本发明涉及多媒体通讯领域, 尤指一种指示多媒体广播多播业务 ( MBMS )业务中断的方法, 系统及用户设备。 背景技术
随着 Internet的迅猛发展和大屏幕多功能移动终端的普及, 出现了大量 移动数据多媒体业务和各种高带宽多媒体业务, 如视频会议、 电视广播、 视频点播、 广告、 网上教育、 互动游戏等, 这一方面满足了移动用户多业 务的需求, 同时也为移动运营商带来了新的业务增长点。 这些移动数据多 媒体业务要求多个用户能够同时接收相同数据, 与一般的数据业务相比, 具有数据量大、 持续时间长、 时延敏感等特点。
为了有效地利用移动网络资源, 第三代合作伙伴计划 (3GPP , 3rd Generation Partnership Project ) 提出了多媒体广播多播业务 (MBMS , Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service ), MBMS业务是一种从一个数据源 向多个目标移动终端传送数据的技术, 实现了网络(包括核心网和接入网 ) 资源的共享, 提高了网络资源 (尤其是空中接口资源)的利用率。 3GPP定 义的 MBMS业务不仅能够实现纯文本低速率的消息类组播和广播, 而且还 能够实现高速多媒体业务的广播和组播, 提供多种丰富的视频、 音频和多 媒体业务, 这无疑顺应了未来移动数据发展的趋势, 为 3G的发展提供了更 好的业务前景。
目前,在 R9版本( Release 9 )的长期演进( LTE )系统中引入了 MBMS 技术,并在版本 10 ( RIO, ReleaselO )中进行了加强。在 R9版本中, MBMS 业务的控制信令与用户数据分开传输,分别称为控制面(CP, Control Plane ) 和用户面 (UP, User Plane )。 其中, 控制面通过控制业务的开始、 更新和 结束, 来控制用户面数据的发送, 实现基本的 MBMS业务的发送。 MBMS 业务在固定大小 (可以静态或半静态配置) 的 MBMS 单频网 (MBSFN, MBMS Single Frequency Network ) 区域中发送。 在 R10版本中, 为了提高 MBMS系统的资源利用率, 方便运营商管理, 对 MBMS技术进行了增强。 主要包括: 计数(Counting )和基于优先级的抢占机制。 其中,
MBMS Counting机制的主要原理是: 网络侧向用户设备 ( UE , User Equipment )发送 Counting请求消息; 正在接收或感兴趣接收 MBMS业务 的连接态 UE向网络侧发送响应 , 网络侧对相应的 UE数量进行统计。 引入 Counting机制的主要目的在于,让运营商统计某些 MBMS业务的接收状态, 根据接收状态恢复 /挂起该业务的 MBSFN传输方式, 提高无线资源的利用 率。
基于业务优先级 分配和保留优先级(ARP, Allocation and Retention Priority ) 的资源抢占 (Pre-emption )技术, 其主要原理是: 在资源紧张时, 优先级较高的 MBMS业务可以抢占优先级较低的 MBMS业务的资源。 当 资源被优先级较高的业务抢占后, 优先级较低的业务将停止发送。
计数和资源抢占都由多小区 /多播协作实体( MCE, Multi-cell/multicast Coordination Entity )发起, 计数和资源抢占的范围一般是 MBSFN区域。 资 源抢占涉及的 ARP参数来自于核心网 (EPC, Evolved Packet Core ), 可以 通过 MBMS会话开始请求( MBMS session start request )消息从 M3接口发 送到 MCE。 图 1(a)和 (b)为现有 MBMS部署的两种方案。
如图 1(a)和 (b)所示,在 MBSFN区域中, MCE负责 MBMS业务无线资 源的配置,当广播多播业务中心( BM-SC, Broadcast-Multicast Service Centre ) 发起了一个新的 MBMS会话开始请求( MBMS session start request ) 消息, 该请求消息通过 MBMS-GW, 移动管理实体 ( ΜΜΕ )后到达 MCE; 如果 无线资源不满足新的服务质量(Qos, Quality of service )要求, 则 MCE可 以中止新的业务会话, 或者, 如果新的业务会话优先级较高, 而正在发送 ( ongoing )的 MBMS业务优先级较低, 则 MCE可以根据 ARP参数 (也可 通过 MBMS session start request消息发送 )用新的较高优先级的 MBMS业 务抢占( Pre-emption )较低优先级的 MBMS业务,这称为 ARP Pre-emption。
在 LTE的 MBMS技术中, MBMS业务通过增强型广播的方式, 在固 定大小的 MBSFN区域内发送。正在发送业务的 MBSFN传输被挂起, 或者 由于优先级较低而被高优先级业务抢占发送资源,该业务的 MBSFN传输将 中止发送; 此时, 正在接收该业务的 UE将无法继续接收到该业务。 但是, 目前的技术没有通知 UE业务已停止发送的原因的方案。也就是说,正在接 收该业务的用户会遇到突发性的业务中断, 而且得不到及时、 合理的解释, 或者是提示信息。 这将对用户运营商的业务满意度造成较大负面影响, 更 严重地, 可能造成用户的离网; 此外, 对于未知原因的业务中断, 由于用 户无法区分业务中断是网络侧行为还是 UE自身行为,用户可能会不断地重 新发起业务接入, 这样将导致大量用户同时或反复对该业务发起接入请求, 从而造成了网络的拥塞, 影响了其他用户的正常业务接收。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种指示 MBMS业务中断的方 法、 系统及用户设备, 能够改善业务的突然中断造成的用户体验下降的问 题, 避免大量用户同时或反复对该业务发起接入请求而引起的网络拥塞, 提高用户的业务体验和运营商满意度。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种指示 MBMS业务中断的方法,包括:网络侧确定需要中断的 MBMS 业务; 网络侧向用户设备 UE发送 MBMS业务中断指示并指明中断原因。

步驟 200: 网络侧确定需要中断的 MBMS业务。
在现有一个 MBMS业务会话开始( session start )的流程中, BM-SC发 起会话开始请求( session start request )消息,该请求经过 MBMS-GW, MME 到达 MCE, 如果无线资源满足 Qos要求, MCE将 session start request消息 发送到 MBSFN区域中的所有相关演进节点(eNB ), 为 MBMS业务建立相 应的无线承载; 如果无线资源不满足 Qos要求且业务优先级较高, 则 MCE 可以根据 ARP的设置, 用较高优先级的业务抢占正在发送的较低优先级业 务的无线资源。 其中 MCE是知道确定是否中断 MBMS业务的过程所需的时间的。 本步驟中, MCE可以通过来自 MME的 session start request消息中包含 的信息元( IE )即 MBMS数据传输最小时间( Minimum Time to MBMS Data Transfer ),获知 MCE收到 session start request消息到 BM-SC开始发送业务 数据的时间, 也就是说, 本步驟需要确定出得出需要中断 MBMS业务的结 论的时间在 BM-SC开始发送业务数据的时间之前即可。
步驟 201: 网络侧向 UE发送 MBMS业务中断指示并指明中断原因。 具体地, 网络侧选择发送中断指示及原因的时机, 所述时机来自移动 管理实体 MME的会话请求消息中包含的 MBMS数据传输最小时间, 所述 网络侧在该 MBMS数据传输最小时间内发送中断指示及中断原因。 本步驟 中, 可以是网络侧的 MCE发送 MBMS业务中断指示, 也可以是网络侧中 的 MME发送 MBMS业务中断指示, 其中,
(一) MCE发送 MBMS业务中断指示包括:
MCE与 UE之间没有直接的信令交互, 必须通过 eNB进行传输(即 M2接口), 可能的消息包括: MBMS会话更新请求( MBMS session update request )消息, MBMS调度信息( MBMS scheduling information )。 即 MCE 通过 M2接口向 eNB指示 MBMS业务中断及原因 , eNB向 UE转发上述中 断信息, eNB可以通过无线资源控制 RRC信令向 UE发送 MBMS中断及 原因, RRC信令包括: 系统消息或者 MCCH消息; 其中,
MBMS session update request消息的目的是变更 MBMS 会话属性, 比 如更新 MBMS服务区域( MBMS service area ), 更新 MBMS控制面的相关 节点等。 在 MBMS session update request消息中, 携带有临时移动组标识 ( TMGI )和 MBMS会话标识(MBMS session Identify )信息元, 因此, MCE可以利用 MBMS session update request指示业务中断, 比如可以将需 要终止的 MBMS会话标 i只 ( session ID )从该 MBMS session update request 消息中删除,, 并添加新的 MBMS会话标识 , 这样 , eNB在空口发送业务 中是没有该 session ID的业务的, 即表明该业务会话将中断。
MBMS scheduling information 目的是向 eNB 发送多播控制信道 ( MCCH ) 的相关信息, 包括 MBMS会话列表(MBMS session list )信息 元, 而且 MBMS scheduling information由 MCE发起, 在 MBMS业务数据 发送之前或 MBMS业务停止之后发送, 因此, 可以利用 MBMS scheduling information指示 MBMS业务中断,比如 MCE决定 Pre-emption某个 MBMS session, 则将 MBMS scheduling information中携带的 MBMS session list中 的该 MBMS session删除, 这样, eNB 4史到 MBMS scheduling information 后 , 即可确定相应的 MBMS session中断, 从而更新 MCCH信息 , UE读取 更新的 MCCH信息后获知由于网络侧原因导致 MBMS session中断。
(二) MME发送 MBMS业务中断指示包括:
从步驟 200中可知,由于 Minimum Time to MBMS Data Transfer是 MME 通过 M3消息发送到 MCE的, 因此, MME也可以作为指示 MBMS业务中 断的网元, 具体包括:
MCE向 MME发送 Pre-emption的指示信息; MME收到 Pre-emption 指示后, 向 UE发送 MBMS业务中断指示。
这里, MME可以通过非接入层(NAS ) 消息向 UE发送 MBMS业务 中断指示, MME先将 NAS消息发送到 eNB, 然后 eNB将 NAS消息转发 到 UE。
本发明方法中的 UE是指 , 正在接收 MBMS业务或感兴趣接收 MBMS 业务的 UE。
MBMS业务中断原因是指, 由于网络侧的原因, 而导致的正在发送的 MBMS业务中止发送。 其中, 网络侧的原因包括以下至少一种: 由于 ARP Pre-emption 引起的 MBMS 业务中断、 由于网络侧挂起 MBMS 业务的 MBSFN传输等。
通过本发明方法, 正在接收 MBMS业务的用户在遇到突发性的业务中 断时, 及时得到了业务被中断的合理解释, 大大降低了对用户运营商的业 务满意度所造成的负面影响; 更好地避免了用户离网情况的发生。 特别地, 由于目前无线资源紧张, UE正在接收的 MBMS业务的优先级较低, 被优 先级较高的 MBMS业务抢占了发送资源, 从而在该业务的整个 MBSFN区 域范围停止发送; 由于其他网络侧的原因造成的正在发送的 MBMS业务中 止发送的情况, 也可以向 UE发送 MBMS业务中断指示。 UE接收到网络 发送的 MBMS业务中断指示后, 可以将其翻译成用户可以理解的信息, 向 用户显示, 避免了大量用户同时或反复对该业务发起接入请求, 防止了网 络拥塞, 提高了用户的业务体验和运营商满意度。
进一步地, 本发明方法还包括:
UE接收到 MBMS业务中断指示后,将该指示通过高层信令告知用户。 这样, 避免了大量用户同时或反复对该业务发起接入请求, 防止了网络拥 塞, 提高了用户的业务体验和运营商满意度。
针对本发明方法还提供一种指示 MBMS业务中断的系统,如图 3所示, 至少包括网络侧和 UE, 其中,

下面结合实施例对本发明方法进行详细描述。
第一实施例, 本实施例中采用 MBMS scheduling information 指示 MBMS业务中断。 为了叙述的方便, 在第一实施例中仅讨论基于业务优先 级的抢占( ARP Pre-emption )情况。 当存在更多的 MBMS业务中断原因时 , 本领域技术人员知道可以采用相同处理, 本发明只区分中断原因是网络侧 行为还是 UE自身行为, 对于网络侧行为引起的中断具体原因不进行区分。 如图 4所示, 第一实施例具体包括以下步驟:
步驟 400: MCE收到 session start request消息,判断是否需要 Pre-emption 现有的 MBMS业务, 如果是, 进入步驟 401; 否则结束本流程。
MME通过 M3接口向 MCE发送 session start request消息, MCE收到 session start request消息后, 根据现有呼叫接纳控制流程, 首先判断是否可 以提供所需的资源, 如果不能, 有两种选择: MCE不为新的 MBMS业务 会话建立无线 载资源 ,向 MME发送 MBMS会话开始失败( MBMS session start failure ) 消息, 即 session start request流程中止; 或者, MCE决定用新 的 MBMS业务 Pre-emption正在发送的 MBMS业务, 向 MME发送 MBMS 会话开始响应 ( MBMS session start response ) 消息, 其中, 对于 ARP Pre-emption, 需要满足: 新的 MBMS业务优先级比正在进行的 MBMS业 务优先级高,且 E-UTRAN可以满足( Pre-empt之后 )新的 MBMS业务 QoS 要求。本步驟中的需要 Pre-empt现有的 MBMS业务就是指的上述后一种选 择的情况。
步驟 401 : MCE在 Minimum Time to MBMS Data Transfer时间内向 MBSFN区域内所有的 eNB发送 MBMS scheduling information,并将需要被 Pre-emption的业务从 MBMS session list中删除。
在 MME向 MCE发送的 session start request (或 session update request ) 消息中会携带 Minimum Time to MBMS Data Transfer信息元,该信息元的时 间表明从 MME发送 session start request, 到 BM-SC发送 MBMS业务数据 之间的时间, 在这段时间内, 新 MBMS业务数据还未开始发送, 低优先级 的 MBMS业务还在进行。在 MCE决定抢占低优先级的 MBMS业务资源时 , 可以利用这段时间来发送低优先级的 MBMS业务中止的指示信息。
MBMS scheduling information在新 MBMS业务开始之前, 或者 MBMS 业务停止之后发送,因此可以在 Minimum Time to MBMS Data Transfer指示 的时间内发送, 本步驟中, 将 MBMS scheduling information 中的 MBMS session list中的被抢占的低优先级的 MBMS业务标识删除, 同时添加新的 高优先级 MBMS业务标识,以表明 MBMS业务中断原因是网络侧行为(如 Pre-emption ) 引起的。
步驟 402: eNB收到 MBMS scheduling information,向 MCE回复 MBMS 调度信息响应 (MBMS scheduling information response ) 消息, 同时更新 MCCH消息并发送。 本步驟具体实现属于现有技术, 大致包括:
eNB根据 MCCH更新时间 ( MCCH Update time ) 更新 MCCH消息, 添加新的 MBMS业务, 删除被 Pre-emption的 MBMS业务, eNB中属于相 应 MBSFN区域的小区发送 MCCH变更通知( MCCH change notification ) 消息 (表明新的 MBMS业务 session start )、 以及更新的 MCCH消息。
步驟 403:正在接收或感兴趣接收 MBMS业务的 UE读取更新的 MCCH 消息。 本步驟具体实现属于现有技术, 大致包括:
正在接收 MBMS 业务的 UE周期性读取 MCCH 消息, 感兴趣接收 MBMS 业务的 UE监听到 MCCH change notification 消息后读取更新的 MCCH消息。 UE根据更新的 MCCH消息判断出 MBMS业务中断是网络侧 行为, 不是 UE 自身的行为。 UE通过内部的信令交互通知 NAS层或应用 层 MBMS业务中断, 因为是网络侧原因, 用户不会重复发起 MBMS业务 激活请求。
第二实施例, 本实施中采用 MBMS session update request消息来指示 MBMS业务中断。 为了叙述的方便, 在第二实施例中仅讨论基于业务优先 级的抢占( ARP Pre-emption )情况。 当存在更多的 MBMS业务中断原因时 , 本领域技术人员知道可以采用相同处理, 本发明只区分中断原因是网络侧 行为还是 UE自身行为, 对于网络侧行为引起的中断具体原因不进行区分。 如图 5所示, 第一实施例具体包括以下步驟:
步驟 500: MCE收到 session start request消息,判断是否需要 Pre-emption 现有的 MBMS业务, 如果是, 进入步驟 501 , 否则结束本流程。
本步驟具体实现与步驟 400完全一致, 这里不再赘述。
步驟 501: MCE在 Minimum Time to MBMS Data Transfer时间内向 MBSFN区域内所有的 eNB发送 MBMS session update request消息,并将需 要被 Pre-emption的业务的 TMGI和 MBMS session identify删除。
在 MME向 MCE发送的 session start request (或 session update request ) 消息中会携带 Minimum Time to MBMS Data Transfer信息元,该信息元的时 间表明从 MME发送 session start request, 到 BM-SC发送 MBMS业务数据 之间的时间, 在这段时间内, 新 MBMS业务数据还未开始发送, 低优先级 的 MBMS业务还在进行。在 MCE决定抢占低优先级的 MBMS业务资源时 , 可以利用这段时间来发送低优先级的 MBMS业务中止的指示信息。 MBMS session update request消息的目的主要是变更 MBMS业务会话 属性, 比如更新 MBMS service area, 更新 MBMS控制面的相关节点 (如 MME、 MBMS-GW等)等。 在 MBMS session update request消息中携带有 TMGI和 MBMS session Identify信息元。
本步驟中, MCE将需要终止的 TMGI 和 session Identify从 MBMS session update request消息中删除, 同时, 更新为新的高优先级 MBMS业务 标识,以表明 MBMS业务中断原因是网络侧行为(如 Pre-emption )引起的。 这样, eNB在空口发送的就没有相应的 MBMS业务标识, 表明该 MBMS 业务会话将被网络侧中断。
步驟 502: eNB收到 MBMS session update request消息, 向 MBMS-GW 分配的 IP多播地址发送 IP多播加入 /退出消息, 更新 MCCH消息并发送; 在现有技术中, 在 MBMS session update request消息之后, 如果涉及 MBMS service area ό 变更( t匕^更新了 MME ), —般有 MBMS session start request消息(发送到新的控制面节点)以及 MBMS session stop request消息 (发到原来的控制面节点)。
本实施例中,在步驟 501中更改了 MBMS session update request消息中 的 MBMS业务标识,即有新的 session start,则 eNB更新相关小区的 MCCH 消息,添加新的 MBMS业务标识,删除被 Pre-emption的 MBMS业务标识, eNB中属于相应 MBSFN区域的小区发送 MCCH change notification消息(表 明新的 MBMS业务 session start ), 以及更新的 MCCH消息。
步驟 503:正在接收或感兴趣接收 MBMS业务的 UE读取更新的 MCCH 消息。 本步驟具体实现属于现有技术, 大致包括:
正在接收 MBMS 业务的 UE周期性读取 MCCH 消息, 感兴趣接收 MBMS 业务的 UE监听到 MCCH change notification 消息后读取更新的 MCCH消息。 UE根据更新的 MCCH消息判断出 MBMS业务中断是网络侧 行为, 不是 UE 自身的行为。 UE通过内部的信令交互通知 NAS层或应用 层 MBMS业务中断, 因为是网络侧原因, 用户不会重复发起 MBMS业务 激活请求。
第三实施例, 本实施例中采用 NAS信令指示 MBMS业务中断, 如图 6 所示, 包括以下步驟:
步驟 600: MCE收到 MBMS session start request消息, 判断是否需要 Pre-emption现有的 MBMS业务, 如果是, 进入步驟 601 , 否则结束本流程。
本步驟具体实现与步驟 400完全一致, 这里不再赘述。
步驟 601 : MCE向步驟 600中发送 MBMS session start request消息的 MME发送 Pre-emption指示。 本步驟具体实现包括:
MCE通过 MBMS session start response消息携带 Pre-emption指示, 比 如: 在 MBMS session start response消息中新增一个信息元, 用于指示被 Pre-emption的业务标识, 该业务标识可以是以下任意一种: MBMS service ID、 MBMS业务索引、 MBMS业务位图 (bitmap ); 或者,
MCE通过专用信令向 MME发送 Pre-emption指示,所述专用信令可以 是一条新的 M3 信令, 如 MBMS 资源抢占指示 (MBMS Pre-emption indication )等。
步驟 602: MME在 Minimum Time to MBMS Data Transfer时间内发送 NAS信令, 指示 MBMS业务中断原因。
本步驟中 , 如果 MME知道 MBSFN区域的配置 , MME向 MBSFN区 域中的所有 UE 发送 NAS 消息, 说明 MBMS 业务中断原因是 ARP Pre-emption;如果 MME不知道 MBSFN区域配置, MME向 MBMS业务区 域(SA )或跟踪区域(TA ) 内的所有 UE发送 NAS消息, 说明 MBMS业 务中断原因是 ARP Pre-emption。
步驟 603: UE接收 NAS信令, 用户根据 NAS信令得知当前业务中断 原因。
用户知道业务中断原因后, 可以停止接收业务或者通过其他方式继续 接收该业务, 如单播方式。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围, 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、 等同替换和改进 等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种指示 MBMS业务中断的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
网络侧确定需要中断的 MBMS业务;
网络侧向用户设备 UE发送 MBMS业务中断指示并指明中断原因。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述网络侧确定需要中 断 MBMS业务包括: 所述网络侧中的多小区 /多播协作实体 MCE确定需要 中断的 MBMS业务和中断原因。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述网络侧向 UE发送 MBMS业务中断指示并指明中断原因包括:
所述网络侧选择发送中断指示及原因的时机, 所述时机来自移动管理 实体 MME的会话请求消息中包含的 MBMS数据传输最小时间, 所述网络 侧在该 MBMS数据传输最小时间内发送中断指示及中断原因。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述网络侧向 UE发送 MBMS业务中断指示并指明中断原因包括:
所述网络侧的 MCE通过 MBMS会话更新请求消息,或 MBMS调度信 息, 经由演进节点 eNB向 UE发送 MBMS业务中断指示并指明中断原因。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述网络侧的 MCE通 过 MBMS会话更新请求消息发送 MBMS业务中断指示并指明中断原因, 具体包括:
所述网络侧的 MCE删除 MBMS 会话更新请求消息中的需要终止的 MBMS会话标识。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述网络侧的 MCE通 过 MBMS调度信息发送 MBMS业务中断指示并指明中断原因, 包括: 所述网络侧的 MCE删除 MBMS调度信息中携带的 MBMS会话列表中 的被中断的 MBMS会话。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述网络侧向 UE发送 MBMS业务中断指示并指明中断原因包括:
所述网络侧中的 MCE向 MME发送资源抢占的指示信息; MME收到 资源抢占的指示后, 经由 eNB向 UE发送 MBMS业务中断指示。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 MME发送 MBMS 业务中断指示包括:
所述 MME通过非接入层 NAS消息 , 经由 eNB向 UE发送 MBMS业 务中断指示。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 MCE向 MME发 送资源抢占的指示信息包括:
所述 MCE通过 MBMS会话开始响应消息或专用信令携带资源抢占指 示。
10、 根据权利要求 1、 2、 3、 4或 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法 还包括:
所述 UE接收到 MBMS业务中断指示后, 通过高层信令将该 MBMS 业务中断指示告知用户。
11、 一种指示 MBMS业务中断的系统, 其特征在于, 至少包括网络侧 和 UE, 其中,
网络侧,用于确定需要中断的 MBMS业务; 向 UE发送 MBMS业务中 断指示并指明中断原因;
UE, 用于接收来自网络侧的 MBMS业务中断指示, 获知中断原因。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 UE, 还用于将 接收到的 MBMS业务中断指示通过高层信令告知用户。
13、 根据权利要求 11或 12所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述网络侧包 括 MBMS业务中断决策单元, 以及 MBMS业务中断指示单元, 其中, MBMS业务中断决策单元,用于确定需要中断 MBMS业务和中断原因, 通知 MBMS业务中断指示单元;
MBMS业务中断指示单元,用于接收到来自 MBMS业务中断决策单元 的通知, 向 UE发送 MBMS业务中断指示并指明中断原因。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统还包括 eNB, 用于转发所述 MBMS业务中断指示单元与 UE之间的信令;
所述网络侧为 MCE; 所述 MBMS业务中断决策单元和 MBMS业务中 断指示单元设置在 MCE中;
所述网络侧为 MME, 此时所述网络侧中还包括 MCE; 所述 MBMS业 务中断决策单元设置在 MCE 中, 所述 MBMS 业务中断指示单元设置在 MME中。
15、 根据权利要求 11所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 UE为正在接收 MBMS业务或感兴趣接收 MBMS业务的 UE。
16、 一种用户设备, 其特征在于, 用于接收来自网络侧的 MBMS业务 中断指示, 获知中断原因。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述用户设备, 还用于将接收到的 MBMS业务中断指示通过高层信令告知用户。
