在竟争激烈的 3G网络市场中,运营商也在不断推陈出新, 用户使用的 用户标识模块 /通用用户标识模块)卡及服务套餐也存在随时更换的可能性, 作为无线终端设备的身份识别载体, SIM USIM卡的发行通常都是与运行商 提供的服务类型或服务套餐相对应的, 在提供这种服务的过程中, 也可能 会有相应的标识来区分, 也就是我们所说的 logo。
传统的定制产品中, 一款终端设备配制一款定制用户界面, 用户通过 用户界面进行终端的联网、 收发短信等数据的交互及管理工作, 其中每款 定制程序中除了上述通用功能外, 还包括了一些运营商相关的定制信息, 包括用户界面的 logo (徽标), 桌面快捷方式的图标, UI软件名称等, 这些 标识性的信息也是作为一种运营商的品牌被广泛应用于定制产品中。 因此 单一定制的用户界面将很难满足用户对不同服务的需求。 发明内容
本发明目的是提出一种信息绑定方法及装置, 以改变定制软件中用户 界面单一定制的状态, 改善用户体验。

一种定制信息绑定方法, 包括:
无线终端下发运营商信息获取指令;
无线终端根据对应所述指令的反馈内容, 获取运营商信息;
无线终端查找所述运营商信息对应的定制信息。
其中, 所述定制信息是运营商标识或桌面图标。
其中, 所述获取运营商信息的方法为: 获取 SIM/USIM 卡的 IMSI ( International Mobile Subscriber Identification Number, 国际移动用户 i只另 'J 码)。
其中, 获取所述 IMSI 时, 无线终端通过下发注意 AT指令获取所述 IMSI;

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细阐述。
在 SIM卡中, 通常有两种信息可以区别运营商信息: IMSI和 SPN; 这 两项信息都可作为运营商发行的 SIM卡的特有标识被移动终端识别。
本发明突破通用软件定制方法的局限性, 利用 SIM/USIM卡中的运营 商信息, 在定制标识与运营商绑定资源的基础上实现定制信息的自动配置。 本发明主要运用于无线终端系统中。 该无线终端系统主要包括无线数据终 端设备、 SIM/USIM卡和无线终端管理软件。
无线数据终端设备可以是通用串行总线调制解调器 (Universal Serial BUS Modulator DEModulator, USB MODEM )、 无线数据卡( Wireless Data Card )等。
SIM/USIM卡是定制信息的识别载体。
无线终端管理软件是典型的安装在 PC上的人机交互界面,通过串口与 无线终端设备通讯, 从而实现定制信息的加载功能。 作为逻辑控制主体, 无线终端管理软件实现了 SIM USIM卡的运营商信息获取以及定制信息绑 定工作。
所述运营商信息获取包括 IMSI信息的获取和 SPN信息的获取。
IMSI信息的获取包括:无线终端设备上电并就绪后,可读取 SIM USIM 卡的 IMSI。 IMSI包括 MCC (国家码, 3位)、 MNC (移动网络码, 2位)、 MSIN (移动用户识别码, 10位)共 15位数字组成, 其中 MCC+MNC即可 用于区分不同的网络服务, 具体实施过程因运营商情况而定。
SPN 信息的获取包括: 无线终端设备上电并就绪后, 可读取到 SIM USIM 卡的元文件服务提供者名称 (EFSPN, Element File- Service Provider Name )文件, 根据标准协议可将文件信息按照万国码 UNICODE ( 80、 81 和 82 编码) 或全球移动通讯系统 (Global System for Mobile Communications, GSM ) 7位编码的规则来解码得到相应的运营商名称。
可以将存在对应关系的运营商信息与定制信息绑定, 通过收集到的对 应关系, 可将运营商信息与定制信息之间的对应关系以文件形式预置在应 用软件中, 或以其他可通过软件访问的形式存储。 并且, 可以将 SIM卡中 读取的 IMSI或 SPN对应到已绑定的上述信息中的定制信息, 并将定制信 息加载到用户界面中以显示给用户。
若用户的 SIM/USIM信息不在预置文件所涵盖的范围内, 则将默认的 定制信息加载于用户界面上, 并显示给用户。
无线终端管理软件通过串口与无线终端设备通讯, 该通讯依靠串口通 讯协议的支持,所述串口通讯协议包含第三代合作伙伴项目( 3rd Generation Partnership Project, 3GPP )协议规定的标准注意 (Attention, AT )指令, 用于 3G网络下的 SIM/USIM卡的信息获取(可通过标准的 AT指令来实现)。
下面以无线终端管理软件的逻辑控制为主线, 无线 USB MODEM及 SIM USIM为实例,说明本发明技术方案实现定制信息绑定方法的应用。参 见图 1 , 图 1是本发明实施例将 SIM卡的 IMSI与定制信息绑定的流程示意 图, 包括如下步驟:
步驟 101 : 插入无线 USB MODEM, 设备上电, 软件开始运行; 步驟 102: 设备启动初始化流程, 进行设备初始化;
包括串口的初始化、 USB MODEM及 SIM/USIM卡状态的读取等。 步驟 103: 下发 AT指令 AT+CIMI以获取 IMSI信息;
步驟 104: 监听串口;
步驟 105: 判断是否收到指令响应, 如果收到则进入步驟 106, 如果没 收到则返回步驟 104以继续监听;
UI的监听串口线程用于捕获 MODEM对 AT+CICMI指令的响应,若捕 获到, 则进入该指令的处理过程。
步驟 106: 取 IMSI中的字段以在预置文件中进行匹配;
根据对指令的所述响应, 即获取的 IMSI码, 在预置文件中查找对应的 定制信息(包括 logo, 桌面图标等)。
步驟 107: 判断是否搜索到匹配项, 以对应不同的搜索结果进行不同的 处理, 如: 搜索到匹配项, 则转入步驟 108; 否则, 转入步驟 109; 步驟 108: UI加载定制信息并显示。
步驟 109: 加载软件中预置的默认定制信息, 并显示给用户。

UI的监听串口线程用于捕获 MODEM对 AT+CRSM指令的响应,若捕 获到, 则进入该指令的处理过程。
步驟 206: 根据标准协议对文件内容解码;
EFSPN文件具有一定编码规则, 可以是以 UNICODE存在的 80、 81、 82编码, 也可以是标准的 GSM7编码, 将 EFSPN文件按照标准协议进行 解码即可获取到 SIM USIM的运营商名称。
步驟 207: 将解码后的内容在预置文件中进行匹配;
按解码后的内容在预置文件中查找对应的定制信息(包括 logo, 桌面图 标等)。
步驟 208: 判断是否搜索到匹配项, 以对应不同的搜索结果进行不同的 处理, 如: 搜索到匹配项, 则转入步驟 209; 否则, 转入步驟 210;
步驟 209: UI加载定制信息并显示。 步驟 210: 加载软件中预置的默认定制信息, 并显示给用户;
步驟 211 : 定制信息绑定流程结束。

采用本发明实施例提供与 SIM/USIM卡信息绑定的用户界面定制方法 及装置, 将通常用于识别运营商信息的 SPN及 IMSI等参数利用起来, 通 过与界面定制信息的对应关系, 适配到对应的用户界面定制方法中, 改变 了以往定制软件中用户界面单一定制的状态, 将可变化的定制方式运用于 用户界面, 从而得到良好的用户体验。

5、如权利要求 1所述的方法,其中,所述运营商信息为运营商名称 SPN。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其中, 查找所述定制信息的方法为: 无 线终端下发 AT指令以获取 EFSPN文件,UI的监听串口线程捕获对所述 AT 指令的响应, 并在捕获到时根据所述 EFSPN文件查找运营商信息对应的定 制信息。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 该方法还包括: 将查找到的定制 信息加载于用户界面。
8、 一种信息绑定装置, 包括发送单元、 获取单元、 查找单元; 所述发送单元, 用于下发运营商信息获取指令;
所述获取单元, 用于根据对应所述指令的反馈内容, 获取运营商信息; 所述查找单元, 用于查找所述运营商信息对应的定制信息。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的装置, 其中, 所述定制信息为运营商标识或桌 面图标。
10、 如权利要求 8或 9所述的装置, 其中, 所述获取单元, 用于获取 SIM USIM卡的 IMSI。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的装置, 其中,
所述获取单元, 用于控制无线终端下发 AT指令以获取得到 IMSI; 所述查找单元, 用于控制 UI的监听串口线程捕获针对所述 AT指令的 响应, 并在捕获到时根据所述 IMSI查找运营商信息对应的定制信息。
12、 如权利要求 8所述的装置, 其中, 所述运营商信息为 SPN。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的装置, 其中, 所述查找单元, 用于控制无线 终端下发 AT指令以获取 EFSPN文件,控制 UI的监听串口线程捕获针对所 述 AT指令的响应, 并在捕获到时根据所述 EFSPN文件查找运营商信息对 应的定制信息。
14、 如权利要求 8所述的装置, 其中, 该装置还包括显示单元, 用于 将查找到的定制信息加载于用户界面。
