Abstract
Eine Isolierbahn wird durch einen mit Gummipartikeln verbackenen Kunststoff ausgebildet.
Description
Isolierbahn Beschreibung:
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Isolierbahn, wie sie im Bauwesen vielfältig bekannt und bewährt sind. Neben den typischen Aufgaben der Ausbildung einer Dampf- oder Wassersperre werden Isolierbahnen auch für eine
Wärmeisolierung und eine TrittSchalldämmung regelmäßig herangezogen . Aus der DE 2840599 AI ist eine Isolierbahn bekannt, speziell zur Abdichtung von Bauwerken gegen Wasser, bei der auf einer Trägerfolie aus Polyethylen eine Schicht aus mit Bitumen vermengtem synthetischen Kautschuk vorgesehen ist. Geeignete Kaschierungen dieser bekannten Isolierbahn lassen vielfältige Verwendungszwecke zu.
Die Bitumen-Kautschukschicht stellt sowohl ein
Abdichtungsmittel als auch ein Klebemittel dar, so dass die dort erläuterte Isolierbahn für beispielsweise die Reparatur eines Blechdachs bestens geeignet ist .
Durch die einseitige Kaschierung der Bitumen-Kautschukschicht mit einer Trägerfolie aus Polyethylen ist sie jedoch weniger geeignet, als Dichtbahn beispielsweise zwischen einer
aufgehenden Wand und einem Fliesenbelag zu dienen, da das
Verhaften der Trägerfolie mit der Wand bzw. den Fliesen nur unter Zuhilfenahme beispielsweise einer weiteren
aufkaschierten Vliesschicht dauerhaft möglich ist. Vor diesem Hintergrund stellt sich die technische
Problematik, eine Isolierbahn zur Verfügung zu stellen, an der dauerhaft Klebstoffe, Mörtel oder dergleichen verhaften
BESTÄTIGUNGSKOPIE
und die darüber hinaus herstellungstechnisch einfach und Ressourcen schonend ist.
Gemäß des Anspruchs 1 wird bei einer Isolierbahn der in Rede stehenden Art diese technische Problematik durch einen mit Gummipartikeln verbackenen Kunststoff gelöst.
Aufgrund der Struktur der Isolierbahn verhaften problemlos an deren Oberflächen Mörtel, Kleber und dergleichen, ohne dass es weiterer Maßnahmen bedarf .
Hierbei ist insbesondere an die Verwendung von Gummipartikeln beispielsweise geschredderter Fahrzeugreifen gedacht, die so einem weiteren Verwendungszweck zugeführt werden können. Auch durch die bevorzugt verwendeten thermoplastischen
Kunststoffe, die ebenfalls einem Recycling problemlos
entstammen können, werden bei der Isolierbahn nach der
Erfindung in erheblichem Umfang Ressourcen eingespart. Für eine sichere Einbindung der Gummipartikel in dem
Kunststoff ist vorgesehen, dass der Volumenanteil an
Gummipartikeln zwischen 0,2% und 0,4% liegt, insbesondere bei etwa 1/3. Zwei Kunststoffsorten haben sich als besonders geeignet gezeigt, nämlich Ethylenvinylacetat , EVA, einem Copolymer, das als Granulat oder Pulver erhältlich ist, aber auch als Folienmaterial. Werden insbesondere derartige Folien bei Temperaturen um ca. 150°C aufgeschmolzen, vernetzt das EVA dreidimensional und liegt nach dem Abkühlen ein dauerhafter Verbund von Kunststoff und Gummipartikeln vor.
Von den Thermoplasten hat sich insbesondere Polypropylen, PP, als geeignet erwiesen. Vorteilhaft ist seine Beständigkeit gegenüber einer Vielzahl von Lösungsmitteln und Chemikalien sowie den meisten Säuren und Laugen. In vorteilhafter Weise kann Polypropylen mit mineralischen Füllstoffen wie Talkum,
Kreide oder Glasfasern, aber eben auch erfindungsgemäß mit Gummipartikeln gefüllt werden.
Dabei kann weiter vorgesehen sein, dass die Größe der
Partikel sowohl des Kunststoffes als auch des Gummis unter 1000 μπι liegt. Dabei ist vorzugsweise an eine gleiche
Korngröße der Partikel gedacht. Insbesondere mit
Partikelgrößen zwischen 100 μ und 400 m erhält man ein gutes, staubfreies Ergebnis. Liegt die Partikelgröße über 500 μπι können sich Zwischenräume ausbilden, die ein Anhaften von Kleber, Mörtel oder dergleichen zwar verbessern können, jedoch geht dies mit einer gewissen Inhomogenität der
Gummi-Kunststoffmischung einher. Sind die Partikelgrößen kleiner als 100 μπι, kommt es häufig zu erheblichen
Staubentwicklungen.
Die Isolierbahn nach der Erfindung kann ein Kunststoffpulver oder Kunststoffgranulat aufweisen, dass mit den
Gummipartikeln verpresst ist. Abhängig von der Materialstärke der Isolierbahn sowie von den Parametern des Pressvorganges, insbesondere Druck und Temperatur, kann das Kunststoffpulver wie auch ein Gummipartikel vergleichsweise grobkörnig sein, bspw. in Form eines Granulates vorliegend. Liegt eine Kunststofffolie als Ausgangsmaterial vor, können auf diese die Gummipartikel aufgebracht werden,
beispielsweise gestreut, geräkelt oder dergleichen, und erfolgt anschließend ein Verpressen der Gummipartikel mit der Kunststofffolie, beis ielsweise zwischen zwei gegebenenfalls beheizten Kalanderwalzen, wodurch der Kunststoff mit den Gummipartikeln verbacken wird.
Liegt die hierbei auftretende Temperatur über der
Schmelztemperatur der Gummipartikel, aber unter der
Schmelztemperatur der Kunststofffolie, so bleibt diese gleichsam als Träger erhalten. Alternativ kann auch daran gedacht sein, bei entsprechend hohen Temperaturen bzw.
niedriegen Schmelzpunkten auch die Kunststofffolie mit aufzuschmelzen .
Als Alternative kann die Isolierbahn nach der Erfindung auch als ein Extrudat eines KunstStoff ul ers und der
Gummipartikel vorliegen.
Auch wenn die Isolierbahn nach der Erfindung bestens für ein Verkleben geeignet ist, kann zusätzlich eine ein oder beidseitige Kaschierung bekannter Art vorgesehen werden, um speziellen Erfordernissen gerecht zu werden. Für eine in hohem Maße wasserundurchlässige Isolierbahn kann dabei an eine Aluminiumfolie gedacht werden, für ein spezielles Verhaften an ein Vlies oder dergleichen mehr.

Isolierbahn, gekennzeichnet durch einen mit
Gummipartikeln verbackenen Kunststoff.
Isolierbahn nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das der Volumenanteil an Gummipartikeln zwischen 0,2% und 0,4% liegt.
Isolierbahn nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kunststoff ein EVA oder ein PP ist.
Isolierbahn nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Größe der Partikel unter 1000 μπι liegt.
Isolierbahn nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein
Kunststoffpulver und die Gummipartikel miteinander verpresst sind.
Isolierbahn nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf eine Kunststofffolie aufgebrachte Gummipartikel miteinander verpresst sind.
Isolierbahn nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein
Kunststoffpulver und die Gummipartikel miteinander extrudiert sind.
8. Isolierbahn nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gummipartikel
von Fahrzeugreifen stammen.
Isolierbahn nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine ein oder beidseitige Kaschierung.
