Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif graveur destiné à compenser l'excentricité. La présente invention permet de réaliser de manière précise une forme ronde sans déformation lors de la découpe d'une petite section ronde d'un substrat, et de lisser une surface de coupe. Par ailleurs, la qualité de la découpe du substrat peut être améliorée sans aucune modification supplémentaire du processus ni pièces supplémentaires, cela permettant de minimiser le pourcentage de défauts.
