本发明的食物处理器采用大料口的结构时, 所述杯体的杯口处设有大口径 支架, 所述大口径支架包括有一与杯体内相贯通的大料口, 所述杯盖上设有一 压盖所述大料口的挡片, 所述挡片上设有大推料杆孔和入料孔, 所述挡片上压 盖有大推料杆, 所述大推料杆上设有与入料孔相对应的小推料杆口和与大推料 杆孔相配的推杆,所述小推料杆口内压盖有封闭小推料杆口的杆状的小推料杆, 所述保护开关为微动开关, 微动开关上设置有开关触点, 所述开关触点上连接 有弹片, 所述弹片与设置在所述开关支架上的压触点相配。 本发明通过杯盖的 触压部与连杆、 连杆与开关支架、 开关支架上的压触点与弹片的触压配合来启 闭微动开关, 从而控制动力单元回路的接通与关闭; 当杯体盖合时, 杯盖上的 触压部与连杆接触并将连杆下压, 连杆带动基座上的开关支架下行, 开关支架 上的压触点通过弹片触压微动开关上的开关触点下行, 启动微动开关, 从而接 通动力单元回路; 当杯盖打开时, 连杆失去压力, 通过连杆复位弹簧回弹至原 位, 此时开关支架也失去压力, 通过支架复位弹簧回位, 开关支架与弹片分离, 开关触点回位, 微动开关关闭, 使得动力单元回路断开; 同样, 当将盖有杯盖 的杯体从基座上抬起时, 开关支架与弹片分离, 动力单元回路同样也断开。 本 发明杯盖上的挡片将大口径的大料口转换成两个较小的开孔, 减少了大料口的 截面积, 也直接避免了安全问题; 推杆用以直接推压食物; 所述小推料杆压盖 在大推料杆上, 并穿过大推料杆挤压食物; 本发明方便大尺寸食物的切丝或切 片功能, 在需要大尺寸食物切屑时, 取出杯盖, 动力单元回路自动断开了, 此 时将食物放入大口径支架的大料口内, 再合上杯盖, 杯盖上的触压部再触动整 个开关, 动力单元回路恢复接通, 小尺寸的食物只需拔出小推料杆, 将食物从 小推料杆口放入即可。
作为优选, 所述杯体内设有切削刀及盘状的刀盘, 所述动力单元为带动切 削刀及刀盘转动的电动马达, 所述大推料杆上包括有与入料孔相配的并与杯体 内贯通的大料筒, 所述大料筒的上部筒口为所述小推料杆口。
作为优选,所述基座内固定有开关底座,所述微动开关固定在开关底座上, 所述杯盖周缘设有若干锁扣。
作为优选, 所述大料口为椭圆形口。 本发明的大料口大过普通的料理机的 进料口, 这样大尺寸食物不必预先切成较小片也可以直接放入, 方便切屑大尺 寸的食物。
大料口结构食物处理器的其他结构及工作原理与前述食物处理器基本一 致, 这里不再赘述。
本发明的有益效果是: 本发明具有自动断电保护功能, 能有效防止食物飞 溅, 避免食物处理机零部件误操作时的损坏, 同时结构简单, 加工方便, 适于 大规模的生产; 同时本发明还设置有大小食物都可以直接放入的结构, 用户可 以根据食物的大小选择, 这样方便了用户对料理机的使用。

下面通过实施例, 并结合附图对本发明技术方案的具体实施方式作进一步 的说明。
实施例 1
本实施例的带有安全保护装置的食物处理器如图 3、 图 4所示, 包括内装 有电动马达 31的基座 3,基座 3上设有一内装有切削刀 21及刀盘 22的杯体 2, 杯体 2上端盖有杯盖 1, 杯体 2—侧安装有手柄 10, 手柄 10上制有一连杆槽 101, 连杆槽 101内装有连杆 4以及连杆复位弹簧 5。
如图 4所示, 连杆 4包括方形的上压块部 41、 下压杆部 43以及连接上压 块部 41和下压杆部 43的连接杆部 42,连接杆部 42和上压块部 41之间制有导 块部 44, 导块部 44与连杆槽 101的内壁滑动接触, 连杆 4的下压杆部 43和连 接杆部 42之间制有凸出的挡块部 45,连杆复位弹簧 5套在挡块部 45下端的下 压杆部 43。
如图 3、 图 4所示, 连接杆部 42包括一体成型的上连接杆部 421、 下连接 杆部 423以及连接两者的折部 422, 其中上连接杆部 421的轴心线与下连接杆 部 423的轴心线平行。手柄 10的连杆槽 101下部制有套接下连接杆部 423的连 杆孔, 其中连杆孔一端与连杆槽 101相通, 另一端与杯体 2外部相通。
如图 6所示, 杯盖 1上安装有卡钩 11和锁扣 12, 卡钩 11包括与杯盖 1相 连的卡钩连接部 111以及卡钩连接部 111下部一体成型的并可触压连杆 4上压 块部 41的斜面部 112。
如图 5所示, 基座 3内安装有开关底座 9、 可上下移动的开关支架 6以及 与开关支架 6相配的支架复位弹簧 7, 开关支架 6上端与下压杆部 43接触, 开 关支架 6下端制有凸出的压块 61, 开关底座 9上安装有控制电动马达 31启闭 的微动开关 8, 微动开关 8位于开关支架 6下部, 微动开关 8上包括有开关触 点 81, 开关触点 81上连接有可与压块 61接触的弹片 82。
实施例 2
本实施例的食物处理器设有大料口结构, 如图 1、 图 2 、 图 3、 图 4所示, 包括内装有电动马达 31的基座 3, 基座 3上设有一杯体 2, 杯体 2内装有由电 动马达 31带动的切削刀 21及刀盘 22, 杯体 2上端盖有杯盖 1, 杯体 2的杯口 处装有大口径支架 13, 大口径支架 13包括有一与杯体 2内相贯通的椭圆形大 料口 131,杯盖 1上盖有一压盖大料口 131的筒罩部 16,筒罩部 16上制有挡片 161, 挡片 161包括有大推料杆孔 1611和入料孔 1612, 挡片 161上压盖有大推 料杆 14,大推料杆 14上包括有与入料孔 1612相配的并与杯体内贯通的大料筒 142、 以及与大推料杆孔 1611相配的推杆 141, 大料筒 142的上部筒口为小推 料杆口 1421,大料筒 142内压盖有封闭小推料杆口 1421的杆状的小推料杆 15, 杯体 2—侧安装有手柄 10,手柄 10上制有一连杆槽 101,连杆槽 101内装有连 杆 4以及连杆复位弹簧 5。
如图 4所示, 连杆 4包括方形的上压块部 41、 下压杆部 43以及连接上压 块部 41和下压杆部 43的连接杆部 42,连接杆部 42和上压块部 41之间制有导 块部 44, 导块部 44与连杆槽 101的内壁滑动接触, 连杆 4的下压杆部 43和连 接杆部 42之间制有凸出的挡块部 45,连杆复位弹簧 5套在挡块部 45下端的下 压杆部 43。
如图 3、 图 4所示, 连接杆部 42包括一体成型的上连接杆部 421、 下连接 杆部 423以及连接两者的折部 422, 其中上连接杆部 421的轴心线与下连接杆 部 423的轴心线平行。手柄 10的连杆槽 101下部制有套接下连接杆部 423的连 杆孔, 其中连杆孔一端与连杆槽 101相通, 另一端与杯体 2外部相通。
如图 6所示, 杯盖 1上安装有卡钩 11和锁扣 12, 卡钩 11包括与杯盖 1相 连的卡钩连接部 111以及卡钩连接部 111下部一体成型的并可触压连杆 4上压 块部 41的斜面部 112。
如图 3、 图 5所示, 基座 3内安装有开关底座 9、 可上下移动的开关支架 6 以及与开关支架 6相配的支架复位弹簧 7,开关支架 6上端与下压杆部 43接触, 开关支架 6下端制有凸出的压触点 61, 开关底座 9上安装有控制电动马达 31 启闭的微动开关 8, 微动开关 8位于开关支架 6下部, 微动开关 8上包括有开 关触点 81, 开关触点 81上连接有可与压触点 61接触的弹片 82。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1.一种带有安全保护装置的食物处理器, 包括设置有动力单元的基座, 所 述基座上设有一内设有刀具的杯体,所述杯体上设有杯盖和手柄,其特征在于, 所述手柄内设有连杆以及与连杆相配的连杆复位弹簧, 所述杯盖上设有与连杆 上部相配的触压部, 所述基座内设有与连杆下部相配并可上下移动的开关支架 以及与开关支架相配的支架复位弹簧, 所述开关支架下部设有控制动力单元启 闭的保护开关, 所述保护开关上设有与开关支架相配的开关触点。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的带有安全保护装置的食物处理器, 其特征在于, 所述杯盖上设有卡钩, 所述卡钩包括与杯盖相连的卡钩连接部以及卡钩连接部 下部一体成型的斜面部, 所述触压部为该斜面部。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的带有安全保护装置的食物处理器, 其特征在于, 所述手柄上设有一连杆槽, 所述连杆设置在连杆槽内。
4.根据权利要求 3所述的带有安全保护装置的食物处理器, 其特征在于, 所述连杆包括与所述触压部相配的上压块部、 与所述开关支架相配的下压杆部 以及连接上压块部和下压杆部的连接杆部, 所述连接杆部和上压块部之间设有 导块部, 所述导块部与所述连杆槽的内壁滑动接触。
5.根据权利要求 4所述的带有安全保护装置的食物处理器, 其特征在于, 所述连接杆部包括上连接杆部、 下连接杆部以及连接两者的折部。
6.根据权利要求 5所述的带有安全保护装置的食物处理器, 其特征在于, 所述上连接杆部的轴心线与下连接杆部的轴心线平行。
7.根据权利要求 4或 5或 6所述的带有安全保护装置的食物处理器, 其特 征在于, 所述连杆槽下部设有与连杆相配的连杆孔, 连杆槽与所述连杆孔相贯 通, 所述下压杆部和连接杆部之间设有与连杆孔相配的挡块部, 所述连杆复位 弹簧套设于所述挡块下端的下压杆部。
8.根据权利要求 1或 2或 3或 4或 5或 6所述的带有安全保护装置的食物 处理器, 其特征在于, 所述保护开关为微动开关, 所述基座内固定有开关底座, 所述微动开关固定在开关底座上, 所述开关触点上连接有弹片, 所述弹片与设 置在所述开关支架上的压块相配, 所述杯盖周缘设有若干锁扣。
9.根据权利要求 7所述的带有安全保护装置的食物处理器, 其特征在于, 所述保护开关为微动开关, 所述基座内固定有开关底座, 所述微动开关固定在 开关底座上, 所述开关触点上连接有弹片, 所述弹片与设置在所述开关支架上 的压块相配, 所述杯盖周缘设有若干锁扣。
10.根据权利要求 1所述的带有安全保护装置的食物处理器, 其特征在于, 所述杯体的杯口处设有大口径支架, 所述大口径支架包括有一与杯体内相贯通 的大料口, 所述杯盖上设有一压盖所述大料口的挡片, 所述挡片上设有大推料 杆孔和入料孔, 所述挡片上压盖有大推料杆, 所述大推料杆上设有与入料孔相 对应的小推料杆口和与大推料杆孔相配的推杆, 所述小推料杆口内压盖有封闭 小推料杆口的杆状的小推料杆, 所述保护开关为微动开关, 微动开关上设置有 开关触点, 所述开关触点上连接有弹片, 所述弹片与设置在所述开关支架上的 压触点相配。
11.根据权利要求 10所述的带有安全保护装置的食物处理器,其特征在于, 所述杯体内设有切削刀及盘状的刀盘, 所述动力单元为带动切削刀及刀盘转动 的电动马达,所述大推料杆上包括有与入料孔相配的并与杯体内贯通的大料筒, 所述大料筒的上部筒口为所述小推料杆口。
12.根据权利要求 10所述的带有安全保护装置的食物处理器,其特征在于, 所述杯盖上设有卡钩, 所述卡钩包括与杯盖相连的卡勾连接部以及卡勾连接部 下部一体成型的斜面部, 所述触压部为该斜面部。
13.根据权利要求 10所述的带有安全保护装置的食物处理器,其特征在于, 所述手柄上设有一连杆槽, 所述连杆设置在连杆槽内。
14.根据权利要求 13所述的带有安全保护装置的食物处理器,其特征在于, 所述连杆包括与所述触压部相配的上压块部、 与所述开关支架相配的下压杆部 以及连接上压块部和下压杆部的连接杆部, 所述连接杆部和上压块部之间设有 导块部, 所述导块部与所述连杆槽的内壁滑动接触。
15.根据权利要求 14所述的带有安全保护装置的食物处理器,其特征在于, 所述连接杆部包括上连接杆部、 下连接杆部以及连接两者的折部。
16.根据权利要求 15所述的带有安全保护装置的食物处理器,其特征在于, 所述上连接杆部的轴心线与下连接杆部的轴心线平行。
17.根据权利要求 13或 14或 15所述的带有安全保护装置的食物处理器, 其特征在于, 所述连杆槽下部设有与连杆相配的连杆孔, 连杆槽与所述连杆孔 相贯通, 所述下压杆部和连接杆部之间设有与连杆孔相配的挡块部, 所述连杆 复位弹簧套设于所述挡块下端的下压杆部。
18.根据权利要求 10或 11或 12或 13或 14或 15或 16所述的带有安全保 护装置的食物处理器, 其特征在于, 所述基座内固定有开关底座, 所述微动开 关固定在开关底座上, 所述杯盖周缘设有若干锁扣。
19.根据权利要求 18所述的带有安全保护装置的食物处理器,其特征在于, 所述大料口为椭圆形口。
