最小化路测测量配置参数下发方法、 系统和设备 本申请要求在 2011年 4月 29日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201110112563.6、 发明名 称为"最小化路测测量配置参数下发方法、 系统和设备"的中国专利申请的优先权, 其全部 内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及无线通信领域, 尤其涉及一种最小化路测测量配置参数下发方法、 系统和 设备。
背景技术
在未来的移动通信系统中, 希望通过引入网络自优化的机制, 减少网络规划和操作维 护的人工参与, 由网络根据统计量自动优化参数, 降低网络的建设和运营成本。 为了减少 网络的运维成本, 希望能够釆取网络配置终端 (UE )上 4艮的方法, 减少人工路测的工作, 即最小化路测 (Minimization of drive-tests, MDT ) 方案。 另一方面, 也希望通过 MDT能 够获得普通路测无法到达的区域的无线测量信息。
按照 MDT结果的上 4艮方式, MDT分为实时( Immediate )MDT和记录( Logged )MDT, 具体如下:
Immediate MDT是终端在连接态进行的 MDT测量与上 4艮。 复用无线资源管理( Radio Resource Management, RRM )测量机制, 一旦满足上报条件, 立即向基站 /无线网络控制 器( e B/RNC )进行上报。
Logged MDT是 UE在空闲态进行的 MDT测量,在后续连接态进行上报。 一旦满足了 配置的触发条件, 将获取测量结果并进行储存 (log ) , 并在后续的合适时机上报给 eNB/RNC
MDT测量配置可以分为基于小区的 MDT测量配置和基于 UE的 MDT测量配置。 图 1 为 基于 UE 的 MDT 测 量 配置参数传递示 意 图 。 移 动 管 理 实 体 ( Mobility Management Entity, MME )可以从归属签约用户服务器( Home Subscriber Server, HSS ) 中获取 UE相关的 MDT测量配置参数 ( Immediate MDT或 Logged MDT的测量配 置参数)。 MDT测量配置参数中包含测量内容、 上报对象等信息, 还包含配置策略信息, 配置策略信息包含某一组国际移动用户标识码 (International Mobile Subscriber Identity, IMSI ) /国际移动设备标识码( International Mobile Equipment Identity, IMEI ), 还可能包含 MDT测量地理范围信息, 例如跟踪区 ( TA )或小区列表( Cell List )信息。 MME根据配 置策略信息将 MDT测量配置参数通过 eNB发送给相应的 UE。 目前, 基于 UE的 MDT测量配置的信 2令流程如图 2所示。 在 UE附着 ( attach )过程 中, HSS根据保存的用于 MDT测量的 IMSI/IMEI列表, 确定需要进行 MDT测量的 UE, 将 MDT测量配置参数发送给该 UE附着的 MME, 随后 MME若根据配置策略信息判断 UE驻留在 MDT测量地理范围内, 则将 MDT测量配置参数携带在初始上下文建立请求 ( initial context setup request )消息中发送给 e B , eNB收到该消息后, 若判断该消息中携 带的是 Logged MDT的测量配置参数, 则利用一条新的无线资源控制信令( Radio Resource Control, RRC )信令将测量配置参数下发给 UE; 若判断该消息中携带的是 Immediate MDT 的测量配置参数, 则利用 RRC连接重配置 ( RRC CONNECTION RECONFIGURATION ) 消息将测量配置参数下发给 UE。
在实现本发明的过程中, 发明人发现现有技术中存在以下技术问题:
对于在 MDT测量配置参数中包含 IMSI/IMEI以及 Cell List的 Immediate MDT配置机 制, 在 UE的初始接入过程中, 若 UE的服务小区 ( serving cell ) 不在 MDT测量配置参数 的 cell list中, 则 MME不会将 MDT测量配置参数发送给当前 e B。 此后, 若 UE进行了 基站内 ( intra-eNB )的切换, 并且切换后的目标小区在 cell list内, 但由于 MME并不参与 intra-eNB切换, 不知道 UE的 serving cell发生改变, 因此也不可能知道 UE进入了 MDT 测量小区范围内, 意味着 MME无法将 MDT测量配置参数发送给 UE当前的服务 eNB, 导致 UE不能执行所需的 MDT测量。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种最小化路测测量配置参数下发方法、 系统和设备, 用于解决在 网络侧配置 UE需要进行 MDT测量时, UE无法进行 MDT测量的问题。
一种 MDT测量配置参数下发方法, 该方法包括:
MME接收 HSS发送的终端的 MDT测量配置参数;
MME确定所述 MDT测量配置参数中的小区列表信息是否包含所述终端服务小区所 属基站下的小区的信息;
MME在确定为是时, 将所述 MDT测量配置参数下发给所述终端服务小区所属的基 站。
一种 MDT测量配置参数下发方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括:
MME接收 HSS发送的已接入网络的终端的 MDT测量配置参数;
MME从所述终端所属的基站获取所述终端的服务小区的信息, 确定所述 MDT测量 配置参数中的小区列表信息是否包含该服务小区的信息;
MME在确定为是时, 将所述 MDT测量配置参数下发给所述终端所属的基站。 一种 MME, 该 MME包括: 3

基站, 用于接收 MME下发的终端的 MDT测量配置参数, 将所述 MDT测量配置参 数下发给所述终端。 本发明实施例提供的一种方案中, 接收 HSS发送的终端的 MDT测量配置参数, 确定所述 MDT测量配置参数中的小区列表信息是否包含所述终端服务小区所属基站下的 小区的信息, 在确定为是时, 将所述 MDT测量配置参数下发给所述终端所属的基站。 可 见,本方案中, MME在 MDT测量配置参数中的小区列表信息包含终端服务小区所属基站 下的小区的信息时, 将该 MDT测量配置参数下发给终端所属的基站, 使得基站在终端进 入小区列表中的小区时, 能够将 MDT测量配置参数下发给终端, 进而终端能够根据 MDT 测量配置参数进行 MDT测量, 避免了在终端初始接入的小区不包含在小区列表中, 而后 终端切换到的小区包含在小区列表中时, 由于终端没有 MDT 测量配置参数而无法进行 MDT测量的问题。
本发明实施例提供的另一种方案中, MME接收 HSS发送的终端的 MDT测量配置参 数, 在接收到所述终端所属的基站发送的切换请求后, 确定所述 MDT测量配置参数中的 小区列表信息是否包含切换的目标基站下的小区的信息, 在确定为是时, 将所述 MDT测 量配置参数下发给所述目标基站。 可见, 本方案中, MME在 MDT测量配置参数中的小区 列表信息包含终端切换的目标基站下的小区的信息时, 将该 MDT测量配置参数下发给目 标基站, 使得目标基站在终端进入小区列表中的小区时, 能够将 MDT测量配置参数下发 给终端,进而终端能够根据 MDT测量配置参数进行 MDT测量,避免了在终端初始接入的 源基站下的小区不包含在小区列表中, 而后终端切换到的目标基站下的小区包含在小区列 表中时, 由于终端没有 MDT测量配置参数而无法进行 MDT测量的问题。
本发明实施例提供的又一种方案中, MME接收 HSS发送的已接入网络的终端的 MDT 测量配置参数, 从所述终端所属的基站获取所述终端的服务小区的信息, 确定所述 MDT 测量配置参数中的小区列表信息是否包含该服务小区的信息,在确定为是时,将所述 MDT 测量配置参数下发给所述终端所属的基站。 可见, 本方案中, MME在 MDT测量配置参数 中的小区列表信息包含已接入网络的终端的服务小区的信息时, 将 MDT测量配置参数下 发给终端所属的基站, 使得基站能够将 MDT测量配置参数下发给终端, 进而终端能够根 据 MDT测量配置参数进行 MDT测量,避免了在终端初始接入的小区不包含在小区列表中 时, 由于终端没有 MDT测量配置参数而无法进行 MDT测量的问题。 附图说明

为了解决网络侧配置 UE需要进行 MDT测量时, UE无法进行 MDT测量的问题, 本 发明实施例提供一种 MDT测量配置参数下发方法, 本方法中, MME在 MDT测量配置参 数中的小区列表信息包含终端所属基站下的小区的信息时, 将该 MDT测量配置参数下发 给终端所属的基站。
参见图 3 , 本发明实施例提供的 MDT测量配置参数下发方法, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 30: MME接收 HSS发送的终端的 MDT测量配置参数;
步骤 31: MME判断 MDT测量配置参数中的小区列表信息是否包含终端服务小区所 属基站下的小区的信息;
步骤 32: MME在确定小区列表信息包含终端服务小区所属基站下的小区的信息时, 将 MDT测量配置参数下发给终端服务小区所属的基站。
作为一种实施例, 在步骤 30中 MME接收 HSS发送的终端的 MDT测量配置参数之 前, MME接收终端所属的基站发送的初始终端消息, 该初始终端消息是基站在与空闲态 的该终端建立 RRC连接后发送的消息; MME向 HSS发送更新位置请求消息,以请求 HSS 更新该终端在网络中的位置;
相应的, 步骤 30中 MME接收 HSS发送的终端的 MDT测量配置参数, 其具体实现 如下:
MME接收 HSS返回的更新位置应答消息, 该更新位置应答消息中携带终端的 MDT 测量配置参数。
作为另一种实施例, 步骤 30中 MME接收 HSS发送的终端的 MDT测量配置参数, 其具体实现如下: MME接收 HSS发送的插入签约用户 t据消息,该插入签约用户数据消息插入注册数 据消息中携带已接入网络的终端的 MDT测量配置参数。
较佳的, 在 MME接收 HSS发送的终端的 MDT测量配置参数之后, MME接收到终 端所属的基站发送的切换请求时, 判断 MDT测量配置参数中的小区列表信息是否包含切 换的目标基站下的小区的信息; MME在确定小区列表信息包含切换的目标基站下的小区 的信息时, 将 MDT测量配置参数下发给目标基站。
为了解决在网络侧配置 UE需要进行 MDT测量时, UE无法进行 MDT测量的问题, 本发明实施例提供另一种 MDT测量配置参数下发方法, 本方法中, MME在接收到终端所 属的基站发送的切换请求后, 若 MDT测量配置参数中的小区列表信息包含切换的目标基 站下的小区的信息, 则将该 MDT测量配置参数下发给终端所属的基站。
参见图 4, 本发明实施例提供的 MDT测量配置参数下发方法, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 40: MME接收 HSS发送的终端的 MDT测量配置参数;
步骤 41 : MME在接收到终端所属的基站发送的切换请求后, 判断 MDT测量配置参 数中的小区列表信息是否包含切换的目标基站下的小区的信息;
步骤 42: MME在确定小区列表信息包含切换的目标基站下的小区的信息时,将 MDT 测量配置参数下发给目标基站。
作为一种实施例, 步骤 40中 MME接收 HSS发送的终端的 MDT测量配置参数, 其 具体实现如下:
MME接收 HSS发送的插入签约用户数据消息,该插入签约用户数据消息中携带已接 入网络的终端的 MDT测量配置参数。
作为另一种实施例, 在步骤 40中 MME接收 HSS发送的终端的 MDT测量配置参数 之前, MME接收终端所属的基站发送的初始终端消息, 该初始终端消息是基站在与空闲 态的该终端建立 RRC连接后发送的消息; MME向 HSS发送更新位置请求消息, 以请求 HSS更新该终端在网络中的位置;

为了解决在网络侧配置 UE需要进行 MDT测量时, UE无法进行 MDT测量的问题, 本发明实施例提供又一种 MDT测量配置参数下发方法, 本方法中,ΜΜΕ从已接入网络的 终端所属的基站获取终端的服务小区的信息, 若 MDT测量配置参数中的小区列表信息包 含该服务小区的信息, 则将该 MDT测量配 7置参数下发给终端所属的基站。
参见图 5 , 本发明实施例提供的 MDT测量配置参数下发方法, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 50; MME接收 HSS发送的已接入网络的终端的 MDT测量配置参数; 步骤 51 : MME从终端所属的基站获取终端的服务小区的信息, 判断 MDT测量配置 参数中的小区列表信息是否包含该服务小区的信息;
步骤 52: MME在确定小区列表信息包含该服务小区的信息时, 将 MDT测量配置参 数下发给终端所属的基站。
步骤 51中, MME从终端所属的基站获取终端的服务小区的信息, 其具体实现可以如 下:
MME向终端所属的基站发送位置报告控制消息, 以请求该基站上报终端的服务小区 的信息; MME接收基站上报的终端的服务小区的信息。
步骤 50中, MME接收 HSS发送的已接入网络的终端的 MDT测量配置参数, 其具 体实现可以如下:
MME接收 HSS发送的插入签约用户数据消息,该插入签约用户数据消息中携带已接 入网络的终端的 MDT测量配置参数。
针对基站侧, 本发明实施例提供一种 MDT测量配置参数下发方法, 参见图 6, 包括以 下步骤:
步骤 60: 基站接收移动管理实体 MME下发的终端的 MDT测量配置参数; 步骤 61: 基站判断终端是否切换到 MDT测量配置参数中的小区列表信息中的小区; 步骤 62: 基站在确定终端切换到 MDT测量配置参数中的小区列表信息中的小区时, 将 MDT测量配置参数下发给终端。
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行说明:
由于 MME只有在 UE初始接入的时候能够获知 UE的服务小区 ( serving cell ) 的信 息, 在后续过程中, 在很多情况下(例如 UE进行 intra-e B 切换时), MME不知道 UE的 服务小区是否发生了变化,导致 MME无法确定何时需要将 MDT测量配置参数发送给 UE 的服务 e B。 因此, 当运行和维护( Operations and Maintenance, OAM )设备配置的 MDT 测量地理范围根据 cell list确定的场景下, 本专利提出下面的方法解决该问题:
方案 1 : MME根据 UE的服务基站( serving eNB )判断是否需要将 MDT测量配置参 数发送给 e B, eNB根据 UE的服务小区判断是否将 MDT测量配置参数发给 UE; 具体包 括如下三种情况:
情况 1 : 如果 OAM设备发起 MDT测量配置时, UE还处于空闲 (IDLE ) 态, 那么, 此后 UE建立连接时, MME判断 UE接入 小区和 OAM设备配置的 cell list中任何一个 小区是否属于同一个 e B。如果 UE的服务小区和 OAM设备配置的 cell list中任何一个小 区在同一个 eNB下, MME在发送给当前 UE接入的 eNB的初始 UE上下文建立消息中携 带 MDT测量配置参数。 如果 UE的服务小区和 OAM设备配置的 cell list中任何一个小区 都不在同一个 eNB下, MME在初始 UE上下文建立消息中不携带 MDT测量配置参数。
情况 2: 如果 OAM设备发起 MDT测量配置时, UE处在连接态, 那么, 在 UE的初 始连接建立过程中, 在发送给 eNB的初始 UE上下文建立消息中不包含 MDT测量配置参 数。 当 OAM设备激活了 MDT配置, MME首先判断 MDT 测量配置参数的 cell list中是 否有一个或多个小区属于 UE的服务基站控制的小区。如果有,则 MME将 MDT测量配置 参数发送给 UE的当前服务基站,如果没有 ,则 MME不需要发送 MDT测量配置参数给该 基站。
情况 3: 如果 OAM设备已经配置 UE进行 MDT测量, 那么, 在 UE切换过程中, MME若判断 OAM设备配置的 MDT 测量配置参数的 cell list中有一个或者多个小区属于 UE的目标基站, 则 MME在发送给目标基站的切换请求消息中携带 MDT测量配置参数, 否则, MME在切换请求消息中不会携带 MDT测量配置参数。
方案 2: MME在下发 MDT测量配置参数的时候, 首先利用一个 S1过程获取 UE的 serving cell信息, 然后根据该信息判断是否需要将 MDT测量配置参数发给 e B。
实施例一:
如图 7A所示, OAM设备配置一个 IMSI参与 MDT测量以及进行测量的地理区域, 即要求对应该 IMSI的 UEA在 celll、 cell2、 cell3内进行 MDT测量。 UEA向 cell4发起 RRC 连接建立请求, cell 4和 celll属于同一个基站。
步骤 la: 设备管理系统(EMS )将 MDT测量配置参数下发给 HSS;
步骤 lb: IDLE态的 UEA向 e Bl发起 RRC连接建立请求;
步骤 2: eNBl 与 UEA建立 RRC 连接后, 向 MME发送初始终端消息 (initial UE message );
步骤 3: MME向 HSS发送更新位置请求(Update Location Request ) 消息, 以请求 HSS更新该 UE在网络中的位置;
步骤 4: HSS 收到更新位置请求后, 向 MME发送更新位置应答(Update Location Answer ) 消息, 在该消息中携带 MDT测量配置参数;
步骤 5: MME根据 MDT测量配置参数确定 MDT测量地理范围为 celll、 cell2和 cell3; 步骤 6: MME根据 S1信令中的内容判断 UE当前所属的 eNB为 eNBl , 同时, celll 也是属于 e Bl ; 9
步骤 7: MME向 eNBl发送携带 MDT 测量配置参数的初始终端上下文建立( intial UE context setup ) 消息;
步骤 8: eNBl 收到初始终端上下文建立信息后, 保存其中的 MDT测量配置参数, 这样, 当连接状态的 UEA移动到 celll时, eNBl可以将 MDT测量配置参数发给 UEA
实施例二:
如图 7B所示, UEA已经与网络建立了连接。 OAM设备配置一个 IMSI参与 MDT测 量以及进行测量的地理区域,即要求小区列表中的 UE在 celll、 cell2、和 cell3内进行 MDT 测量。 该 IMSI对应的是 UEA
步骤 1 : UEA通过 eNBl与网络建立连接, UE当前的服务小区是 cell 4;
步骤 2: EMS向 HSS发送跟踪激活 (trace activation ) 消息, 其中携带 MDT测量配 置参数;
步骤 3: HSS 收到跟踪激活消息后向 MME发送插入签约用户数据 ( insert subscriber data ) 消息, 在该消息中携带 MDT测量配置参数;
步骤 4: MME才 据 MDT测量配置参数确定 MDT的测量范围为 cell 1、 cell2和 cell3; 步骤 5: MME判断 cell 1属于 UEA当前的服务基站 e B 1;
步骤 6: MME发送携带 MDT测量配置参数的跟踪启动 (trace start ) 消息给 eNBl。 步骤 7: eNBl 收到跟踪启动信息后,保存其中的 MDT测量配置参数, 这样, 当 UEA 移动到 cell 1时, eNB 1可以将 MDT测量配置参数发给 UEA
实施例三:
如图 7C 所示, OAM设备配置一个 IMSI参与 MDT测量以及进行测量的地理区域, 即要求对应该 IMSI的 UEA在 celll、 cell2和 cell3内进行 MDT测量。处于连接状态的 UEA 发起了 SI切换, 目标小区为 cell 4, celll和 cell4属于同一个基站。
步骤 1: UE通过 eNB 1与网络建立连接;
步骤 2: EMS向 HSS发送 trace activation消息, 其中携带 MDT测量配置参数; 步骤 3: HSS 收到 trace activation消息后向 MME发送 insert subscriber data消息, 在 该消息中携带 MDT测量配置参数;
步骤 4: MME根据 MDT测量配置参数确定 MDT的测量范围为 cell 1、 cell2和 cell3; 步骤 5: MME判断 MDT测量小区中的任何小区都不属于 UE当前的服务基站 eNBl , 不会发送 trace start消息给 eNB 1;
步骤 6: UEA进行了 S1切换, 目标基站是 e B2, MME接收到 eNBl发来的切换请求; 步骤 7: MME判断 MDT的测量小区 的 celll属于目标基站 eNB2;
步骤 8: MME向 eNB2发送携带 MDT测量配置参数的切换请求( handover request ) 消息。
实施例四:
如图 7D 所示, UEA已经与网络建立了连接, UE的服务小区为 celll。 OAM设备配 置一个 IMSI参与 MDT测量以及进行测量的地理区域 celll、 cell2和 cell3 , 即要求对应该 IMSI的 UEA在这几个指定的小区内进行 MDT测量。
步骤 1 : UEA通过 eNB 1与网络建立连接, UEA当前的服务小区是 cell 1 ;
步骤 2: EMS向 HSS发送 trace activation消息, 其中携带测量 MDT配置参数; 步骤 3: HSS 收到 trace activation消息后向 MME发送 insert subscriber data消息, 在 该消息中携带 MDT测量配置参数;
步骤 4: MME根据 MDT测量配置参数确定 MDT的测量范围为 cell 1、 cell2和 cell3; 步骤 5: MME发送位置 4艮告控制( location report control )消息给 eNB 1 , 以请求 UEA 的服务小区信息;
步骤 6: e Bl通过位置报告消息返回 UE的服务小区为 celll ;
步骤 7: MME判断 UE的 serving cell在小区列表中;
步骤 8: MME通过跟踪启动消息将 MDT测量配置参数发送给 e Bl。 eNBl 收到该 信息后, 保存该 MDT测量配置参数, 并下发给 UEA
基于同一发明构思, 本发明实施例中还提供了一种无线通信系统中的 MME、 MME, 及无线通信系统, 由于这些设备解决问题的原理与 MDT测量配置参数下发的方法相似, 因此这些设备的实施可以参见方法的实施, 重复之处不再赘述。
参见图 8, 本发明实施例还提供一种无线通信系统, 该系统包括:
MME80, 用于接收 HSS发送的终端的 MDT测量配置参数; 确定 MDT测量配置参 数中的小区列表信息是否包含终端服务小区所属基站下的小区的信息; 在确定为是时, 将 MDT测量配置参数下发给终端所属的基站;
基站 81 , 用于接收 MME下发的终端的 MDT测量配置参数; 确定终端是否切换到 MDT测量配置参数中的小区列表信息中的小区; 在确定为是时, 将 MDT测量配置参数下 发给终端。
仍参见图 8, 本发明实施例还提供一种无线通信系统, 该系统包括:
MME80, 用于接收归属签约用户服务器 HSS发送的终端的 MDT测量配置参数; 在 接收到终端所属的基站发送的切换请求后, 确定 MDT测量配置参数中的小区列表信息是 否包含切换的目标基站下的小区的信息; ^确定为是时, 将 MDT测量配置参数下发给目 标基站;
基站 81 , 用于接收 MME下发的终端的 MDT测量配置参数; 确定终端是否切换到 MDT测量配置参数中的小区列表信息中的小区; 在确定为是时, 将 MDT测量配置参数下 发给终端。
仍参见图 8, 本发明实施例还提供一种无线通信系统, 该系统包括:
MME80, 用于接收 HSS发送的已接入网络的终端的 MDT测量配置参数, 从终端所 属的基站获取终端的服务小区的信息, 确定 MDT测量配置参数中的小区列表信息是否包 含该服务小区的信息; 在确定为是时, 将 MDT测量配置参数下发给终端所属的基站; 基站 81 , 用于接收 MME下发的终端的 MDT测量配置参数, 将 MDT测量配置参数 下发给终端。
参见图 9, 本发明实施例还提供一种 MME, 该 MME包括:
接收单元 90, 用于接收 HSS发送的终端的 MDT测量配置参数;
确定单元 91 ,用于确定 MDT测量配置参数中的小区列表信息是否包含终端服务小区 所属基站下的小区的信息;
下发单元 92, 用于在确定为是时, 将 MDT测量配置参数下发给终端所属的基站。 该装置还包括:
请求单元 93 , 用于在接收 HSS发送的终端的 MDT测量配置参数之前, 接收终端所 属的基站发送的初始终端消息, 该初始终端消息是基站在与空闲态的该终端建立无线资源 控制 RRC连接后发送的消息; 向 HSS发送更新位置请求消息, 以请求 HSS更新该终端在 网络中的位置;
接收单元 90用于:
接收 HSS返回的更新位置应答消息,该更新位置应答消息中携带终端的 MDT测量配 置参数。
接收单元 90用于:
接收 HSS发送的插入签约用户数据消息, 该插入签约用户数据消息中携带已接入网 络的终端的 MDT测量配置参数。
该装置还包括:
切换单元 94, 用于在接收 HSS发送的终端的 MDT测量配置参数之后, 接收终端所 属的基站发送的切换请求, 确定 MDT测量配置参数中的小区列表信息是否包含切换的目 标基站下的小区的信息; 在确定为是时, 将 MDT测量配置参数下发给目标基站。 参见图 10, 本发明实施例还提供一种1 i ME, 该 MME包括:
接收单元 101 , 用于接收 HSS发送的终端的 MDT测量配置参数;
确定单元 102, 用于在接收到终端所属的基站发送的切换请求后, 确定 MDT测量配 置参数中的小区列表信息是否包含切换的目标基站下的小区的信息;
下发单元 103 , 用于在确定为是时, 将 MDT测量配置参数下发给目标基站。
接收单元 101用于:
接收 HSS发送的插入签约用户数据消息, 该插入签约用户数据消息插入注册数据消 息中携带已接入网络的终端的 MDT测量配置参数。
该装置还包括:
请求单元 104, 用于在接收 HSS发送的终端的 MDT测量配置参数之前, 接收终端所 属的基站发送的初始终端消息, 该初始终端消息是基站在与空闲态的该终端建立无线资源 控制 RRC连接后发送的消息; 向 HSS发送更新位置请求消息, 以请求 HSS更新该终端在 网络中的位置;
接收单元 101用于:
接收 HSS返回的更新位置应答消息,该更新位置应答消息中携带终端的 MDT测量配 置参数。
参见图 11 , 本发明实施例还提供一种 MME, 该 MME包括:
接收单元 111 , 用于接收归属签约用户服务器 HSS发送的已接入网络的终端的 MDT 测量配置参数;
确定单元 112, 用于从终端所属的基站获取终端的服务小区的信息, 确定 MDT测量 配置参数中的小区列表信息是否包含该服务小区的信息;
下发单元 113 , 用于在确定为是时, 将 MDT测量配置参数下发给终端所属的基站。 确定单元 112用于:
向终端所属的基站发送位置报告控制消息, 以请求该基站上报终端的服务小区的信 息;
接收基站上报的终端的服务小区的信息。
接收单元 111用于:
接收 HSS发送的插入签约用户数据消息, 该插入签约用户数据消息中携带已接入网 络的终端的 MDT测量配置参数。
仍参见图 11 , 本发明实施例还提供一种基站, 该基站包括:
接收单元 111 , 用于接收 MME下发的终端的 MDT测量配置参数; 确定单元 112, 用于确定终端是否切 到 MDT测量配置参数中的小区列表信息中的 小区;
下发单元 113 , 用于在确定为是时, 将 MDT测量配置参数下发给终端。

1、 一种最小化路测 MDT测量配置参数下发方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括: 移动管理实体 MME接收归属签约用户服务器 HSS发送的终端的 MDT测量配置参 数;
所述 MME在确定 MDT测量配置参数中的小区列表信息包含所述终端服务小区所属 基站下的小区的信息时, 将所述 MDT测量配置参数下发给所述终端所属的基站。
2、如权利要求 1所述的方法,其特征在于, 所述 MME接收 HSS发送的终端的 MDT 测量配置参数之前, 还包括:
所述 MME接收终端所属的基站发送的初始终端消息,该初始终端消息是基站在与空 闲态的该终端建立无线资源控制 RRC连接后发送的消息; 所述 MME向 HSS发送更新位 置请求消息, 以请求 HSS更新该终端在网络中的位置;
所述 MME接收 HSS发送的终端的 MDT测量配置参数包括:
所述 MME接收 HSS返回的更新位置应答消息, 该更新位置应答消息中携带所述终 端的 MDT测量配置参数。
3、如权利要求 1所述的方法,其特征在于, 所述 MME接收 HSS发送的终端的 MDT 测量配置参数, 包括:

4、 一种最小化路测 MDT测量配置参数下发方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括: 移动管理实体 MME接收归属签约用户服务器 HSS发送的已接入网络的终端的 MDT 测量配置参数;
所述 MME从所述终端所属的基站获取所述终端的服务小区的信息, 确定所述 MDT 测量配置参数中的小区列表信息包含该服务小区的信息时, 将所述 MDT测量配置参数下 发给所述终端所属的基站。
5、如权利要求 4所述的方法,其特征在于, 所述 MME从所述终端所属的基站获取所 述终端的服务小区的信息, 包括:
所述 MME向所述终端所属的基站发送位置报告控制消息,以请求该基站上报所述终 端的服务小区的信息;
所述 MME接收所述基站上报的所述终端的服务小区的信息。
6、 如权利要求 4或 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 MME接收 HSS发送的已接入 网络的终端的 MDT测量配置参数, 包括: 所述 MME接收 HSS发送的插入签 用户数据消息, 该插入签约用户数据消息中携 带已接入网络的终端的 MDT测量配置参数。
7、 一种最小化路测 MDT测量配置参数下发方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括: 基站接收移动管理实体 MME下发的终端的 MDT测量配置参数;
所述基站确定所述终端切换到所述 MDT 测量配置参数中的小区列表信息中的小区 时, 将所述 MDT测量配置参数下发给所述终端。
8、 一种移动管理实体 MME, 其特征在于, 该 MME包括:
接收单元, 用于接收归属签约用户服务器 HSS发送的终端的 MDT测量配置参数; 确定单元, 用于确定所述 MDT测量配置参数中的小区列表信息是否包含所述终端服 务小区所属基站下的小区的信息;
下发单元, 用于在确定为是时, 将所述 MDT测量配置参数下发给所述终端所属的基 站。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的 MME, 其特征在于, 该 MME还包括:
请求单元, 用于在接收 HSS发送的终端的 MDT测量配置参数之前,接收终端所属的 基站发送的初始终端消息, 该初始终端消息是基站在与空闲态的该终端建立无线资源控制 RRC连接后发送的消息; 向 HSS发送更新位置请求消息, 以请求 HSS更新该终端在网络 中的位置;

接收 HSS发送的插入签约用户数据消息, 该插入签约用户数据消息中携带已接入网 络的终端的 MDT测量配置参数。
11、 一种移动管理实体 MME, 其特征在于, 该 MME包括:
接收单元,用于接收归属签约用户服务器 HSS发送的已接入网络的终端的 MDT测量 配置参数;
确定单元, 用于从所述终端所属的基站获取所述终端的服务小区的信息, 确定所述 MDT测量配置参数中的小区列表信息是否包含该服务小区的信息;
下发单元, 用于在确定为是时, 将所述 MDT测量配置参数下发给所述终端所属的基 站。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的 MME, 其特征在于, 所述确定单元具体用于: 向所述终端所属的基站发送位置报告1 制消息,以请求该基站上报所述终端的服务小 区的信息; 接收所述基站上报的所述终端的服务小区的信息。
13、 如权利要求 11或 12所述的 MME, 其特征在于, 所述接收单元具体用于: 接收 HSS发送的插入签约用户数据消息, 该插入签约用户数据消息中携带已接入网 络的终端的 MDT测量配置参数。
14、 一种基站, 其特征在于, 该基站包括:
接收单元, 用于接收移动管理实体 MME下发的终端的 MDT测量配置参数; 确定单元, 用于确定所述终端是否切换到所述 MDT测量配置参数中的小区列表信息 中的小区;
下发单元, 用于在确定为是时, 将所述 MDT测量配置参数下发给所述终端。
15、 一种无线通信系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括:
MME, 用于接收归属签约用户服务器 HSS发送的终端的 MDT测量配置参数; 确定 所述 MDT测量配置参数中的小区列表信息是否包含所述终端服务小区所属基站下的小区 的信息; 在确定为是时, 将所述 MDT测量配置参数下发给所述终端所属的基站;
基站, 用于接收 MME下发的终端的 MDT测量配置参数; 确定所述终端是否切换到 所述 MDT测量配置参数中的小区列表信息中的小区;在确定为是时,将所述 MDT测量配 置参数下发给所述终端。
16、 一种无线通信系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括:
MME, 用于接收归属签约用户服务器 HSS发送的已接入网络的终端的 MDT测量配 置参数, 从所述终端所属的基站获取所述终端的服务小区的信息, 确定所述 MDT测量配 置参数中的小区列表信息是否包含该服务小区的信息; 在确定为是时, 将所述 MDT测量 配置参数下发给所述终端所属的基站;
基站, 用于接收 MME下发的终端的 MDT测量配置参数, 将所述 MDT测量配置参数 下发给所述终端。
