磁吸式 LED灯
技术领域
本发明涉及 LED灯,具体来说,是涉及一种能适合现有吸顶灯结构的 LED 灯。 背景技术
吸顶灯是家庭、 办公室、 娱乐场所等各种场所经常选用的灯具。 现有的吸 顶灯大多使用白炽灯、 荧光灯作为光源, 不仅亮度不够, 其能耗比较高, 造成 大量能源的浪费。
LED灯是 21世纪新兴的一种光源。 它具有以下优点:
1、体积小。基本上是一块很小的晶片被封装在有机玻璃或硅胶等透明介质 里面, 所以它非常的小, 非常的轻。
2、使用寿命长。在恰当的电流和电压下, LED的使用寿命可达 10万小时。
3、 发光效率高、 发热量低, 目前 LED的发光效率已经达到 100LM/W, 远 远高于白炽灯的 15LM/W。
4、 环保。 LED是由无毒的材料做成, 不像荧光灯含水银会造成污染。
5、 坚固耐用。 LED是被完全的封装在有机玻璃或硅胶等透明介质里面, 它比灯泡和荧光灯管都坚固。灯体内也没有松动的部分,这些特点使得 LED不 易损坏。
但是,将现有的吸顶灯更换成 LED灯,要花费大量的人力和物力对其结构 和线路进行改造, 使用者大多不愿意花费大量的钱财和时间去进行改造, 使得 LED灯得不到普遍推广。 发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种不改变现有灯具的结构和线路即 可安装的 LED灯。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明的技术方案是这样:
一种磁吸式 LED灯, 包括 LED灯珠、 驱动器、 基座、 安装柱和磁粒, 所 述的 LED灯珠设置在基座的下方,所述的驱动器设置在基座的上方,所述的安 装柱的一端与基座活动连接, 所述的安装柱的另一端与磁粒连接。
为了延长 LED灯和驱动器的使用寿命, 上述的磁吸式 LED灯还包括设置 在基座上方的散热器。 所述的散热器可以为多个, 所述的散热器位于驱动器的 四周。 优选的, 所述的基座为铝基板。
使用时, 利用磁粒的吸力将磁吸式 LED灯吸附在灯具(如吸顶灯)的底盘 上, 从而将 LED灯固定, 把 LED驱动器电源线与灯具电源线连接, 再将灯具 的灯罩盖上即可。
本发明所述的磁吸式 LED灯, 可以在不改变现有灯具(如吸顶灯)的结构 和线路的基础上, 将 LED灯方便地安装在现有灯具里面。
本发明具有以下优点:
1、 成本低, 节省能源。 现在普遍使用的荧光灯或白炽灯, 其能耗比较大, 造成能源的大量浪费,若将其整体更换成 LED灯, 又需要花费大量的人力和物 力对其结构和线路进行更换和改造。而本发明所述的磁吸式 LED灯则不需要对 原有的灯具进行改造,就可以在原有的灯具上安装 LED灯,大大的节省了成本。
2、 实用性强。 本发明可以做成各种形状, 适用于各种现有的灯具。
3、 安装方便。 本发明使用磁吸式, 安装极其方便。 附图说明

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图 1和图 2所示, 一种磁吸式 LED灯, 包括若干个 LED灯珠 1、 驱动 器 2、 铝基板 3、 一个或以上的安装柱 4、 散热器 5和磁粒 6;
所述的 LED灯珠 1设置在铝基板 3的下方;
所述的驱动器 2设置在铝基板 3的上方;
所述的散热器 5设置在铝基板 3的上方, 所述的散热器 5位于驱动器 2的 四周;
所述的安装柱 4的一端与铝基板 3活动连接, 其另一端与磁粒 6连接。 如图 2所示, 利用磁粒 6将磁吸式 LED灯吸在灯具(如吸顶灯)的底盘 7 上, 从而将 LED灯固定, 把 LED驱动器电源线与灯具电源线连接, 再将灯具 的灯罩盖上即可。
本发明所述的磁吸式 LED灯, 可以在不改变现有灯具(如吸顶灯)的结构 和线路的基础上, 将 LED灯方便地安装在现有灯具里面。

权利要求书
1、 一种磁吸式 LED灯, 包括 LED灯珠和驱动器, 其特征在于, 还包括基 座、 安装柱和磁粒, 所述的 LED灯珠设置在基座的下方, 所述的驱动器设置在 基座的上方, 所述的安装柱的一端与基座活动连接, 所述的安装柱的另一端与 磁粒连接。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的磁吸式 LED灯, 其特征在于, 还包括设置在基 座上方的散热器。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的磁吸式 LED灯, 其特征在于, 所述的散热器为 多个, 所述的散热器位于驱动器的四周。
4、 根据权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的磁吸式 LED灯, 其特征在于, 所述的基 座为铝基板。
