为了降低纸尿裤内部的温度， 在纸尿裤的设计上釆用了很多方法。 公开号 为 CN2335608的实用新型专利"改进结构的纸尿布"公开了一种可产生对流空气 提高透气性及无皱现象产生具弹复性的改进结构的纸尿布。 该实用新型的纸尿 布其结构主要是于 P E外层与吸收芯层之间隔置有一层透气垫， 该釆用 P E材 质具弹复性的透气垫表面是具有若干呈弧状隆起的十字框肋， 藉由该十字框肋 使顶面覆合的吸收棉层及不织布渗透层紧密压合成型呈浮凸半球状的表面， 以 使以纸浆材质为主体制成的吸收棉层于吸附分泌物后仍不松质或变形结成团块 且仍具良好透气性。 公开号为 CN2484929的实用新型专利"纸尿裤 "公开的纸尿 裤有一吸收垫和防侧漏的护边， 并且在纸尿裤的前端开有通气孔。 为了增加纸 尿裤的透气性， 所述的护边位于纸尿裤的中、 后部两侧。 所述的纸尿裤既透气 又能防侧漏。 公开号为 CN201055459的实用新型专利"一种男婴专用纸尿片 "公 开的一种在尿湿后能保护男婴生殖器的男婴专用纸尿片。 它包括尿片， 其特征 在于： 所述的尿片上设有柱套， 所述的柱套为两端开口设置。 通过在尿片上设 有两端开口的柱套， 使用时， 使男婴生殖器刚好套入柱套内， 即使尿湿了， 由 于柱套为两端开口设置， 能有效地与外界空气流通， 不会因为温度或湿度过高 而使得生殖器受细菌感染。 公开号为 CN2810556 的实用新型专利"一种超透气 纸尿裤"公开的纸尿裤包括外部的防漏层和内部的吸水垫， 其特征在于吸水垫 两端分别与对应的防漏层前后两端相连， 且在防漏层前端设有开口， 与该开口 相对的吸水垫外侧设有防漏层段， 同时在防漏层前端设置透气用的开口， 使防 漏层与吸水垫之间以及开口形成透气通道， 从而有效提高了超透气纸尿裤的透 气性能。 公开号为 CN201361187的实用新型专利"一种智能降温纸尿裤"公开的 纸尿裤包括外表层、 吸收中层以及单向导湿层， 其特征在于在所述吸收中层或 所述单向导湿层中包含降温剂。 本实用新型的智能降温纸尿裤通过降温剂的降 温作用， 可以使得纸尿裤在吸收尿液后温度降低， 从而使得婴儿与纸尿裤接触 的部位的温度适当降低， 从而改善了婴儿， 尤其是男婴的健康。 公开号为 CN201618017U 的实用新型专利"具有良好透气性能的新型卫生保健用品，，公开 的一种用于纸尿布、 卫生巾等一次性卫生用品上的具有良好透气性能的新型卫 生保健用品， 与现有技术相比， 该卫生保健用品在吸收层上设有均勾分布的透 气孔， 通过在吸收层上透气孔来提高其透气性能， 使小孩子穿起来不会发生红 屁股的现象， 同时也让使用者使用更加舒适。 公开号为 CN201618018U的实用 新型专利"具有良好透气性能的卫生保健用品 "公开的一种用于纸尿布、 卫生巾 等一次性卫生用品上的具有良好透气性能的卫生保健用品， 与现有技术相比， 该卫生保健用品在吸收层上均设有纵向排列或者横向排列的透气槽， 这种透气 槽将吸收层分成折叠式的纵向或者两部分， 通过在吸收层上增设纵向排列或者 横向排列的透气槽来提高其透气性能。 公开号为 CN201631502U的实用新型专 利"一种男用纸尿裤"公开的一种男用纸尿裤， 由前横带、 纵向吸液带、 后横带 组成， 其特征在于： 前横带设置在纵向吸液带前端， 后横带设置在纵向吸液带 后端， 纵向吸液带靠近前横带连接部位下方向外设置凹坑， 凹坑止于纵向吸液 带中部， 该凹坑可以容纳阴嚢， 可以扩大阴嚢在纸尿裤内的空间。 上述专利中 通过提高透气性来降低阴嚢温度的方案中， 无法解决纸尿裤压迫阴嚢使其紧贴 身体而无法正常下垂伸展降温的问题， 专利 CN201631502U虽然可以通过设置 凹坑来增大阴嚢在纸尿裤内的空间， 但是在纸尿裤上设置凹坑会给纸尿裤的制 造带来困难， 甚至无法用现有生产设备生产。
中国发明专利申请 201110028739.x"纸尿裤 "和实用新型专利申请 201120026903.9"—种纸尿裤"分别公开了一种新型纸尿裤， 这种纸尿裤的吸收 芯体具有分支， 在使用时通过折叠纸尿裤的分支能够形成立体空间。
中国发明专利申请 201110105345X"新型纸尿裤"和实用新型专利申请 2011201262075"—种新型纸尿裤"分别公开了一种新型纸尿裤， 这种纸尿裤具有 至少一个折合部件， 通过组合折合部件可以在纸尿裤的至少一端形成立体空间 结构。 发明内容
为了克服现有纸尿裤的不足， 本发明提供了一种新结构的纸尿裤， 可以增 加阴嚢在纸尿裤内的空间， 使阴嚢可以正常下垂放松而降温。 本发明提供了一种纸尿裤， 包括由吸收芯体、 包覆层、 底布构成的纸尿裤 主体部分， 布置于吸收芯体两侧的两条第一防漏折边， 布置于底布和包覆层侧 向边缘处的两条第二防漏围边； 本发明的纸尿裤还包括至少一个与所述纸尿裤 主体部分连接的第三收紧部件。 通常的纸尿裤的侧边具有两条防漏折边和两条 防漏围边， 用于防漏。 本发明的纸尿裤布置了多个收紧部件。 收紧部件能够收 缩、 收紧并折皱纸尿裤主体部分以在纸尿裤的前端和后端形成兜形立体空间结 构。 收紧部件的作用不是防漏， 而是收紧并折皱与收紧部件相邻的纸尿裤吸收 芯体、 底布和包覆层。
收紧部件布置在吸收芯体的两侧边缘处。 收紧部件能够布置在底布的外侧 面。 收紧部件也可以布置在包覆层与底布之间。 收紧部件还可以布置在包覆层 的内表面。 收紧部件能够布置在防漏折边粘合线与吸收芯体侧边之间。 防漏折 边的粘合线是防漏折边与纸尿裤主体部分的包覆层连接的线形区域。 收紧部件 布置在纸尿裤的对应婴儿阴嚢的位置以在阴嚢处形成立体空间。 收紧部件布置 在纸尿裤的对应婴儿肛门的位置以在肛门处形成立体空间。
收紧部件能够是弹性元件， 如橡筋， 利用橡筋的收缩性来实现收紧。 收紧 部件还可以是能够抽拉的抽紧元件， 如可以抽拉收紧的齿条和卡扣， 或者细绳 和卡扣。 收紧部件还可以是能够结扎的线型元件， 如细绳。
收紧部件能够通过胶接的方式连接于纸尿裤的主体部分， 如利用粘胶把橡 筋粘贴于底布与包覆层之间。 收紧部件还可以通过热压接的方式连接于纸尿裤 的主体部分， 如把塑料材质的齿条和卡扣热压连接在底布的外侧表面上。 收紧 部件还可以通过基片连接在纸尿裤主体部分上， 如把细绳穿在基片上， 基片粘 贴在纸尿裤主体部分上， 抽紧并结扎细绳， 基片连同纸尿裤的主体部件就被折 皱形成了立体空间。
收紧部件能够收紧吸收芯体靠近收紧部件处的侧边缘， 使吸收芯体靠近收 紧部件处的两侧侧边折皱在一起， 而吸收芯体的中间部位保持平展， 这样吸收 芯体就能够翘曲形成一个兜形的立体空间结构， 可以容纳男婴的阴嚢。 收紧部件能够收紧底布和包覆层， 使靠近收紧部件处的底布和包覆层折皱 在一起， 而底布和包覆层中间部分保持平展， 这样底布和包覆层就翘曲形成了 一个兜形立体空间。
收紧部件可以布置在纸尿裤的前端， 吸收芯体的两侧每侧至少布置一个收 紧部件， 以在纸尿裤的前端形成立体空间。 收紧部件可以布置在纸尿裤的后 端， 吸收芯体的两侧每侧至少布置一个收紧部件， 以在纸尿裤的后端形成立体 空间。
吸收芯体邻近收紧部件处的宽度窄于吸收芯体的其它位置处的宽度。 吸收 芯体邻近收紧部件处的宽度窄于吸收芯体的其它位置处的宽度至少 0.5 厘米。 吸收芯体邻近收紧部件处具有弧形缺口。 吸收芯体的弧形缺口的最窄处比吸收 芯体的其它位置处窄至少 0.5厘米。 附图说明

在图 1 中， 吸收芯体 1、 底布 2、 包覆层 3构成了纸尿裤主体部分。 防漏 折边 7通过防漏折边粘合线 71 连接在纸尿裤主体部分上。 防漏围边 8是布置 在纸尿裤主体两侧的橡筋。 纸尿裤具有两条防漏折边和两条防漏围边。 在纸尿 裤的前端对应于婴儿阴嚢的位置布置有两个收紧部件 9 , 以在纸尿裤的前端形 成立体空间结构。 该结构包围出一个额外的空间可以容纳男婴的睾丸。 收紧部 件 9是弹性元件橡筋。 收紧部件 9布置在底布 2和包覆层 3之间。 收紧部件 9 布置在吸收芯体 1的侧边 12处。 收紧部件 9布置在防漏折边粘合线 71与吸收 芯体侧边 12之间。 吸收芯体 1邻近收紧部件 9处的宽度窄于吸收芯体 1 的其 它位置处的宽度 0.5 厘米。 还可以在纸尿裤的后端对应于婴儿肛门的位置布置 有两个收紧部件以在纸尿裤的后端形成立体空间结构用于容纳婴儿的排便。
在图 2 中， 吸收芯层 1、 底布 2、 包覆层 3构成了纸尿裤主体部分。 防漏 折边 7通过防漏折边粘合线 71 连接在纸尿裤主体部分上。 防漏围边 8是布置 在纸尿裤主体两侧的橡筋。 纸尿裤具有两条防漏折边和两条防漏围边。 在纸尿 裤的前端对应与婴儿阴嚢的位置布置有两个收紧部件 9。 收紧部件 9是可以抽 拉的抽紧元件。 收紧部件 9布置在底布的外侧表面。 收紧部件 9布置在防漏折 边粘合线 71与吸收芯体侧边 12之间。 吸收芯体 1邻近收紧部件 9处具有弧形 缺口， 吸收芯体的弧形缺口的最窄处比吸收芯体其它位置处窄 0.6厘米。 使用 时， 抽紧收紧部件 9就能够使吸收芯体 1 的邻近收紧部件 9的位置的侧边 12 产生折叠和褶皱而被折皱在一起。 吸收芯体 1 的中间的部位保持平展。 这样就 在吸收芯体 1的前端形成了一个立体空间结构。
图 3是收紧部件的放大图。 抽紧绳 93 穿插在基片 95上， 基片 95上有两 个粘胶区域 97。 基片 95可以通过粘胶区域 97连接在纸尿裤的主体部分上。 使 用时， 抽拉抽紧绳 93 , 抽紧绳 93把基片 95折皱在一起， 并连同纸尿裤的主体 部分一起折皱。 基片 95 可以是开有多个穿绳小孔的片状无纺布， 也可以是开 有多个穿绳孔的塑料材质的小片。 抽紧绳 93 可以是常见的细绳， 也可以是片 状的塑料材质的长条形薄片。 基片还可以通过热压接方式与纸尿裤主体部分连 接。
图 4是另一种收紧部件的放大图。 细绳 93穿插在基片 95上， 基片 95上 有两个粘胶区域 97。 基片 95 可以通过粘胶区域 97 连接在纸尿裤的主体部分 上。 使用时， 绑扎细绳 93并结扎， 抽紧绳 93把基片 95折皱在一起， 并连同 纸尿裤的主体部分一起折皱。 本发明的纸尿裤还可以加工成只有后端具有三维立体结构的形式， 供女婴 使用。
本发明的纸尿裤能够用作成人纸尿裤。
尽管以上针对特定实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明， 但本领域技术人员 应当理解， 本发明不限于以上公开的特定实施例。 在不偏离本发明的本质和范 围的情况下， 可以对本发明进行各种修改和替换。 本发明的范围仅由所附权利 要求书限定。

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种纸尿裤， 包括：
由吸收芯体、 包覆层、 底布构成的纸尿裤主体部分， 布置于所述吸收芯体 两侧的两条防漏折边， 布置于所述底布和所述包覆层侧向边缘处的两条防漏围 边； 以及
至少一个与所述纸尿裤主体部分连接的收紧部件。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的纸尿裤， 其中所述收紧部件能够收紧以折皱所述 纸尿裤主体部分以在所述纸尿裤的至少一端形成立体空间结构。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的纸尿裤， 其中所述收紧部件为弹性元件。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的纸尿裤， 其中所述收紧部件为能够抽拉的抽紧元 件。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的纸尿裤， 其中所述收紧部件为能够结扎的线型元 件。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的纸尿裤， 其中所述收紧部件布置在所述吸收芯体 的两侧边缘处。
7. 根据权利要求 1所述的纸尿裤， 其中所述收紧部件布置在所述纸尿裤对 应婴儿阴嚢的位置和对应婴儿肛门的位置。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的纸尿裤， 其中所述收紧部件布置在所述底布的外 侧面。
9. 根据权利要求 1所述的纸尿裤， 其中所述收紧部件布置在所述防漏折边 粘合线与所述吸收芯体侧边之间。
10. 根据权利要求 6 所述的纸尿裤， 其中所述吸收芯体邻近所述收紧部件 处的宽度窄于所述吸收芯体其它位置的宽度。
