测量任务主要包括测量对象及报告配置。 其中, 测量对象主要包括频 点信息、此频点下的邻区信息以及指示 UE获取此频点下某个物理小区标识 ( PCI, Physical Cell Idtifier ) 的小区全局标识(CGI, Cell Globle Idtifier ) 信息。报告配置用于指示 UE按照配置规则进行测量结果的上报。报告配置 按照触发类型可分为事件报告配置和周期报告配置。
报告 CGI测量任务需要读取指定频点下指定 PCI所对应的小区广播信 息, 并且, UE在同一时间内只能获取一个 PCI的 CGI信息。 获取指定 PCI 的 CGI 信息, 主要应用于自动邻区关系 (ANR , Automatic Neighbour Relation ) 功能中, 实现邻区的自发现以及自优化。 当 eNB下发 report CGI 测量时, 在 MeasObjectToAddModList 中相应的测量对象中会携带 cellForWhichToReportCGI字段, 告知 UE上报指定 PCI的 CGI信息, 并通 过 RRCConnectionReconfiguration消息发送给 UE。
UE接收到 eNB下发的报告 CGI测量任务后, 判断此测量任务中对应 的测量对象是否已存在, 如果不存在则认为此测量任务中对应的测量对象 为新增, UE将在测量对象列表中直接添加该测量对象,并向 eNB响应 RRC 重配完成消息, 执行相关测量。 如果此测量对象已存在, UE认为此测量对 象将被修改, UE将删除与该测量对象相关的原有的测量信息, 并根据所接 收到测量任务重新进行本地配置,在本地配置成功后向 eNB响应 RRC重配 完成消息。
上述现有测量过程中存在如下问题: eNB向 UE下发报告 CGI测量任 务, 而此测量对象在 UE已有的测量任务中已存在时, UE认为测量对象发 生改变, 会将此测量对象的测量信息全部删除。 实际上, ^艮告 CGI测量任 务并不影响原有测量对象。 与报告 CGI 测量任务类似, UE 处理 measCycleSCell配置更新任务也不影响原有测量对象, UE同样会将此测量 对象的测量信息全部删除。 现有技术中接收到新的测量任务即删除与当前 所接收测量任务对应的测量对象的方式, 是没有必要的。 并且, 现有技术 中的这种处理方式会造成 UE及 eNB对测量任务处理的复杂化, 而且还会 浪费不必要的空口资源。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种测量任务的配置方法及装 置、 用户设备, 用户设备在当前所接收到的测量任务中的测量对象与本地 存储的测量任务的测量对象相同时, 进一步确认测量对象对应的测量参数 是否相同, 不同时进一步确定修改或增加的测量参数是否会影响该测量对 象相关的其它测量任务的测量结果, 不影响时不会删除与该测量对象相关 的其它测量任务已获取测量结果, 而是直接将当前接收到的测量任务的测 量对象更新配置到本地。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:

本发明中, UE在接收到网络侧发送的测量任务后, 首先判断当前接收 到的测量任务中的测量对象与本地存储的测量任务的测量对象是否相同, 不同时直接配置该测量对象即可, 若相同则进一步确认所述测量对象对应 的测量参数是否相同, 所述测量对象对应的测量参数的配置不同且修改或 增加的测量参数不影响该测量对象相关的其它测量任务的测量结果时, 不 删除本地存储的测量任务, 而直接将当前接收到的测量任务的测量对象配 置到本地。 本发明避免了对测量任务的盲目删除, 从而避免了空口资源的 无端浪费。 特别是针对报告 CGI测量任务或 measCycleSCell配置更新任务 的配置, 不必删除本地相关的测量对象对应的测量任务, 提高了测量任务 配置的效率, 节约了空口资源, 提升了网络服务质量。 附图说明

本发明的基本思想为: UE确定当前所接收到的测量任务中的测量对象 已存在于本地测量对象列表中时, 进一步确定当前所接收到的测量任务中 的所述测量对象对应的测量参数与本地测量对象列表中的所述测量对象对 应的测量参数的配置不同且修改或增加的测量参数不影响该测量对象相关 的其它测量任务的测量结果时, 将当前所接收到的测量任务中的所述测量 对象更新到本地测量对象列表中; 否则删除与该测量对象相关的其它测量 任务的测量结果, 将当前所接收到的测量任务中的所述测量对象更新到本 地测量对象列表中。 其中, 将当前所接收到的测量任务中的所述测量对象 更新到本地测量对象列表中时, 不删除本地测量对象列表中的所述测量对 象对应的测量任务。
当前所接收到的测量任务中的所述测量对象对应的测量参数与本地测 量对象列表中的所述测量对象对应的测量参数不同, 具体是指:
当前所接收到的测量任务中的所述测量对象对应的测量参数与本地测 量对象列表中的所述测量对象对应的测量参数的配置不同或增加了新的测 量参数, 并且, 所修改或增加的测量参数不影响该测量对象相关的其它测 量任务的测量结果。
为使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚明白, 以下举实施例并 参照附图, 对本发明进一步详细说明。
实施例一 图 1为本发明测量任务的配置方法实施例一的流程图, 如图 1所示, 本示例测量任务的配置方法具体包括以下步驟:
步驟 101 , eNB通过 RRC连接重配置( RRC Connection Reconfiguration ) 消息下发测量任务 1 , 此测量任务对应测量对象 1和^艮告配置 1。
测量任务通过 RRC连接重配置消息发送属于现有技术, 也非实现本发 明技术方案的重点, 这里不再赘述其实现细节。
步驟 102, UE进行本地配置, 配置成功后发送 RRC连接重配置完成 ( RRC Connection Reconfiguration Complete )消息给 eNB,通知本地配置成 功。
步驟 103 , UE获取测量对象 1相关的测量信息, 通过测量报告消息将 测量结果上报给 eNB。
步驟 104, eNB通过 RRC连接重配置消息下发报告 CGI测量任务, 报 告 CGI任务的测量对象为测量对象 1。
具体的, 在 MeasObjectToAddModList 中相应的测量对象中的携带 cellForWhichToReportCGI字段中, 携带有 UE上报指定 PCI的 CGI信息, 并通过 RRCConnectionReconfiguration消息发送给 UE。
步驟 105 , UE接收到报告 CGI测量任务, 首先进行本地配置。 UE判 断测量对象 1已经在 UE本地保存的测量对象列表中,并且测量对象 1的修 改指示中标识仅增加了报告 CGI的信息, UE直接将此测量对象信息更新到 测量对象列表中, 全部配置成功后向 eNB响应 RRC连接重配置完成消息, 并继续执行测量。
这里, UE在接收到报告 CGI测量任务后, 虽然测量对象 1与本地配置 的测量对象 1相同, 但其对应的测量参数却并不相同, 即报告 CGI的信息 与本地配置的测量对象 1的测量参数(如本地测量对象 1的测量参数为载 频功率测量等)不同。 步驟 106, UE获取到指定 PCI的 CGI信息, 通过测量报告消息上报给 e鳳
实施例二
图 2为本发明测量任务的配置方法实施例二的流程图, 如图 2所示, 本示例测量任务的配置方法具体包括以下步驟:
步驟 201 , eNB通过 RRC连接重配置消息下发测量任务 1和测量任务 2, 测量任务 1对应测量对象 1和>¾告配置 1 , 测量任务 2对应测量对象 1 和才艮告配置 2。
步驟 202, UE进行本地配置, 配置成功后发送 RRC连接重配完成消息 给 eNB。
步驟 203 , UE执行测量任务相关测量信息的测量, 将测量任务 2的测 量报告上报给 eNB。
步驟 204, eNB通过 RRC连接重配置消息下发报告 CGI测量任务, 报 告 CGI任务的测量对象为测量对象 1。
步驟 205 , UE接收到报告 CGI测量任务, 首先进行本地配置。 UE判 断测量对象 1已经在 UE本地保存的测量对象列表中,并且测量对象 1的修 改指示中标识仅增加了报告 CGI的信息, UE直接将此测量对象信息更新到 测量对象列表中, 全部配置成功后给 eNB响应 RRC连接重配置完成消息, 并继续执行测量。
UE在接收到报告 CGI测量任务后,虽然测量对象 1与本地配置的测量 对象 1相同, 但其对应的测量参数却并不相同, 即报告 CGI的信息与本地 配置的测量对象 1的测量参数(如本地测量对象 1 的测量参数为载频功率 测量等)不同。
步驟 206, UE获取到指定 PCI的 CGI信息, 通过测量报告消息上报给 e鳳 图 3为本发明测量任务的配置装置的一种组成结构示意图, 如图 3所 示, 本发明测量任务的配置装置包括接收单元 30、确定单元 31和更新单元 32, 其中,
接收单元 30, 用于接收测量任务;
确定单元 31 , 用于确定当前所接收到的测量任务中的测量对象是否已 存在于本地测量对象列表中, 存在于本地测量对象列表中时, 进一步确定 当前所接收到的测量任务中的所述测量对象对应的测量参数是否与本地测 量对象列表中的所述测量对象对应的测量参数不同, 不同时触发更新单元; 更新单元 32, 用于将当前所接收到的测量任务中的所述测量对象更新 到本地测量对象列表中。
上述当前所接收到的测量任务中的所述测量对象对应的测量参数与本 地测量对象列表中的所述测量对象对应的测量参数不同, 为:
当前所接收到的测量任务中的所述测量对象对应的测量参数与本地测 量对象列表中的所述测量对象对应的测量参数的配置不同或增加了新的测 量参数, 并且, 所修改或增加的测量参数不影响该测量对象相关的其它测 量任务的测量结果。
上述当前所接收到的测量任务为报告 CGI测量任务或 measCycleSCell 配置更新; 接收单元 30可以通过 RRC连接重配置消息接收网络侧所发送 的测量任务。
图 4 为本发明测量任务的配置装置的另一种组成结构示意图, 如图 4 所示, 在图 3 所示测量任务的配置装置的基础上, 本发明测量任务的配置 装置还包括:
删除单元 33 ,用于在更新单元 32将当前所接收到的测量任务中的所述 测量对象更新到本地测量对象列表中时, 不删除与该测量对象相关的其它 测量任务已获取的测量结果。 本领域技术人员应当理解, 图 3及图 4所示的测量任务的配置装置主 要是为实现前述测量任务的配置方法而设计的, 图 3及图 4所示的测量任 务的配置装置中各处理单元的功能可参照前述实施例一及实施例二的相关 描述而理解, 各处理单元的功能可通过运行于处理器上的程序而实现, 也 可通过具体的逻辑电路而实现。
本发明还记载了一种用户设备, 包括前述图 3或图 4所示的结构, 由 于图 3或图 4所示的结构在前文已有详细描述, 这里不再赘述。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围。

权利要求书
1、 一种测量任务的配置方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括: 用户设备 UE确定当前所接收到的测量任务中的测量对象已存在于本 地测量对象列表中时, 进一步确定当前所接收到的测量任务中的所述测量 对象对应的测量参数与本地测量对象列表中的所述测量对象对应的测量参 数不同时, 直接将当前所接收到的测量任务中的所述测量对象更新到本地 测量对象列表中。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 将当前所接收到的测量任务中的所述测量对象更新到本地测量对象列 表中时, 不删除与该测量对象相关的其它测量任务已获取的测量结果。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述当前所接收到的测 量任务中的所述测量对象对应的测量参数与本地测量对象列表中的所述测 量对象对应的测量参数不同, 为:
当前所接收到的测量任务中的所述测量对象对应的测量参数与本地测 量对象列表中的所述测量对象对应的测量参数的配置不同或增加了新的测 量参数, 且, 所修改或增加的测量参数不影响该测量对象相关的其它测量 任务的测量结果。
4、 根据权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述当前所 接收到的测量任务为报告小区全局标识 CGI测量任务或 measCycleSCell配 置更新。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 所述 UE通过无线资源控制 RRC连接重配置消息接收网络侧所发送的 测量任务。
6、 一种测量任务的配置装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括接收单元、 确定单元和更新单元, 其中, 接收单元, 用于接收测量任务;
确定单元, 用于确定当前所接收到的测量任务中的测量对象是否已存 在于本地测量对象列表中, 存在于本地测量对象列表中时, 进一步确定当 前所接收到的测量任务中的所述测量对象对应的测量参数是否与本地测量 对象列表中的所述测量对象对应的测量参数不同, 不同时触发更新单元; 更新单元, 用于将当前所接收到的测量任务中的所述测量对象更新到 本地测量对象列表中。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括: 删除单元, 用于在所述更新单元将当前所接收到的测量任务中的所述 测量对象更新到本地测量对象列表中时, 不删除与该测量对象相关的其它 测量任务已获取的测量结果。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述当前所接收到的测 量任务中的所述测量对象对应的测量参数与本地测量对象列表中的所述测 量对象对应的测量参数不同, 为:
当前所接收到的测量任务中的所述测量对象对应的测量参数与本地测 量对象列表中的所述测量对象对应的测量参数的配置不同或增加了新的测 量参数, 且, 所修改或增加的测量参数不影响该测量对象相关的其它测量 任务的测量结果。
9、 根据权利要求 6至 8任一项所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述当前所 接收到的测量任务为报告 CGI测量任务或 measCycleSCell配置更新; 所述 接收单元通过 RRC连接重配置消息接收网络侧所发送的测量任务。
10、 一种用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述用户设备包括接收单元、 确定 单元和更新单元, 其中,
接收单元, 用于接收测量任务;
确定单元, 用于确定当前所接收到的测量任务中的测量对象是否已存 在于本地测量对象列表中, 存在于本地测量对象列表中时, 进一步确定当 前所接收到的测量任务中的所述测量对象对应的测量参数是否与本地测量 对象列表中的所述测量对象对应的测量参数不同, 不同时触发更新单元; 更新单元, 用于将当前所接收到的测量任务中的所述测量对象更新到 本地测量对象列表中。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述用户设备还 包括:
