根据国内外的多项研究， 纸尿裤覆盖的皮肤温度比棵露的皮肤温度高 1 到 2度。 纸尿裤内部温度过高， 会使男婴睾丸处于一种高温状态。 并且， 通 常纸尿裤的吸收芯层为一个矩形片状结构， 在使用时， 片状吸收芯层自然弯 曲， 覆盖在男婴阴嚢部位， 睾丸紧贴婴儿身体， 使阴嚢无法通过自然下垂远 离身体进行降温， 不利于睾丸的正常散热， 会对睾丸的正常生长发育造成影 响， 并产生长期的不良影响。 为了降低纸尿裤内部的温度， 在纸尿裤的设计上釆用了很多方法。 公开 号为 CN2335608的实用新型专利"改进结构的纸尿布"公开了一种可产生对流 空气提高透气性及无皱现象产生具弹复性的改进结构的纸尿布。 该实用新型 的纸尿布其结构主要是于 P E外层与吸收芯层之间隔置有一层透气垫， 该釆 用 P E材质具弹复性的透气垫表面是具有若干呈弧状隆起的十字框肋， 藉由 该十字框肋使顶面覆合的吸收棉层及不织布渗透层紧密压合成型呈浮凸半球 状的表面， 以使以纸浆材质为主体制成的吸收棉层于吸附分泌物后仍不松质 或变形结成团块且仍具良好透气性。 公开号为 CN2484929 的实用新型专利 "纸尿裤"公开的纸尿裤有一吸收垫和防侧漏的护边， 并且在纸尿裤的前端开 有通气孔。 为了增加纸尿裤的透气性， 所述的护边位于纸尿裤的中、 后部两 侧。 所述的纸尿裤既透气又能防侧漏。 公开号为 CN201055459的实用新型专 利"一种男婴专用纸尿片 "公开的一种在尿湿后能保护男婴生殖器的男婴专用 纸尿片。 它包括尿片， 其特征在于： 所述的尿片上设有柱套， 所述的柱套为 两端开口设置。 通过在尿片上设有两端开口的柱套， 使用时， 使男婴生殖器 刚好套入柱套内， 即使尿湿了， 由于柱套为两端开口设置， 能有效地与外界 空气流通， 不会因为温度或湿度过高而使得生殖器受细菌感染。 公开号为 CN2810556 的实用新型专利"一种超透气纸尿裤"公开的纸尿裤包括外部的 端相连， 且在防漏层前端设有开口， 与该开口相对的吸水垫外侧设有防漏层 段， 同时在防漏层前端设置透气用的开口， 使防漏层与吸水垫之间以及开口 形成透气通道， 从而有效提高了超透气纸尿裤的透气性能。 公开号为 CN201361187 的实用新型专利 "一种智能降温纸尿裤 "公开的纸尿裤包括外表 层、 吸收中层以及单向导湿层， 其特征在于在所述吸收中层或所述单向导湿 层中包含降温剂。 本实用新型的智能降温纸尿裤通过降温剂的降温作用， 可 以使得纸尿裤在吸收尿液后温度降低， 从而使得婴儿与纸尿裤接触的部位的 温度适当降低， 从而改善了婴儿， 尤其是男婴的健康。 公开号为 CN201618017U 的实用新型专利"具有良好透气性能的新型卫生保健用品，，公 开的一种用于纸尿布、 卫生巾等一次性卫生用品上的具有良好透气性能的新 型卫生保健用品， 与现有技术相比， 该卫生保健用品在吸收层上设有均匀分 布的透气孔， 通过在吸收层上透气孔来提高其透气性能， 使小孩子穿起来不 会发生红屁股的现象， 同时也让使用者使用更加舒适。 公开号为 CN201618018U 的实用新型专利"具有良好透气性能的卫生保健用品"公开的 一种用于纸尿布、 卫生巾等一次性卫生用品上的具有良好透气性能的卫生保 健用品， 与现有技术相比， 该卫生保健用品在吸收层上均设有纵向排列或者 横向排列的透气槽， 这种透气槽将吸收层分成折叠式的纵向或者两部分， 通 过在吸收层上增设纵向排列或者横向排列的透气槽来提高其透气性能。 公开 号为 CN201631502U的实用新型专利"一种男用纸尿裤"公开的一种男用纸尿 裤， 由前横带、 纵向吸液带、 后横带组成， 其特征在于： 前横带设置在纵向 吸液带前端， 后横带设置在纵向吸液带后端， 纵向吸液带靠近前横带连接部 位下方向外设置凹坑， 凹坑止于纵向吸液带中部， 该凹坑可以容纳阴嚢， 可 以扩大阴嚢在纸尿裤内的空间。 上述专利中通过提高透气性来降低阴嚢温度 的方案中， 无法解决纸尿裤压迫阴嚢使其紧贴身体而无法正常下垂伸展降温 的问题， 专利 CN201631502U虽然可以通过设置凹坑来增大阴嚢在纸尿裤内 的空间， 但是在纸尿裤上设置凹坑会给纸尿裤的制造带来困难， 甚至无法用 现有生产设备生产。
中国发明专利申请 201110028739.x"纸尿裤"和实用新型专利申请 201120026903.9"—种纸尿裤"分别公开了一种新型纸尿裤， 这种纸尿裤的吸 收芯体具有分支， 在使用时通过折叠纸尿裤的分支能够形成立体空间。 发明内容
为了克服现有纸尿裤的不足， 本发明提供了一种新结构的纸尿裤， 可以 增加阴嚢在纸尿裤内的空间， 使阴嚢可以正常下垂放松而降温。 本发明提供了一种纸尿裤， 包括由吸收芯层、 包覆层、 底布和腰围组件 构成的纸尿裤主体部分 , 以及至少一个与所述纸尿裤主体部分连接的折合部 件。 折合部件可以布置在纸尿裤的前端两侧， 也可以布置在纸尿裤的后端两 侧。 折合部件的一侧能够通过胶接、 热压接、 尼龙扣等连接方式与纸尿裤主 体部分连接。 折合部件的另一侧为自由端。
折合部件能够组合以在纸尿裤的前端形成三维立体结构。 此立体结构形 成一个立体空间以容纳男婴的阴嚢。 折合部件能够组合以在纸尿裤的后端形 成三维立体结构。 此立体结构形成一个立体空间以容纳婴儿的排便。
折合部件的组合方式为折叠。 折合部件上具有至少一条折叠线。 折叠线 可以是在折合部件上印刷的指明折叠位置的线条， 也可以是压制的线状压 痕。 折合部件被沿折叠线折叠， 折叠后， 折合部件与纸尿裤主体部分形成立 体结构。
折合部件的一端与纸尿裤主体部分连接， 折合部件的另一端为自由端。 在组合时， 折合部件的组合方式为折合部件的自由端与纸尿裤主体部分连 接。 折合部件的自由端也与纸尿裤主体部分连接后， 折合部件与纸尿裤的主 体部分形成立体结构。
折合部件的组合方式还可以是两个或者多个折合部件间互相连接。 折合 部件间互相连接后， 可以形成三维空间立体结构。
折合部件与纸尿裤主体部分、 折合部件间的连接方式可以是胶接， 也可 以是热压接， 还可以是尼龙扣连接。
本发明的纸尿裤的折合部件可以是与底布是一体结构的。 底布的至少一 个局部区域延伸以形成至少一个折合部件。
本发明的纸尿裤的折合部分可以是与包覆层是一体结构的。 包覆层的至 少一个局部区域延伸以形成至少一个折合部件。
本发明还提供了一种纸尿裤， 包括吸收芯层、 包覆层、 底布和腰围组 件， 其中底布具有至少一个延伸区域。 底布的延伸区域形成了折合部件。 延 伸区域能够组合以在纸尿裤的至少一端形成立体结构。 延伸区域的组合方式 为折叠。 延伸区域的另一端为自由端。 在组合时， 延伸区域的自由端与所述 纸尿裤主体部分连接。 延伸区域的组合方式还可以是两个或者多个延伸区域 间互相连接。 连接方式可以是胶接， 也可以是热压接， 还可以是尼龙扣连 接。
本发明的纸尿裤能够制成前端和后端都能够折叠形成三维立体结构的形 式， 后边的空间用于容纳婴儿的排便。 本发明的纸尿裤能够制成只在前端能 够折叠形成三维立体结构的形式， 供男婴使用。 本发明的纸尿裤能够制成只 在后端能够折叠形成三维立体结构的形式， 供女婴使用。 的纸尿裤不限于婴儿使用， 而是能够用作成人纸尿裤。
本发明的优点在于可以使男婴的阴嚢和生殖器处于一个特定的空间中， 增加了阴嚢的活动空间， 避免阴嚢被挤压而紧贴身体， 从而改善阴嚢的散热 条件， 有利于降低阴嚢的温度， 有利于男婴的生殖系统的正常发育。 附图说明

在图 1中， 吸收芯层 1、 底布 2、 包覆层 3、 腰围组件 6构成了纸尿裤主 体部分。 本实施例中具有两个折合部件 7。 折合部件 7通过连接区域 40连接 在纸尿裤主体上。 连接区域 40 可以是胶接区域， 也可以是热压接区域， 还 可以是尼龙扣连接区域。 折合部件 7上有折痕线 45。 折合部件 7可以沿折痕 线 45被组合。 组合方式为折叠。 折合部件 7上有连接区域 57。 连接区域 57 可以是胶接区域， 也可以尼龙扣。 折合部件 7 能够通过连接区域 57 与纸尿 裤的主体部分连接。
图 2中， 吸收芯层 1、 底布 2、 包覆层 3、 腰围组件 6构成了纸尿裤主体 部分。 折合部件 7是底布 2延伸形成的延伸区域。 本实施例中底布 2具有两 个延伸区域。 折合部件 7与底布 2是一体结构的。 折合部件 7是包覆层 3延 伸形成的延伸区域。 折合部件 7与包覆层 3是一体结构的。 折合部件 7上有 折痕线 45 和折痕线 40。 折合部件 7 , 即底布和包覆层的延伸区域可以被沿 折痕线 40和 45组合以形成空间立体结构。 组合方式为折叠。 折合部件 7上 有连接区域 57。 折合部件 7 能够通过连接区域 57 与纸尿裤的主体部分连 接。
图 3 中， 折合部件 7被沿折痕线 40和 45折叠， 然后通过连接区域 57 把折合部件 7与纸尿裤主体部分连接在一起。 这样折合部件 7和纸尿裤主体 部分就在纸尿裤的一端形成了空间立体结构。
本发明的纸尿裤还可以加工成只有后端具有三维立体结构的形式， 供女 婴使用。
本发明的纸尿裤能够用作成人纸尿裤。 员应当理解， 本发明不限于以上公开的特定实施例。 在不偏离本发明的本质 和范围的情况下， 可以对本发明进行各种修改和替换。 本发明的范围仅由所 附权利要求书限定。

1. 一种纸尿裤， 包括：
由吸收芯层、 包覆层、 底布和腰围组件构成的纸尿裤主体部分； 以及 至少一个与所述纸尿裤主体部分连接的折合部件。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的纸尿裤， 其中所述折合部件能够组合以在纸尿 裤的至少一端形成立体结构。
3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的纸尿裤， 其中所述折合部件的组合方式为折 叠。
4. 根据权利要求 2所述的纸尿裤， 其中所述折合部件的组合方式为所述 折合部件的自由端与所述纸尿裤主体部分连接。
5. 根据权利要求 2所述的纸尿裤， 其中所述折合部件的组合方式为所述 折合部件间互相连接。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的纸尿裤， 其中所述折合部件与所述底布是一体 结构的。
7. 根据权利要求 1所述的纸尿裤， 其中所述折合部件与所述包覆层是一 体结构的。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的纸尿裤， 其中所述折合部件上具有至少一条折 叠线。
9. 一种纸尿裤， 包括吸收芯层、 包覆层、 底布和腰围组件， 所述底布具 有至少一个延伸区域。
10. 根据权利要求 9 所述的纸尿裤， 其中所述延伸区域能够组合以在纸 尿裤的至少一端形成立体结构。
