Abstract

L'invention a trait à un procédé de fabrication d'une image iridescente (II) à partir d'une image de référence (IR), l'image iridescente (II) comprenant un sélecteur optique (SO) sélectionné dans le groupe comprenant un réseau de lentilles cylindriques, un réseau de lentilles sphériques et une barrière de parallaxe, le procédé comprenant les étapes - de création d'une période adaptée au sélecteur optique (SO) et au système de reproduction utilisée, - de création d'une image périodique (IP) remplie de façon répétitive selon ladite période, - de création d'une image dispersée par application d'un filtre de dispersion à l'image périodique (IP) dans laquelle la position géométrique des pixels de l'image périodique (IP) est modifiée en fonction des valeurs des pixels correspondants dans l'image de référence (IR),- de mise en relation de l'image dispersée (ID) ainsi créée avec le sélecteur optique (SO). L'invention porte également sur les images dispersée et iridescente obtenue à partir d'un tel procédé, et un dispositif les comprenant ainsi que sur un programme associé.
