Abstract

L'invention porte sur un dispositif comprenant un emballage, sous la forme d'une enveloppe fabriquée à partir d'un matériau composite, imperméable à l'eau liquide mais perméable aux gaz, et contenant une formulation de matériau de remplissage quelconque choisie parmi un certain nombre de formulations de matériau de remplissage actuellement disponibles dans des inclusions d'élimination de l'oxygène pour emballage alimentaire du commerce, qui comprend, comme composant actif principal, soit du fer métallique finement fragmenté, soit de l'acide ascorbique, soit de l'ascorbate de calcium, soit de l'ascorbate de sodium, soit de l'érythorbate de sodium soit du palladium métallique finement fragmenté et qui est conçu pour créer et maintenir une atmosphère exempte d'oxygène dans l'espace de tête de bouteilles, de sachets ou de cartons d'aliments liquides aqueux et de boissons.
