Abstract

The invention relates to front end module (10) for a passenger car, comprising a main beam element (14) to which at least two longitudinal beam elements (48, 50) spaced apart from each other in the vehicle transverse direction are fixed, via which a flexible cross-member (56) for a shock-absorber device of the passenger car is held on the main beam element (14), wherein the main beam element (14) is at least substantially U-shaped and a comprises a cross-member part (20) and two lateral beam parts (16, 18) spaced apart from each other in the transverse direction of the vehicle and running at least substantially in the vertical direction of the vehicle and connected to each other by the cross member part (20).
