Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método de síntesis de geles de carbón dopados superficialmente con nanopartículas metálicas basado la formación de macromoléculas que comprenden un compuesto fenólico, un aldehido y al menos un surfactante, en el orden de las etapas, y en un control de las condiciones experimentales que permiten ajustar la porosidad, nanoestructura y química superficial del soporte, obteniendo una alta dispersión metálica superficial con alta resistencia a la sinterización. La invención también se refiere a los geles (aerogeles, xerogeles y criogeles) de carbón obtenidos mediante este método y a sus aplicaciones catalíticas.
