Abstract
The invention relates to a novel chimenea and to a method for packaging same. The chimenea comprises three parts, namely: a base, a chamber and a stack. The dimensions and the geometric shapes of the three parts are closely linked. As a result of this relationship between the dimensions and shapes, the packaged chimenea occupies a minimum space in terms of cubic centimetres, which is extremely useful when the chimenea has to be transported. For the purpose of packaging, the chimenea stack is placed inside the chamber and, subsequently, the chamber is inserted into the base. This not only saves space but also results in the parts being protected by one another, i.e. the base protects the chamber, while the chamber protects the stack, thereby reducing the number of parts broken during transport.

CHIMENEA Y MÉTODO DE EMBALAJE FIREPLACE AND PACKING METHOD
TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention is related to the field of packaging systems, because the present invention provides a three-piece chimney and its packaging system.
ANTECEDENTES BACKGROUND
With the internationalization of the markets and the opening of borders to trade, it has been possible that products from all over the world compete in the market of a country. The competition is not only for quality and aesthetics of the product, but the price has become a determining factor, both for the intermediary of the product and for the final consumer.
One of the relevant costs in the case of products brought from abroad is the freight, that is, the cost of transportation of the product from its place of origin to the country in which it will be commercialized.
If the manufacturer wishes to lower his freight costs, he must ask himself, how can I send more units of products in a shipping container? This is precisely the technical question to which the present invention answers.
At the moment the chimneys of mud or fiberglass, are manufactured in a single piece. To be transported or exported, these pieces are lined with conventional protections such as bubble wrap and placed in a shipping container.
The main disadvantage is that this type of chimneys, is that being a single piece, they will not efficiently use the space, so that many pieces will not fit in the container. Another alternative that has been used to attack this problem and to manage to introduce more chimneys in a container has been to manufacture the chimney in two independent pieces. In this way, similar pieces are stacked (Parts A with pieces A and pieces B with pieces B) and the number of chimneys per container can be increased.
The present invention exploits the concept of manufacturing the chimney in more than one piece, and takes it further, using the ratio of sizes and geometries of the pieces that make up the chimney, to achieve a considerable increase in the number of chimneys that can be introduced In a container
Additionally, the way in which the chimney pieces are packed allows some pieces to protect the others in such a way that the index of broken pieces after the journey is reduced.
Finally, the present invention also represents a saving with respect to the materials that are traditionally used to line, such as bubble wrap, in such a way that it benefits the conservation of natural resources.
Another ecological point favored by the invention is that being able to send more chimneys inside a container, fewer trips of ships or friars or transports are required to move X quantity of products, which represents a lower consumption of gasoline or energy from transport and therefore less emissions to the atmosphere.

Con referencia a dichas figuras, la Chimenea y Método de Embalaje se conforma de: With reference to these figures, the Chimney and Packaging Method consists of:
A support (1) that has at least three support points (1a) (1b) (1c) (1d), the function of said support points (1a) (1b) (1c) (1d), is to give balance and support the support (1), which despite the redundancy, in turn provide that balance and support the entire fireplace when assembled.
The support (1) must have a joint structure (1e) that links the support points (1a) (1b) (1c) (1d) so that they can fulfill their function. The geometric shape and dimensions of that of the joint structure (1e) is linked to the geometric shape and dimensions of the furnace (2), particularly the upper contour of the furnace (2b) and the contour of the furnace base (2a). In the particular case the figures show a circular joint structure (1e), without However, it could be square, oval, rectangular, etc.
Thus, the joint structure (1e) must have dimensions smaller than the contour of the furnace base (2a), but at least 5 millimeters larger in dimensions and similar in geometry to the upper contour of the oven (2b).
The reason why the joint structure (1e) must be smaller than the contour of the base of the oven (2a), is so that the oven (2) can sit on the support (1), so that the oven (2) is supported by the support (1) and is not in contact with the floor when the chimney is assembled.
The reason why the joint structure (1e) must be at least 5 millimeters larger in dimensions and similar in geometry to the upper contour of the oven (2b) has to do with the method of packing the chimney, that is, when Packs the chimney, the oven (2) is introduced into the joint structure (1e), by sliding the support (1) from the top of the oven (2) until the oven geometry (2) prevents the support (1) keep sliding. In this way the support (1) and its support points (1a) (1b) (1c) (1d), will protect the oven (2) against collisions of products that are at its sides.
Two joining structures (1e) are shown in the figures, which makes the support (1) more robust, however, the present invention can operate with a single joint structure (1e).
As we have indicated previously, the present invention depends on the relationship between the geometries and dimensions of the pieces with each other. Let us now describe the relationship between the upper contour of the oven (2b) and the base of the oven (2a).
The upper contour of the oven (2b) will always be smaller in dimensions than the contour of the base of the oven (2a); by way of example we could point out that the same thing happens as in a trapeze, where the upper base is always smaller than the lower base. The geometric shapes of the upper furnace contour (2b) and the furnace base contour (2a) should not necessarily be similar. In the case of the figures illustrating the present invention, both contours are represented by circular figures, however, the upper contour of the oven (2b) could be square, while the base of the oven (2a) could be circular, or vice versa . The relevant point is that the upper contour of the oven (2b) must always be smaller than the contour of the base of the oven (2a). The minimum difference that must exist between the dimensions of both contours is 5% calculated on the dimensions of the base of the oven (2a).
As an example, if both contours (2a) (2b) are circular, and the furnace base contour (2a) has a diameter of 100 centimeters, then the maximum size of the upper furnace contour (2b) will be 95 centimeters. In cases where the geometries of the contours (2a) (2b) are not similar, the calculation of the proportion will be made considering the points that are closest to the contours (2a) (2b), that is, if the contour of the base of the oven (2a) was circular and the upper contour of the oven (2b) was square or rectangular, the reference point would be the corners of the upper contour of the oven (2b).
This relationship between the dimensions of the contours of the base and top of the oven (2a) (2b) will allow the chimney to be properly packed. The oven (2) in turn has a mouth (2c) which has a double function. When the chimney is assembled, the mouth (2c) serves to introduce the wood and / or materials to be burned.
On the other hand, when the chimney is to be packed, the mouth (2c) serves to allow the introduction of the chimney neck (3) into the oven (2). The opening of the mouth (2c) should be at least 5 millimeters longer than the length or diameter of the upper contour of the oven (2b). The height of the opening of the mouth can be up to 90% of the height of the oven (2). Let's now review the dimensions of the neck (3). The height of the neck (3) is variable, however, it can in no case be greater than the height of the oven (2) since if the neck (3) exceeds these proportions then it would not fit inside the oven (2). Thus, the neck height limit (3) will be 95% of the oven height (2).
With respect to the base of the neck (3a), it must be similar in geometry and dimension to the upper contour of the furnace (2b). In order for the chimney to be correctly packed, the neck base (3a) must have a width that does not exceed the existing one between the upper contour of the oven (2b) and the top of the oven (2d). This will allow the coupling of the oven (2) with the neck (3), so that when the chimney is in use, the gases only escape through the upper hole of the neck (3). Finally, the dimensions of the upper neck contour (3b) will be limited by the opening of the mouth (2c) and the geometry of the interior of the oven. That is, if the upper contour of the neck (3b) is larger than the opening of the mouth (2c), then the neck (3) cannot be introduced into the oven (2). As can be seen, the dimensions and geometries of the pieces are related. The factors that determine the limitations of the pieces are the contour of the oven base (2a) and the height of the oven (2), as detailed below: The contour of the oven base (2a) governs the upper contour of the oven (2b). In turn, the upper contour of the oven (2b) governs the base of the neck (3a). In turn, the base of the neck (3a) governs the length of the opening of the mouth (2c). Finally, between the contour of the oven base (2a) the upper contour of the oven (2b) governs the joint structure (1e). On the other hand the height of the oven (2) governs the height of the neck (3) and the height of the opening of the mouth (2c)
(1) desde la parte superior del horno (2) hasta que la geometría misma de hornoThus, when packing the chimney, the neck (3) is introduced through the mouth (2c) into the oven (2), where it will remain lodged. Subsequently the oven (2) is introduced into the support (1), by sliding the support (1) from the top of the oven (2) until the oven geometry itself
(2) prevent the support (1) from sliding further. Even to achieve greater fixation and avoid unwanted movements in the support (1), cardboard strips (4a) (4b) or any other material can be included to achieve a better immobilization of the support (1).
In this way the support (1) and its support points support points (1a) (1b) (1c) (1d), will protect the oven (2) against collisions of products that are at its sides. Being the support (1) of a metallic material, any blow that it suffers inside will not cause it to break, in the worst case it will deform a little, however, the same metallic nature of it makes its repair simple.
In the worst case scenario, a strong blow could cause the oven to break (2), however, it will protect the neck (3). In this way, the entire chimney is not damaged, but only a replacement oven (2) should be requested from the manufacturer.

A chimney because it comprises: a) An oven, where the contour of the base of said oven is at least
Adjacent to the upper contour is a stop. Said oven in turn has a mouth whose opening is at least 5 millimeters longer than the length or diameter of the upper contour of the oven and whose opening height is up to 90% of the oven height. b) A neck, whose height is a maximum of 95% of the furnace height referred to in the previous paragraph; whose base is similar in geometry and dimension to the upper contour of the furnace referred to in the previous paragraph; and whose upper contour is at least 5 millimeters smaller than the length of the opening of the mouth referred to in the previous paragraph. c) A support with at least three support points and at least one joint structure, where the joint structure is smaller than the furnace base contour referred to in subparagraph a), but at least 5 millimeters larger in dimensions and similar in geometry to the upper contour of the furnace referred to in part a).
2) A chimney and packing method comprising the chimney contained in claim 1, characterized in that the chimney neck is introduced into the chimney furnace, and the furnace in turn is introduced into the joint structure of the support, by sliding the support from the top of the oven until the very geometry of the oven prevents the support from continuing to slide.
