技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于控制和调节通风管路气流的风道阀门。 背景技术
风道阀门是各种通风管路中一种常用的装置, 其基本功能是根据通 风系统的实际需求, 完全阻断或完全开启通风管路,也可以根据需求局部 适量开启, 以达到调节管路通过的气流流量。 目前, 这种风阀最常见的形 式是百叶风阀,通风管路关闭、开启或局部开启的基本功能通过多组叶片 不同角度的同步转动实现。 这类风阀的实际应用中, 存在如下不足: 1. 缝隙漏风。 由于百叶风阀由多组叶片构成, 风阀关闭时, 叶片之间客观上 必然存在不完全闭合的缝隙, 且叶片越多, 缝隙也越多, 风阀关闭时其相 应的漏风量也越多。当承受的管内风压越高时,则缝隙漏风量也随之增大; 2.面积有效率较低。 当风阀开启时,叶片自身的体量外型将减少风阀有效 通过面积; 3.金属耗量与制作成本高。在关闭风阀两侧,由于压差的存在, 风阀叶片需要承受这个压差所形成的压力。 为了抵抗风压导致的形变,风 阀叶片多用刚性材料制作,且以金属材料实用最广。叶片在风阀的实际应 用中, 每组单一叶片, 独立负担该风阀的某一部分矩形断面, 其断面矩形 长边的实际长度, 成为控制整个阀体的要素。 随着这个长度增加, 对叶片 材料的抗弯强度要求亦将相应增高,叶片矩形长边的长度越长,对金属材 质的刚度要求亦高、金属型材的实耗量亦越大。换言之, 随着风阀断面的 增大, 风阀的金属耗材将呈非线性增涨。 相应地, 风阀的自重、 制作成本 也将呈非线性增涨。 以至当今的市场上, 大型风阀的制作成本和实际销售 价格, 至今居高不下; 4.美观性较差。 由于百叶风阀的功能需求确定了其 装置的外观定型, 即使在有环境美观需求的外置场合,百叶风阀自身也不 能因此改变其外型,因美观而另行附加的功能性损失和经济代价是不可避 免的。
确认本 发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种幕帘风阀,具有良好的密闭性 能, 而且结构简单、 控制操作简便, 且可大幅度地降低风阀的生产成本。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案如下:
本发明的幕帘风阀,其特征是:它包括柔性幕帘和驱动其收放运动的 驱动装置,以及固定设置在柔性幕帘收放运动平面两侧的前側格栅、后側 格概。
在上述技术方案中,所述柔性幕帘的上端与卷轴固定连接;所述驱动 装置包括安装在卷轴下方的动力轴和驱动该动力轴旋转的电机; 所述卷 轴、 动力轴通过传动机构传动连接。
本发明的有益效果是,可方便地通过柔性幕帘的收放运动,改变其遮 挡通风管路的截面,使通风管路完全阻断或完全开启,或者可以根据需求 局部适量开启达到调节管路通过的气流流量; 与传统的百叶风阀相比较, 具有良好的密闭性能; 风阀开启、局部开启、 关闭通风管路的控制操作十 分简便;柔性幕帘用不燃材料织物制成,可大幅度地降低风阀的生产成本, 在大型风阀的制作中其经济效益更为显著;能方便灵活地满足不同使用场 合对风阀外观的美观需求。 附图说明
