상기 산업 연계 지수 산출부는
상기 산업 분류와 연관된 상기 특허를 다수 포함하는 순으로 2 이상의 상기 산업 분류를 선정하는 산업 분류 선정부;
상기 산업 분류 선정부가 선정한 상기 산업 분류와 연관된 상기 특허의 개수를 기초로 기술 분포율을 산출하는 기술 분포율 산출부;
상기 산업 분류 선정부가 선정한 상기 산업 분류와 연관된 상기 특허가 포함되는 상기 특허 분류의 개수를 기초로 기술 점유율을 산출하는 기술 점유율 산출부; 및
상기 기술 분포율 및 상기 기술 점유율을 기초로 동종 산업 연계 점수를 산출하는 동종 산업 연계 점수 산출부
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 융합 지수 서비스 시스템. - 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 기술 점유율 산출부는 기술 점유율 보정 계수를 참조하여 상기 기술 점유율을 정규화 처리하는 정규화 처리부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 융합 지수 서비스 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기능 발전 지수 산출부는 상기 시간 정보 및 상기 특허 분류를 기초로 산출된 기능 점수와 시기 점수를 이용하여 상기 기능 발전 지수를 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 융합 지수 서비스 시스템. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 기능 발전 지수 산출부는
상기 특허 집합에 대하여 시간 단위 및 상기 시간 정보를 기초로 시간 단위별 특허수를 산출하는 시간 단위별 특허수 산출부;
상기 특허 분류 및 상기 시간 단위를 기초로 시간 단위별 신규 기술 특허수를 산출하는 시간 단위별 신규 기술 특허수 산출부; 및
상기 시간 단위별 특허수 및 상기 시간 단위별 신규 기술 특허수를 기초로 상기 기능 점수를 산출하는 기능 점수 산출부
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 융합 지수 서비스 시스템. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 기능 발전 지수 산출부는
상기 특허 집합에 대하여 시간 단위 및 상기 시간 정보를 기초로 시간 단위별 누계 특허수를 산출하는 시간 단위별 누계 특허수 산출부;
상기 시간 단위별 누계 특허수와 연관된 누계 기준 시점을 산출하는 누계 기준 시점 산출부; 및
상기 누계 기준 시점을 기초로 상기 시기 점수를 산출하는 시기 점수 산출부
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 융합 지수 서비스 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기능 융합 지수 산출부는 상기 특허 분류를 기초로 산출된 기능 융합 점수와 서비스 점수를 이용하여 상기 기능 융합 지수를 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 융합 지수 서비스 시스템. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 기능 융합 지수 산출부는
하나의 상기 특허와 연관된 적어도 하나의 상기 특허 분류의 개수를 기초로 특허 분류 개수를 산출하는 특허 분류 개수 산출부;
상기 특허 분류 개수에 대응하는 특허 분류 개수 가중치를 획득하는 특허 분류 개수 가중치 획득부; 및
상기 특허 분류 개수 및 상기 특허 분류 개수 가중치를 기초로 기능 융합 점수를 산출하는 기능 융합 점수 산출부
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 융합 지수 서비스 시스템. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 기능 융합 지수 산출부는
2 이상의 서비스를 포함하는 서비스 분류 집합을 상기 사용자 컴퓨터로 전송하는 서비스 분류 집합 전송부;
상기 서비스 분류 집합에서 선택된 상기 서비스에 대한 정보를 포함하는 선택 정보를 상기 사용자 컴퓨터로부터 수신하는 선택 정보 수신부; 및
상기 선택 정보를 기초로 상기 서비스 점수를 산출하는 서비스 점수 산출부
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 융합 지수 서비스 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 특허 분류는 상기 특허 분류가 속하는 특허 분류 체계에서 소정의 깊이에 따라 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 융합 지수 서비스 시스템. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 기능 발전 지수는 주특허 분류를 필수적으로 사용하고,
상기 기능 융합 지수는 부특허 분류 및 상기 주특허 분류를 필수적으로 사용하고,
상기 산업 연계 지수는 상기 주특허 분류를 필수적으로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 융합 지수 서비스 시스템. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 특허, 상기 특허 분류 및 상기 산업 분류를 저장하는 데이터 저장부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 융합 지수 서비스 시스템. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 기능 발전 지수, 상기 기능 융합 지수 및 상기 산업 연계 지수를 산출하기 위하여 필요한 보조 변수를 저장하는 보조 변수 저장부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 융합 지수 서비스 시스템.
