Устройство содержит корпус с платформой для размещения на ней открытой тары, установленную на платформе наливную трубку для подачи напитка, один конец которой расположен над местом нахождения открытой тары. Установка системы клапанов для подачи напитка и выравнивания давления в верхней части корпуса создает удобство при обслуживании и санитарной обработке в связи с быстрым доступом, как к системе клапанов, так и открытой таре и позволяет ус- корить процесс обслуживания потребителя. Быстросъемное соединение частей корпуса обеспечивает их герметичность при одновременном удобстве в эксплуатации за счет быстрого доступа к таре для напитка и с напитком.
