Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour encapsuler et protéger des substances destinées à être mélangées avec un solvant avant l'utilisation. Le procédé emploie des capsules connues comportant un réservoir et un élément de coupe et prévoit une étape d'introduction d'une substance active, telle que des lactobacilles lyophilisés, sous forme pulvérulente dans la capsule, une étape subséquente d'introduction à l'intérieur de la capsule, en contact avec la substance active, d'une quantité d'huile, ayant une teneur en eau inférieure à 1 %, selon un rapport en poids variable correspondant à environ 4 fois le poids de la substance active en poudre. La capsule ainsi remplie est ensuite soumise à une étape de légère agitation de façon à produire, à l'intérieur de la capsule, une suspension des particules de poudre dans l'huile.
