与现有技术相比较, 本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明通过在移动通信网络中设置多虚拟号码操作平台 MVNO, 用 来维持多模手机的多号码绑定关系, 使多模手机用户开机时选择一个号码 为开机号码, MVNO根据开机号码找到绑定号码, 并向绑定号码的归属寄 存器发送设定前转号码的消息, 由绑定号码的归属寄存器设定绑定号码的 前转号码为接入码 +开机号码, 实现 MVNO对多模手机号码进行呼叫控制, 呼叫路由转化, 使多模手机在不同运营商的不同网络之间无缝漫游。
2、 当多模手机位置更新时, MVNO根据位置更新后的开机号码, 确定 绑定号码, 并将位置更新信息发送给其开机号码的归属寄存器和绑定号码 的归属寄存器,对绑定号码的归属寄存器登记前转号码为的接入码 +开机号 码, 便于开机号码的 HLR和绑定号码的 HLR对多模手机位置的准确记录。
3、 多模手机可以根据需要设置主叫号码变化, 以显示被叫地的绑定号 码, 被叫只需拨打显示的绑定号码即可与多模手机接续, 从而节省手机通 话费率; 而且 MVNO还记录多模手机的位置信息, 便于运营商对多模手机 通话后的计费。 附图说明

以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细说明, 应当理解, 以下 所说明的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明, 并不用于限定本发明。
本发明提供了一种多模手机跨网漫游的实现方法, 如图 1 所示, 其流 程包括:
511 ), 在移动通信网络中设置一个用来维持多模手机的多号码绑定关 系的多虚拟号码操作平台 ( MVNO , Multi Virtual Number Operators );
512 ),多模手机开机时,经由本地移动交换中心( MSC, Mobile Switching Center ) 向 MVNO发送开机注册请求消息;
513 ), MVNO根据开机注册请求消息中的多模手机开机号码查找与其 绑定的绑定号码, 并将开机注册请求消息转发给开机号码的归属寄存器和 绑定号码的归属寄存器;
514 ), MVNO发起指令通知绑定号码的 HLR将无条件前转号码设定为 接入码 +开机号码。
电信运营商提供多模手机, 不同网络分别登记不同号码。 通过 MVNO 对这些号码进行绑定,并对 MVNO上的号码进行呼叫控制,呼叫路由转换, 实现 MVNO用户在不同运营商无缝漫游, 并且降低用户在漫游网络通话费 用的目的。
对相同网络协议的运营商, 用户在归属网络和拜访网络即可开机选择 使用归属网络的号码; 也可开机选择使用拜访地网络的号码。 对于不同网 络协议的运营商, 那么用户在归属网络使用归属网络的号码; 在拜访网络 使用拜访网络使用的号码。
其中, 若所述多模手机开机为漫游开机, 则还包括位置更新的步驟, 包括:
漫游地 MSC通过所述多模手机的开机号码, 向 MVNO发送位置更新 请求消息;
所述 MVNO根据所述位置更新请求消息中的开机号码查找与其绑定的 绑定号码, 将所述位置更新请求消息转发给所述开机号码 HLR和所述绑定 号码 HLR;
所述开机号码 HLR和所述绑定号码 HLR根据所述位置更新请求消息 , 进行位置变更登记。
通信网络增加 MVNO, 用户开关机或位置更新时, 用户所在地 MSC 通知 MVNO, MVNO记录用户当前使用的号码, 并且记录用户当前位置信 息, 并将消息分别转发给当前使用号码的 HLR登记和合作运营商号码的绑 定号码 HLR登记。 如果用户开机, 那么 MVNO需根据开机号码找到绑定 号码, 并对绑定号码的 HLR登记无条件前转号码为接入码 +开机号码 ( MVNO也可以根据不同运营商的要求,对绑定号码的 HLR登记无条件前 转号码直接为开机号码)。 如果用户关机, 那么 MVNO需根据关机号码找 到绑定号码, 并对绑定号码的 HLR撤销无条件前转号码。 多模手机的所有 号码中一个选定为开机号码, 其他号码相对于开机号码为绑定号码; 若选 另一个号码为开机号码, 则相对另一个号码其他号码为绑定号码。
另外, 若所述多模手机开机后, 需要变换主叫号码, 则还包括主叫号 码变换的步驟, 包括:
所述多模手机在拨打被叫号码前加拨被叫接入码, 并将此呼叫传给本 地 MSC;
所述 MSC 根据所述被叫接入码将呼叫路由到关口移动交互中心 ( GMSC, Gateway Mobile Switching Center );
所述 GMSC 根据所述被叫接入码将呼叫路由到 MVNO 的交换网元 ( IGW );
所述 IGW根据被叫接入码向 MVNO发起主叫号码变换请求; 所述 MVNO根据所述主叫号码变换请求变换主叫号码为所述绑定号 码。
如果用户需要变换主叫号码为绑定号码, 则需拨打被叫接入码 +被叫号 码,呼叫路由到 MVNO时, MVNO可以根据逻辑变换来电显示号码为目的 的运营商的 MVNO号码。
其中, 所述多模手机开机后, 所述多模手机作为被叫的流程包括: 主叫拨打 MVNO内的多模手机,并通过主叫 MSC向 HLR查询所述多 模手机的路由信息;
若所述 HLR返回所述多模手机的路由号码, 则所述主叫 MSC根据路 由号码直接进行接续;
若所述 HLR返回无条件前转号码为接入码 +绑定号码; 则进行前转号 码接续流程:
所述主叫 MSC根据所述接入码路由到本地 GMSC; 所述的本地 GMSC根据所述接入码与 MVNO进行交互; 路由查询;
任一所述 HLR返回路由号码给 MVNO, MVNO通过其 IGW根据所述 路由号码进行接续。 发起路由查询之后还包括:
若多个 HLR返回路由号码给 MVNO, MVNO选择接续的方式包括: MVNO通过 IGW控制,对接收的多个路由号码使用顺振的方式进行接
MVNO通过 IGW控制,对接收的多个路由号码使用同振的方式进行接
MVNO接续第三方语音信箱号码。
从而使 MVNO用户 (在 MVNO内登记的用户 )做被叫时, 任意拨打 被叫的开机号码或绑定号码, MVNO均能根据用户当前所在地, 当前开机 使用的号码变换被叫路由, 正确接续被叫当前使用的号码上。
其中, 步驟 S13 )之后对于 HLR返回的信息, MVNO根据逻辑进行筛 选。 例如对于国际漫游的场景, 可根据运营商的要求, 对于智能网用户国 际漫游用户 , MVNO收到 HLR的响应信息后 , 可以对响应消息进行修改, 删除智能签约信息, 并将删除智能网签约信息的响应消息转发给用户当前 地的 VMSC。 这样, 这个国际漫游智能网用户就当非智能网用户处理。 其 删除智能网签约信息的步驟具体包括:
所述开机号码的 HLR返回附带所述多模手机智能签约信息的响应消 所述的 MVNO删除所述响应消息中的多模手机智能签约信息, 并将删 除用户智能签约信息的响应消息转发给所述多模手机本地拜访移动交换中 心 VMSC。
其中, 在步驟 S14 )之后还包括:
所述的多模手机关机, 并向所述 MVNO发送关机请求消息; 所述 MVNO收到关机请求消息后通知所述绑定号码的 HLR删除绑定 号码的无条件前转号码。
本发明在实际应用中的, MVNO实现以下功能包括:
负责维护多模手机多号码的绑定关系, 存储这些号码当前的位置信息 以及号码状态。 转发移动终端开关机以及位置更新请求, 根据收到的开关 机以及位置更新请求, 透传给 HLR。
根据开关机号码找到合作运营商的绑定号码, 并以合作运营商的网络 协议, 将开关机位置更新请求转发给绑定号码的 HLR。根据 HLR的响应信 息以及 MVNO业务逻辑, 决定是否要屏蔽智能网签约信息, 并将处理过的 响应消息返回给 VMSC。 如果被叫是 MVNO用户, 则可以根据业务逻辑对 被叫号码进行变换, 以便找到被叫当前正在使用的号码, 进行准确路由。 或者根据业务逻辑进行同振, 顺振或者接续第三方语音信箱。
可根据运营商的要求, 变换主叫号码, 将主叫号码变换为原主叫号码 对应合作运营商的本网的绑定号码, 以便运营商节省结算费用。
另夕卜, MVNO IGW为 MVNO内部的交换网元, 负责汇接网间呼叫, 并能触发 MVNO业务逻辑, 从而实现主被叫变号。
其中, MSC为移动交换中心, 负责移动用户呼叫的鉴权和接续。 其中, VLR为拜访寄存器, 负责临时存储用户的签约信息。
其中, HLR为归属寄存器, 负责存储用户的开销户信息, 并保持用户 当前的位置信息。
其中, STP为信令转接点, 负责转发信令消息。 GMSC 为关口移动交换中心, 负责将出网呼叫路由到合作网络, 负责 将来自合作网络的呼叫接续到网内。
本发明中多模手机在 MVNO中的网络架构图如图 2所示, 其中, 为表 述方便仅以两个不同运营商为例, 不同运营商 (OPa、 OPb )与 MVNO连 通, 并由 MVNO负责多模手机的绑定号码, 实际中可以三个、 四个或者更 多的不同运营商加入到 MVNO中, 并为多模手机提供服务。
多模手机开机注册流程的结构框图如图 3所示,
S31 , 用户开机, MSC将开机请求上报给 MVNO。
533 , 开机号码 HLR返回响应消息。
534, MVNO根据开机号码找到合作运营商的绑定号码以及合作运营商 的网络协议, 并根据绑定号码以及合作运营商的网络协议向合作运营商的 绑定号码的 HLR转发开机注册请求。
535, 绑定号码的 HLR返回响应消息。
其中, MVNO向绑定号码的营账系统发送设定绑定号码的前转号码为 开机号码的消息, 并通过营账系统转发给绑定号码的归属寄存器, 由归属 寄存器设定所述绑定号码的无条件前转号码为所述开机号码; 也可以根据 不同地区的要求, MVNO直接向绑定号码的归属寄存器发送设定绑定号码 的前转号码为开机号码的消息, 并由归属寄存器设定所述绑定号码的无条 件前转号码为所述开机号码。
536, MVNO向开机号码的 VLR返回响应消息。
本发明多模手机开机为漫游开机流程的结构框图如图 4所示, 用户从 MSCa漫游到 MSCc:
541 , 用户在漫游地开机, MSCc将位置更新请求上报给 MVNO。
542, MVNO根据开机号码向其 HLR转发位置更新请求。 543 , 开机号码的 HLR通知用户漫游之前所在的 VLRa。
544, VLRa撤销用户信息, 并回响应给开机号码的 HLR。
545 , 开机号码的 HLR向 MVNO返回响应消息。
546, MVNO根据用户漫游的开机号码找到合作运营商的绑定号码以及 合作运营商的网络协议, 并根据绑定号码以及合作运营商的网络协议向合 作运营商的绑定号码的 HLR转发位置更新请求。
547, 合作运营商绑定号码 HLR返回响应给 MVNO。
548 , MVNO回响应消息给 VLRc。
若 MVNO用户主叫不需要变换主叫号码时, 其流程与现有普通用户相 同。
若 MVNO用户主叫号码需要变换,其具体结构框图如图 5所示,包括:
551 , MVNO用户拨打被叫接入码 +被叫号码。 MSC根据被叫接入码将 呼叫路由到本网 GMSC。
552, GMSC根据被叫接入码将呼叫路由到 MVNO的 IGW。
S53 , IGW根据被叫接入码向 MVNO业务平台发起主叫号码变换请求。 MVNO根据日期、 时段、 主被叫、 位置信息等业务条件判断是否需要 变换主叫号码, 若需要变换, 则将主叫号码变换为相应的绑定号码, 并在 被叫用户显示来电为相应的绑定号码。
另外, MVNO用户作为被叫的流程结构框图如图 6所示, 其具体流程 包括:
561 , 主叫拨打 MVNO用户号码, MVNO用户号码做被叫。
562, MSC根据被叫号码向 HLR要路由信息。
若 HLR返回路由号码, 则 MSC直接接续, 流程结束。
563 , 若 HLR返回无条件前转号码为接入码 +绑定号码, 则发起前转流 564, MSC根据接入码路由到 GMSC。
565 , GMSC根据接入码接续到 MVNO的 IGW。
566, IGW根据接入码向 MVNO业务平台发起路由信息查询请求。
567, MVNO则需分别向绑定号码的 HLR和其他绑定号码的 HLR (图 中未给出)发起路由查询, 以便获取路由号码进行接续。
568, 上述 HLR返回相应消息。
若只有一个上述 HLR返回相应路由号码给 MVNO, 则 MVNO通过其 IGW进行接续。
若多个 HLR都返回路由号码, 则 MVNO根据业务逻辑条件筛选进行 顺振、 同振或接续第三方语音信箱号码。
其中, 选择顺振, 其具体为, MVNO通过 IGW控制, 如果第 1路接不 通, 则再接第 2路, 第 3路…, 对多个绑定号码按优先级顺序接续;
如果是同振, 则 MVNO通过 IGW控制并发呼出, 那一路先接通则自 动断掉其他路呼叫。
如果接续第三方语音信箱, 即接续第三方语音信箱号码。
通话完毕, MVNO出 CDR话单, 以便计费系统最终采集计费。
根据本发明的另一方面, 本发明还提供了一种多模手机跨网漫游的实 现装置, 如图 7所示, 包括多模手机, 还包括:
多虚拟号码操作平台 MVNO, 在移动通信网络中设置一个用来维持多 模手机的多号码绑定关系的 MVNO;
所述的多模手机还包括: 发送模块, 所述多模手机开机时, 经由本地
MSC向所述 MVNO发送开机注册请求消息;
所述的 MVNO包括: 查找模块, 所述 MVNO根据所述开机注册请求 消息中的多模手机开机号码查找与其绑定的绑定号码; 转发模块, 将所述 开机注册请求消息转发给所述开机号码的 HLR和所述绑定号码的 HLR;通 知模块, 所述 MVNO发起指令通知所述绑定号码的 HLR将无条件前转号 码设定为接入码 +所述开机号码。
另夕卜, 所述 MVNO还包括,
主叫号码变换模块, 所述 MVNO根据所述主叫号码变换请求变换主叫 号码为相应的所述绑定号码;
删除模块, MVNO删除所述响应消息中的多模手机智能签约信息, 并 将删除用户智能签约信息的响应消息返回给所述多模手机所在的拜访移动 交换中心 VMSC; 另外,
所述转发模块还包括, 所述 MVNO将所述位置更新请求转发给所述开 机号码 HLR和所述绑定号码 HLR;
所述通知模块还包括, 所述 MVNO收到关机请求消息后通知所述绑定 号码的 HLR删除绑定号码的无条件前转号码。 明, 不能认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。 对于本发明所属技术 领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明构思的前提下, 还可以做出若 干简单推演或替换, 都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims

1、 一种多模手机跨网漫游的实现方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 步驟一, 在移动通信网络中设置一个用来维持多模手机的多号码绑定 关系的多虚拟号码操作平台 MVNO;
步驟二, 所述多模手机开机时, 经由本地移动交换中心 MSC 向所述 MVNO发送开机注册请求消息;
步驟三, 所述 MVNO根据所述开机注册请求消息中的多模手机开机号 码查找与其绑定的绑定号码, 并将所述开机注册请求消息转发给所述开机 号码归属寄存器 HLR和所述绑定号码的归属寄存器 HLR;
步驟四, 所述 MVNO发起指令通知所述绑定号码的 HLR将无条件前 转号码设定为接入码 +所述开机号码。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 若所述多模手机开机为 漫游开机, 则还包括位置更新的步驟, 包括:
漫游地 MSC通过所述多模手机的开机号码, 向 MVNO发送位置更新 请求消息;
所述 MVNO根据所述位置更新请求消息中的开机号码查找与其绑定的 绑定号码, 将所述位置更新请求消息转发给所述开机号码 HLR和所述绑定 号码 HLR;
所述开机号码 HLR和所述绑定号码 HLR根据所述位置更新请求消息, 进行位置变更登记。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述多模手机开机后, 需要变换主叫号码, 则还包括主叫号码变换的步驟, 包括:
所述多模手机在拨打被叫号码前加拨被叫接入码, 并将此呼叫传给本 地 MSC;
所述 MSC 根据所述被叫接入码将呼叫路由到关口移动交互中心 GMSC;
所述 GMSC根据所述被叫接入码将呼叫路由到 MVNO 的交换网元 IGW;
所述 IGW根据被叫接入码向 MVNO发起主叫号码变换请求; 所述 MVNO根据所述主叫号码变换请求变换主叫号码为所述绑定号 码。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述多模手机开机后, 所述多模手机作为被叫的流程包括:
主叫拨打 MVNO内的多模手机,并通过主叫 MSC向 HLR查询所述多 模手机的路由信息;
若所述 HLR返回所述多模手机的路由号码, 则所述主叫 MSC根据路 由号码直接进行接续;
若所述 HLR返回无条件前转号码为接入码 +绑定号码; 则进行前转号 码接续流程:
所述主叫 MSC根据所述接入码路由到本地 GMSC;
所述的本地 GMSC根据所述接入码与 MVNO进行交互; 路由查询;
任一所述 HLR返回路由号码给 MVNO, MVNO通过其 IGW根据所述 路由号码进行接续。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 MVNO分别向所 若多个 HLR返回路由号码给 MVNO, MVNO选择接续的方式包括: MVNO通过 IGW控制,对接收的多个路由号码使用顺振的方式进行接 续; MVNO通过 IGW控制,对接收的多个路由号码使用同振的方式进行接 续;
MVNO接续第三方语音信箱号码。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步驟三之后, 对于 不同运营商网络中智能网不能直接漫游的网络, 则需要删除智能网签约信 息, 删除智能网签约信息的步驟包括:
所述开机号码的 HLR返回附带所述多模手机智能签约信息的响应消 所述的 MVNO删除所述响应消息中的多模手机智能签约信息, 并将删 除用户智能签约信息的响应消息转发给所述多模手机本地拜访移动交换中 心 VMSC。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在步驟四之后还包括: 所述的多模手机关机, 并向所述 MVNO发送关机请求消息; 所述 MVNO收到关机请求消息后通知所述绑定号码的 HLR删除绑定 号码的无条件前转号码。
8、 一种多模手机跨网漫游的实现装置, 包括多模手机, 其特征在于, 还包括:
多虚拟号码操作平台 MVNO, 在移动通信网络中设置一个用来维持多 模手机的多号码绑定关系的多虚拟号码操作平台 MVNO;
所述的多模手机还包括: 发送模块, 所述多模手机开机时, 经由本地 移动交换中心 MSC向所述 MVNO发送开机注册请求消息;
所述的 MVNO包括: 查找模块, 所述 MVNO根据所述开机注册请求 消息中的多模手机开机号码查找与其绑定的绑定号码; 转发模块, 将所述 开机注册请求消息转发给所述开机号码的 HLR和所述绑定号码的 HLR;通 知模块, 所述 MVNO发起指令通知所述绑定号码的 HLR将无条件前转号 码设定为接入码 +所述开机号码。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 其特征在于,
所述 MVNO还包括,
主叫号码变换模块, 所述 MVNO根据所述主叫号码变换请求变换主叫 号码为相应的所述绑定号码;
删除模块, MVNO删除所述响应消息中的多模手机智能签约信息, 并 将删除用户智能签约信息的响应消息返回给所述多模手机所在的拜访移动 交换中心 VMSC; 另外,
所述转发模块还包括, 所述 MVNO将所述位置更新请求转发给所述开 机号码 HLR和所述绑定号码 HLR;
