与现有技术相比, 本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明通过在 CG网关配置不同 IMSI在不同国家的漫游策略, 使得用 户漫游到一个签约国际 IMSI或国家 IMSI的国家之后, CG网关可以根据配 置来判断当前使用的 IMSI的资费是否为最低, 如果不是, 则选择一个最低 资费的 IMSI供用户使用。 利用本发明的方法及 CG网关, 可以使用户在漫 游时享受到资费最低的 IMSI, 从而为用户节约了成本。 附图说明

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进一步详细阐述。 本发明在 CG网关与终端 SIM卡同时存放多个 IMSI, 以及每个 IMSI 的鉴权信息, 所有 IMSI也可以共享鉴权信息, CG网关数据库同样存放着 每个 IMSI及其鉴权信息。
C2G或 G2C用户可以同时签约不同运营商的国际 IMSI, CG网关根据 预先配置的漫游策略来实现用户在不同国家之间漫游时资费最低的问题。
C2G或 G2C用户可以同时签约不同国家 IMSI, 各个国家 IMSI可以在 相应的国家进行漫游, 以及做相应的业务; 用户漫游到不同国家时, 选择 相应的国家 IMSI进行国家之间的漫游。
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细说明。
参考图 1 , 图 1为本发明的移动通信终端的移动限制实现方法流程图, 当用户漫游到一个新的国家或地区后, 本发明的方法包括以下步骤:
步骤 1 , CG网关判断预先保存的多个 IMSI中是否包括国际 IMSI以及 国家 IMSI, 如果包括国际 IMSI, 则执行步骤 2, 如果只包括国家 IMSI, 则 执行步骤 3。
步骤 2, CG网关根据位置更新信息调用预先设定的漫游策略, 使用户 切换到资费最低的国际 IMSI。
预先设定的漫游策略具体可以为: 在当前漫游国家, 将用户当前使用 的国际 IMSI的资费与预先保存的不同运营商的国际 IMSI的资费进行比较, 根据比较结果选择资费最低的国际 IMSI。
由于用户签约的不同运营商的国际 IMSI 分别对应于不同国家的国家 码, 在当前漫游国家, 与该国的国家码相应的国际 IMSI的资费是最低的。
步骤 2的具体实现过程为:
步骤 201 , CG网关接收默认 IMSI发起的位置更新消息;
默认 IMSI指的是用户当前使用的 IMSI。
步骤 202, CG网关读取位置更新消息中的设备号中的国家码; 步骤 203 , CG网关根据国家码调用预先设定的漫游策略判断当前使用 的 IMSI的资费是否为最低, 如果不是则通知用户, 让用户进行 IMSI的选 择, 或由 CG网关直接切换到资费最低的 IMSI。
由于国家码对应于不同运营商的国际 IMSI, 因此, 根据设备号中的国 家码可以得知不同运营商的国际 IMSI的资费, 将当前使用的国际 IMSI的 资费与不同运营商的国际 IMSI的资费分别进行比较之后, 可以得知当前使 用的国际 IMSI的资费是否为最低, 如果不是最低, 则有两种切换方式: 一 种方式是通知用户, 让用户手动切换到资费最低的国际 IMSI; 另一种方式 是, 在手机终端以及 SIM卡支持 IMSI自动切换功能的前提下, CG网关构 造消息发送给手机终端,手机终端通知 SIM卡切换到资费最低的国际 IMSI。
步骤 3 , CG网关根据国家 IMSI,使用户切换到当前漫游国家资费最低 的运营商。
如果用户只签约了多个国家 IMSI, 可能从一个国家漫游到一个新的国 家手机就没有信号了, 此时用户手动切换到当前国家 IMSI, 或终端可以从 SIM卡中读取所有 IMSI, —个接着一个发起位置更新,直到位置更新成功。 由于一个国家可能同时存在几个不同的运营商, 而每个运营商的资费都是 不同的, 因此, CG网关指示用户以手动的方式或 CG网关构造消息发给手 机终端,手机终端通知 SIM卡切换到资费最低的运营商。 图 1显示的是 CG 网关内部处理切换到资费最低的 IMSI的流程图, CG网关实现移动通信终 端的 C2G漫游限制业务流程图参考图 2所示, 显示了 CG网关如何与外部 的码分多址( CDMA, Code Division Multiple Access ) 网络以及全球移动通 讯系统(GSM, Global System for Mobile Communications ) 网络通信。
终端的归属网络为 CDMA网络, 用户终端通过 CG网关从 GSM网络 漫游到 CDMA网络中。 图 2中不仅包括了图 1的步骤, 在图 1的步骤 1之 前进一步包括:
步骤 11 , CG网关接收终端漫游到新地区后在 GSM网络发起的位置更 新。
步骤 12, CG网关将 GSM网络的位置更新转化为 CDMA网络的位置 更新消息并发送到终端归属网络 CDMA 的归属位置寄存器 (HLR, Home Location Register ) 中。
步骤 13 , CG网关接收 HLR返回的位置更新响应消息。
步骤 14, CG 网关将位置更新响应消息返回 GSM 网的移动交换中心 ( MSC, Mobile Switching Center ) /拜访位置寄存器( VLR, Visitor Location Register )。
在步骤 14 的 CG 网关将相应位置更新响应消息返回 GSM 网的 MSC/VLR之后, CG网关接着执行步骤 1和步骤 2, 执行完步骤 2之后, CG网关完成使用户切换到资费最低的国际 IMSI的过程, 用户切换完成之 后, 会返回第一切换响应消息, 因此, 在步骤 2之后, 进一步包括:
步骤 21 , CG网关接收用户返回的第一切换响应消息。
步骤 3执行的是使用户切换到当前漫游国家资费最低的 IMSI的过程, 在此切换过程之后, 用户会返回第二切换响应消息, 因此, 在步骤 3之后, 进一步包括:
步骤 31 , CG网关接收用户返回的第二切换响应消息。
下面对 CG网关实现切换的结构示意图进行详细说明, 参考图 3所示, 图 3为本发明的 CG网关实现切换的结构示意图。 图中包括: 判断模块、 第 一切换模块和第二切换模块。
判断模块, 用于判断预先保存的多个 IMSI是否包括国际 IMSI以及国 家 IMSI;
预先保存的多个 IMSI保存在手机终端的 SIM卡中, 并同时保存在 CG 网关中。
第一切换模块, 用于根据位置更新信息调用预先设定的漫游策略, 使 用户切换到资费最低的国际 IMSI;
预先设定的漫游策略具体可以为: 在当前漫游国家, 将用户当前使用 的国际 IMSI的资费与预先保存的不同运营商的国际 IMSI的资费进行比较, 根据比较结果选择资费最低的国际 IMSI。
由于用户签约的不同运营商的国际 IMSI 分别对应于不同国家的国家 码, 在当前漫游国家, 与该国的国家码相应的国际 IMSI的资费是最低的。
为了实现切换到资费最低的国际 IMSI的功能,第一切换模块具体又包 括: 第一接收单元、 获取单元和决策单元。
其中, 第一接收单元, 用于接收默认 IMSI发起的位置更新消息; 默认 IMSI即为当前使用 IMSI。
获取单元, 用于读取位置更新消息中的设备号中的国家码;
决策单元, 用于根据该国家码调用预先设定的漫游策略判断当前使用 的 IMSI是否为最优, 如果不是则通知用户, 让用户进行 IMSI的选择, 或 由 CG网关直接切换到最优的 IMSI。
由于国家码对应于不同运营商的国际 IMSI, 因此, 根据设备号中的国 家码可以得知不同运营商的国际 IMSI的资费, 将当前使用的国际 IMSI的 资费与不同运营商的国际 IMSI的资费分别进行比较之后, 可以得知当前使 用的国际 IMSI的资费是否为最低, 如果不是最低, 则有两种切换方式: 一 种方式是通知用户, 让用户手动切换到资费最低的国际 IMSI; 另一种方式 是, 在手机终端以及 SIM卡支持 IMSI自动切换功能的前提下, CG网关构 造消息发送给手机终端,手机终端通知 SIM卡切换到资费最低的国际 IMSI。
第二切换模块, 用于根据国家 IMSI, 使用户切换到当前漫游国家资费 最低的国家 IMSI。
如果用户只签约了多个国家 IMSI, 可能从一个国家漫游到一个新的国 家手机就没有信号了, 此时用户手动切换到当前国家 IMSI, 或终端可以从 SIM卡中读取所有 IMSI, —个接着一个发起位置更新,直到位置更新成功。 参考图 4, 图 4为本发明的 CG网关实现漫游业务的结构示意图, CG 网关为了实现用户从 C网漫游到 G网的过程中,与 C网和 G网之间的通信, CG网关还包括:
第二接收模块,用于接收终端漫游到新地区后在 GSM网络发起的位置 更新;
消息转化模块, 用于将 GSM网络的位置更新转化为 CDMA网络的位 置更新消息;
第一发送模块, 用于将转化后的位置更新消息发送到终端归属网络
CDMA的 HLR中;
第三接收模块, 用于接收 HLR返回的位置更新响应消息;
第二发送模块, 用于将该位置更新响应消息返回给 GSM 网的
MSC/VLR。
在第二发送模块将位置更新响应消息返回给 GSM 网的 MSC/VLR之 后, 由 CG网关的判断模块、 第一切换模块、 第二切换模块分别执行, 以实 现 CG网关内部完成的切换到资费最低的 IMSI的功能。 在第一切换模块完 成使用户切换到资费最低的国际 IMSI的过程, 用户切换完成之后, 用户会 返回第一切换响应消息, 因此, CG网关进一步包括:
第四接收模块, 用于在第一切换模块使用户切换到资费最低的国际 IMSI之后, 接收用户返回的第一切换响应消息。
第二切换模块完成的是使用户切换到当前漫游国家资费最低的 IMSI的 过程, 在此切换过程之后, 用户会返回第二切换响应消息, 因此, CG网关 进一步包括:
第五接收模块, 用于在第二切换模块使用户切换到当前漫游国家资费 最低的 IMSI之后, 接收用户返回的第二切换响应消息。 本发明利用 CG网关实现了多 IMSI终端在 C/G两网之间漫游时,如何 使用户享有最低 IMSI资费的功能, 实现起来非常方便, 同时为用户节省了 成本。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的 普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以作出若干改进 和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种移动通信终端的移动限制实现方法, 所述移动通信终端保存有 多个国际移动用户识别码(IMSI ), 其特征在于, 包括以下步骤:
步骤 1 , CG网关判断所述多个 IMSI是否包括国际 IMSI以及国家 IMSI, 如果包括国际 IMSI, 则执行步骤 2, 如果只包括国家 IMSI, 则执行步骤 3; 步骤 2, 所述 CG网关根据位置更新信息调用预先设定的漫游策略, 控 制用户切换到资费最低的国际 IMSI;
步骤 3 , 所述 CG网关根据所述国家 IMSI, 控制用户切换到当前漫游 资费最低的国家 IMSI。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 2具体为: 步骤 201 , 所述 CG网关接收默认 IMSI发起的位置更新消息; 步骤 202,所述 CG网关读取所述位置更新消息中的设备号中的国家码; 步骤 203 ,所述 CG网关根据所述国家码调用预先设定的漫游策略判断 当前使用的 IMSI是否为最优, 如果不是最优, 则通知用户进行 IMSI的选 择, 或由所述 CG网关直接发送消息指示终端切换到资费最低的 IMSI; 如 果是最优, 则不用切换。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动通信终端的归属 网络为码分多址(CDMA ); 在所述步骤 1之前, 该方法进一步包括:
步骤 11 , 所述 CG网关接收所述移动通信终端漫游到新地区后在全球 移动通讯系统( GSM ) 网络发起的位置更新;
步骤 12, 所述 CG网关将所述 GSM网络的位置更新转化为所述 CDMA 网络的位置更新消息, 并发送到所述归属网络 CDMA 的归属位置寄存器 ( HLR ) 中;
步骤 13 , 所述 CG网关接收所述 HLR返回的位置更新响应消息; 步骤 14,所述 CG网关将所述位置更新响应消息返回给所述 GSM网的 移动交换中心 (MSC ) /拜访位置寄存器 (VLR )。
4、 如权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 2之后 进一步包括: 步骤 21 , 所述 CG网关接收所述用户返回的第一切换响应消 息。
5、 如权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 3之后 进一步包括:
步骤 31 , 所述 CG网关接收所述用户返回的第二切换响应消息。
6、 一种 CG网关, 保存有多个 IMSI, 其特征在于, 包括:
判断模块,用于判断移动通信终端保存的多个 IMSI是否包括国际 IMSI 以及国家 IMSI;
第一切换模块, 用于在所述判断模块判断包括国际 IMSI时, 根据位置 更新信息调用预先设定的漫游策略,控制用户切换到资费最低的国际 IMSI; 第二切换模块, 用于在所述判断模块判断只包括国家 IMSI时, 根据所 述国家 IMSI, 控制用户切换到当前漫游资费最低的国家 IMSI。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的 CG网关, 其特征在于, 所述第一切换模块进 一步包括:
第一接收单元, 用于接收默认 IMSI发起的位置更新消息;
获取单元, 用于读取所述位置更新消息中的设备号中的国家码; 决策单元, 用于根据所述国家码调用预先设定的漫游策略判断当前使 用的 IMSI是否为最优, 不是最优时, 则通知用户进行 IMSI的选择, 或由 所述 CG网关直接发送消息指示移动通信终端切换到最优的 IMSI; 是最优 时, 则不用切换。
8、 如权利要求 6所述的 CG网关, 其特征在于, 所述终端的归属网络 为 CDMA, 所述 CG网关进一步包括:
第二接收模块,用于接收所述终端漫游到新地区后在 GSM网络发起的 位置更新;
消息转化模块, 用于将所述 GSM 网络的位置更新转化为所述 CDMA 网络的位置更新消息;
第一发送模块, 用于将转化后的位置更新消息发送到所述归属网络 CDMA的 HLR中;
第三接收模块, 用于接收所述 HLR返回的位置更新响应消息; 第二发送模块, 用于将所述位置更新响应消息返回给所述 GSM 网的 MSC/VLR。
9、 如权利要求 6、 7或 8所述的 CG网关, 其特征在于, 进一步包括: 第四接收模块, 用于在所述第一切换模块使用户切换到资费最低的国 际 IMSI之后, 接收所述用户返回的第一切换响应消息。
10、 如权利要求 6、 7或 8所述的 CG网关, 其特征在于, 进一步包括: 第五接收模块, 用于在所述第二切换模块使用户切换到当前漫游国家 资费最低的 IMSI之后, 接收所述用户返回的第二切换响应消息。
