在长期演进-加强系统 (Long T说erm Evolution-Advanced System, LTE-A) 的聚合小区 中, 用户终端 (User Equipment, UE) 可以同时使用多个服务小区进行数据的接收与发送。 UE的服务小区可以分为主服务小区和辅服务小区, 基站根据 UE上报的可聚合相邻小区、主 服务小区、 辅服务小区的测量结果为 UE增加辅小区, 或者替换信号质量变差的主小区或辅 书
小区。
UE根据测量配置中的报告事件对测量数据进行评估, 若满足触发报告事件的准则, UE 向基站发送测量报告, 该测量报告中可以包括服务小区与相邻小区的测量结果, 由于小区 信号质量不断的变换, 使 UE上报的测量结果不准确, 从而对 UE的性能造成了影响。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种上报小区测量结果的方法, 提高了 UE的性能。

一方面, 如果相邻小区触发报告事件, UE上报测量结果, 基站可以将 UE切换到相邻小 区, 基站也可以根据 UE的配置小区的信号质量, 为 UE配置其他的小区进行数据传输, 但 是, 由于 UE不清楚未配置小区的信号质量, 基站只能选择将 UE切换到相邻小区, 不必要 的切换过程造成 UE数据传输中断。 另一方面, 由于服务小区被删除而触发报告事件, UE需 要上报测量结果, 此时, 需要用未配置小区替换服务小区, 由于上报的未配置小区的测量 结果的时刻早于服务小区被删除后的测量结果上报的时刻, 基站无法确认未配置小区的测 量结果是否有效, 基站无法为 UE配置该未配置小区。 若服务小区被删除触发报告事件, UE 需要未配置小区替换服务小区, 未配置小区测量结果上报时刻晚于服务小区被删除后测量 结果上报的时刻, UE只能少使用一个小区传输数据, 影响了 UE传输数据的效率。 而本发明 图 2与图 3所示的实施例中, UE向基站上报的测量结果中包括未配置小区集合的测量结果, 基站获得更多候选小区的测量结果信息, 基站根据测量结果中各小区的干扰、 负载等情况, 从测量结果中为 UE选择能够为 UE提供数据传输服务的未配置小区为 UE提供服务, 从而提 高了 UE的性能。

UE 向基站发送的测量报告中可以包括服务小区集合的测量结果, 服务小区集合包括主 服务小区与辅服务小区集合, 使基站获得更多候选小区的测量结果信息, 基站根据测量结 果中各小区的干扰、 负载等情况, 从测量结果中为 UE选择能够为 UE提供数据传输服务的 服务小区作为 UE新的服务小区, 从而提高了 UE的性能。
图 10为本发明实施例另一种用户终端的结构示意图, 包括:
收发模块 1001, 用于接收无线资源控制 RRC连接重配消息, 所述 RRC连接重配消息携带 未配置小区集合的信息, 所述 RRC连接重配消息包括测量目标、 报告事件; 和用于当所述 测量模块测量的未配置小区集合中的至少一个未配置小区触发所述报告事件时, 发送测量 报告, 所述测量报告包括未配置小区集合的测量结果;
配置模块 1002,用于根据收发模块接收的无线资源控制 RRC连接重配消息进行小区测量 目标与报告事件的配置;
测量模块 1003, 用于根据所述配置模块配置的测量目标对服务小区集合进行测量, 根 据所述未配置小区集合的信息测量未配置的小区。
进一步, 所述收发模块还用于当所述测量模块测量的所述服务小区集合中至少一个服 务小区触发所述报告事件时, 所述收发模块发送的测量报告还包括触发报告事件的服务小 区集合的测量结果。
进一步, 所述收发模块接收的 RRC连接重配消息还携带与未配置小区集合相关联小区 的测量配置信息;
进一步, 所述测量模块还用于测量未配置小区集合相关联的小区;
所述收发模块还用于当未配置小区集合中的至少一个未配置小区和与所述未配置小区 关联的小区中至少一个小区触发报告事件时, 所述收发模块发送的测量报告包括所述测量 模块测量的未配置小区集合的测量结果和所述测量模块测量的所述未配置小区集合关联的 小区集合的测量结果。
进一步, 所述测量模块还用于根据所述测量目标对相邻小区进行测量; 所述收发模块还用于所述测量模块测量的相邻小区中至少一个小区触发了所述报告事 件, 所述收发模块发送的测量报告中包括触发报告事件的相邻小区的测量结果。
进一步, 所述收发模块还用于接收小区测量结果的上报方式;
如图 10所示, 所述用户终端还包括:
确定模块 1004, 具体用于当所述测量模块测量的部分测量目标所属小区中至少一个小 区触发所述报告事件时, 所述收发模块发送的测量报告至少包括未配置小区集合的测量结 果; 或者具体用于根据设定的部分报告事件的触发条件, 当测量的小区集合中至少一个小 区触发所述部分报告事件中的一个时, 所述 UE发送的测量报告至少包括未配置小区集合的 测量结果。
UE 向基站发送的测量报告中可以包括未配置小区集合的测量结果, 使基站获得更多候 选小区的测量结果信息, 基站根据测量结果中各小区的干扰、 负载等情况, 从测量结果中 为 UE选择能够为 UE提供数据传输服务的未配置小区作为 UE的服务小区, 从而提高了 UE 的性能。 值得注意的是, 上述用户设备和基站实施例中, 所包括的各个单元只是按照功能逻辑 进行划分的, 但并不局限于上述的划分, 只要能够实现相应的功能即可; 另外, 各功能单 元的具体名称也只是为了便于相互区分, 并不用于限制本发明的保护范围。
另外, 本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述各方法实施例中的全部或部分步骤是可 以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成, 相应的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存储介质中, 上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器, 磁盘或光盘等。
以上所述, 仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此, 任 何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明实施例揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易想到的变化或替 换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护 范围为准。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种上报小区测量结果的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
用户终端 UE根据接收到的无线资源控制 RRC连接重配消息进行小区配置, 所述 RRC连接 重配消息包括测量目标、 报告事件;
所述 UE根据所述测量目标对服务小区集合进行测量;
若所述 UE测量的所述服务小区集合中至少一个小区触发所述报告事件, 所述 UE发送测 量报告, 所述测量报告包括所述服务小区集合的测量结果。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括:
所述 UE根据所述测量目标对相邻小区进行测量;
若所述 UE测量的所述相邻小区集合中至少一个小区触发了所述报告事件, 所述 UE发送 的测量报告中还包括所述触发报告事件的相邻小区集合的测量结果。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 如果所述 RRC连接重配消息还携带 UE对小区测量结果的上报方式, 所述 UE发送测量报告前, 还包括:
所述 UE确定小区测量结果的上报方式。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 UE确定小区测量结果的上报方式包 括:
若所述 UE测量的部分测量目标所属小区中至少一个小区触发所述报告事件,所述测量报 告至少包括服务小区集合的测量结果。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 UE确定小区测量结果的上报方式, 包括:
根据设定的部分报告事件的触发条件,若所述 UE测量的小区集合中至少一个小区触发所 述部分报告事件中一个报告事件, 所述测量报告中至少包括服务小区集合的测量结果。
6、 一种上报小区测量结果的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
用户终端 UE根据接收到的无线资源控制 RRC连接重配消息进行小区配置, 所述 RRC连接 重配消息携带未配置小区集合的信息, 所述 RRC连接重配消息包括测量目标、 报告事件; 所述 UE根据所述测量目标对服务小区集合进行测量, 所述 UE根据所述未配置小区集合 的信息测量未配置的小区;
若所述 UE测量的未配置小区集合中的至少一个未配置小区触发所述报告事件, 所述 UE 发送测量报告, 所述测量报告包括未配置小区集合的测量结果。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括:
若所述 UE测量的所述服务小区集合中至少一个服务小区触发所述报告事件,所述测量报 告还包括服务小区集合的测量结果。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 RRC连接重配消息还携带与所述未配 置小区集合相关联小区集合的测量配置信息。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述 UE测量未配置小区集合相关联的小区, 所述方法还包括:
若所述未配置小区集合中至少一个未配置小区触发所述报告事件,所述 UE并不发送测量 报告, 当与所述未配置小区关联的小区中至少一个小区也触发所述报告事件时, 所述 UE才发 送测量报告, 所述测量报告包括所述未配置小区集合的测量结果和所述未配置小区集合关联 的小区集合的测量结果。
10、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括:
所述 UE根据测量目标对相邻小区集合进行测量;
若所述 UE测量的相邻小区集合中至少一个小区触发了所述报告事件, 所述 UE发送的测 量报告中包括触发报告事件的相邻小区的测量结果和未配置小区集合的测量结果。
11、 根据权利要求 6至 10任意权利要求所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 RRC连接重配消 息还携带小区测量结果的上报方式, 所述 UE发送测量报告前, 还包括:
所述 UE确定小区测量结果的上报方式。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 UE确定小区测量结果的上报方式 包括:
若所述 UE测量的部分测量目标所属小区中至少一个小区触发所述报告事件, 所述 UE发 送的测量报告至少包括未配置小区集合的测量结果。
13、 根据权利要求 11所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 UE确定小区测量结果的上报方式 包括- 根据设定的部分报告事件的触发条件, 若测量的小区集合中至少一个小区触发所述部分 报告事件中的一个时, 所述 UE发送的测量报告至少包括未配置小区集合的测量结果。
14、 一种用户终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
收发模块, 用于接收无线资源控制 RRC连接重配消息, 所述 RRC连接重配消息包括测量目 标和报告事件;和用于测量模块测量的所述服务小区集合中至少一个小区触发所述报告事件, 发送测量报告, 所述测量报告包括所述服务小区集合的测量结果

所述测量模块还用于根据测量目标对相邻小区迸行测量;
当所述测量模块测量的相邻小区集合中至少一个小区触发了所述报告事件时, 所述收发 模块发送的所述测量报告还包括触发报告事件的相邻小区集合的测量结果。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括- 确定模块, 用于确定所述收发模块发送的小区测量结果的上报方式;
所述确定模块具体用于确定所述测量模块测量的部分测量目标所属小区中至少一个小区 触发所述报告事件, 所述测量报告至少包括服务小区集合的测量结果; 或者
所述确定模块具体用于根据部分报告事件的触发条件, 确定所述测量模块测量的小区集 合中至少一个小区触发所述部分报告事件中一个报告事件, 所述测量报告中至少包括服务小 区集合的测量结果。
17, 一种用户终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
收发模块, 用于接收无线资源控制 RRC连接重配消息, 所述 RRC连接重配消息携带未配置 小区集合的信息, 所述 RRC连接重配消息包括测量目标、 报告事件; 和用于当所述测量模块 测量的未配置小区集合中的至少一个未配置小区触发所述报告事件时, 发送测量报告, 所述 测量报告包括未配置小区集合的测量结果;
配置模块,用于根据收发模块接收的无线资源控制 RRC连接重配消息进行小区测量目标与 报告事件的配置;
测量模块, 用于根据所述配置模块配置的测量目标对服务小区集合进行测量, 根据所述 未配置小区集合的信息测量未配置的小区。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的用户终端, 其特征在于,
所述收发模块还用于当所述测量模块测量的所述服务小区集合中至少一个服务小区触发 所述报告事件时, 所述收发模块发送的测量报告还包括触发报告事件的服务小区集合的测量 结果。

所述装置还包括确定模块, 具体用于当所述测量模块测量的部分测量目标所属小区中至 少一个小区触发所述报告事件时, 所述收发模块发送的测量报告至少包括未配置小区集合的 测量结果; 或者具体用于根据设定的部分报告事件的触发条件, 当测量的小区集合中至少一 个小区触发所述部分报告事件中的一个时,所述 UE发送的测量报告至少包括未配置小区集合 的测量结果。
