallest width measurement (W1) of a second elastic part (63). A first anchor part (41) and a second anchor part (61) overlap in the thickness direction, forming a gap (S) between the first elastic part (46) and the second elastic part (63). The first contact part (48) and the second contact part (66) are positioned in the width direction of the positive contact terminal (21).

As shown in FIG. 10, in such an electronic device 200, it is required that the installation space for the six contact portions 201A, 202A, and 203A does not become larger than when three contact portions are provided. The
Therefore, the six contact portions 201A, 202A, and 203A employ the main bodies 201, 202, and 203 having small width dimensions, respectively.
However, the contact portions 201A, 202A, and 203A having a small width dimension of the main bodies 201, 202, and 203 cannot obtain a sufficient contact pressure with respect to each contact pad.
For this reason, there exists a problem that the contact state of contact part 201A, 202A, 203A with respect to each contact pad cannot be maintained reliably.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a contact terminal and an electronic device that can reliably maintain a contact state with respect to a contact pad of a battery pack without increasing an installation space. Furthermore, the electronic device of the present invention is provided with a contact terminal.

The second abutting portion 69 includes a second projecting portion 69A projecting from the lower end 68A of the second pad contact portion 68 toward the second bending portion 67, and one side edge 69B of the second projecting portion 69A. And a second L-shaped contact piece 69C provided.
The second bent piece 69D of the second L-shaped contact piece 69C is disposed so as to face the second stopper piece 67C of the second bending portion 67 with a predetermined interval.
As shown in FIG. 5, the second contact portion 66 has one side 66 </ b> A extending in the same straight line from the other side 63 </ b> B of the second elastic portion 63. The side edge 66B extends from the other side edge 63C of the second elastic portion 63 in a curved shape.
Therefore, the second contact portion 66 is formed such that the minimum width dimension W2 of the second contact portion 66 is smaller than the minimum width dimension W1 of the second elastic portion 63.
The second contact portion 66 is arranged so as to be aligned along the width direction (arrow direction) of the plus contact terminal 21 with respect to the first contact portion 48.
In other words, the first main body 35 and the second main body 36 have the first contact portion 48 and the second contact portion 66 in the width direction of the first main body 35 and the second main body 36 (that is, the width direction of the plus contact terminal 21). Are arranged in line.
Further, a gap S (see FIG. 3) is formed between the first elastic part 46 and the second elastic part 63.
Thus, by forming the gap S between the first elastic part 46 and the second elastic part 63 and arranging the first contact part 48 and the second contact part 66 along the width direction of the plus contact terminal 21, The first contact portion 48 and the second contact portion 66 can be advanced and retracted independently in the arrow B direction.
In addition, by forming a gap S between the first elastic part 46 and the second elastic part 63 and arranging the first contact part 48 and the second contact part 66 along the width direction of the plus contact terminal 21, Design contact pressure can be independently generated in the first contact portion 48 and the second contact portion 66.
Thereby, the contact state of plus contact pad 26 (refer to Drawing 1 (B)) of battery pack 25 to the 1st contact part 48 and the 2nd contact part 66 can be maintained reliably.
As shown in FIG. 4, the first main body 35 and the second main body 36 are integrally formed with a connecting portion 37 via a first fixing portion 41 and a second fixing portion 61.
The connecting portion 37 connects the other side piece 41A of the first fixing portion 41 and the other side piece 61A of the second fixing portion 61 such that the first fixing portion 41 and the second fixing portion 61 overlap each other in the thickness direction. It is the part bent so as to.
Thus, by providing the first fixing portion 41 and the second fixing portion 61 so as to overlap in the thickness direction, the dimension in the width direction can be reduced when the first fixing portion 41 and the second fixing portion 61 are installed. it can.
Thereby, it can suppress that the installation space which installs the 1st fixing | fixed part 41 and the 2nd fixing | fixed part 61 becomes large.
Since the step of connecting the first main body 35 and the second main body 36 can be eliminated by integrally forming the first main body 35 and the second main body 36 via the first fixing portion 41 and the second fixing portion 61, plus contact is made. The process for manufacturing the terminal 21 can be simplified.
Furthermore, since the first main body 35 and the second main body 36 are integrally formed via the first fixing portion 41 and the second fixing portion 61, the first main body 35 and the second main body 36 can be managed together. Management of the positive contact terminal 21 can be facilitated.
As described above, according to the plus contact terminal 21, the first elastic portion 46 and the second elastic portion 63 are provided in a state where the first fixing portion 41 and the second fixing portion 61 are provided so as to overlap in the thickness direction. A gap S was formed between them.
In addition, the first contact portion 48 and the second contact portion 66 are arranged so as to be aligned along the width direction of the first main body 35 and the second main body 36.
Thus, by providing the plus contact terminal 21 in the electronic device 10 (see FIG. 1), the electronic device 10 can be formed into an appropriate shape that is easy to use, and the plus contact terminal 21 has the plus contact pad of the battery pack 25. 26 can be made to contact reliably.

The terminal material 73 includes a first main body material 74 of the first main body 35, a second main body material 75 of the second main body 36, and a connecting portion material 76 of the connecting portion 37.
The first main body material 74 is bent to form the first main body 35, and the second main body material 75 is bent to form the second main body 36.
After the first main body 35 and the second main body 36 are formed, the connecting portion material 76 is bent to form the connecting portion 37, whereby the plus contact terminal 21 is formed.
