一较佳实施例之中:所述伞杆组(110)收缩之轴向长度和套筒单元(200)伸展之轴向长度相适配。
本技术方案巧妙的将伞具手柄设计为可伸缩的套筒单元,与背景技术相比,具有如下优点:
其一,伞单元收折时收纳在套筒单元内,外观美观,携带、储藏方便;伞单元展开时套筒单元收缩,轴向长度短,手握方便,外观美观;
其二,缩口内径和固套外径相适配,凸环外径和活动套内径相适配,固套和活动套之间构成能转动能滑动的连接关系,避免活动套转动作用在伞杆组形成扭矩,避免伞杆组受到扭曲,保证伞杆组之伸缩的导向准确;
其三,固套和伞杆组之间构成能转动且轴向位置定位的连接关系,避免固套转动作用在伞杆组形成扭矩,避免伞杆组受到扭曲,保证伞杆组之伸缩的导向准确。

具体实施方式
实施例1,请查阅图1至图4,一种伞具,它包括一伞单元100和一能伸缩的套筒单元200。
所述伞单元100具有一能轴向伸缩的伞杆组110、一连接在伞杆组110的折叠撑架和一连接撑架的伞布300,所述伞单元100的结构可采用现有伞具的伞单元结构,为节省篇幅,在此不作进一步说明。所述伞杆组110具有一组管和一细管,所述组管具有头端111。
所述套筒单元200包括一固套210和一能轴向滑动套接连接固套210的活动套220。所述活动套220之下周缘向内延伸成缩口221,所述活动套220之上周缘向内延伸成限脱环222,所述固套210之上周缘向外延伸成凸环211,其中:所述缩口221之内径和固套210之外径相适配,所述凸环211之外径和活动套220之内径相适配,所述限脱环222之内径小于凸环211之外径,而且,所述凸环211位于限脱环222和缩口221之间,使得所述固套210和活动套220之间构成能转动能轴向滑动的连接关系。本实施例之中,所述套筒单元200采用二节式结构,但并不以此为限,根据需要也可采用三、四节式结构等。
所述固套210和伞杆组110头端111之间构成能转动且轴向位置定位的连接关系。本实施例之中:所述伞杆组110头端111处通过螺钉113固设一固定片112;所述固套210下部内设一连接座,所述连接座具有一封片213和一同轴固接封片213的周壁214,所述周壁214固衬在固套210下部内环面,所述固壁214内柱面设环槽212;所述固定片112适配转动连接环槽212。一较佳实施例之中,最好,所述封片213具有伸出周壁214之外的伸出部分,所述伸出部分和固套壁厚相适配;最好,所述周壁214通过螺纹连接在固套内。
本实施例之中:所述伞杆组110收缩之轴向长度和套筒单元200伸展之轴向长度相适配。
本实施例之中:所述伞杆组110尾端设一盖头114,所述盖头114外径和活动套220外径相适配。
伞单元100收折时,活动套220与固套210处于伸展状态形成一长套筒,伞单元100容置在长套筒内;伞单元100展开时,活动套220与固套210处于收缩状态嵌套为一短套筒。
实施例2,请查阅图5,一种伞具,它包括一伞单元100和一能伸缩的套筒单元200,实施2与实施1不同之处主要在于:所述套筒单元200为三节式,包括依次套接的固套210、活动套230、活动套220。本实施例可用作伞单元100收折后伞杆组100长度较长的伞具。
实施例3,请查阅图6,一种伞具,它包括一伞单元100和一能伸缩的套筒单元200,实施3与实施1不同之处主要在于:所述活动套220螺接在固套210之外,活动套220设有内螺纹223,固套210设有与之相匹配的外螺纹214。通过活动套220相对固套210转动即能伸缩活动套。
实施例4,请查阅图7,一种伞具,它包括一伞单元100和一能伸缩的套筒单元200,实施4与实施1不同之处主要在于:所述固套210下部的封片213上开有若干个通孔216。
也可以将封片213设计为可拆卸的。

工业实用性
本发明一种伞具,将手柄部分巧妙设计为可伸缩的套筒单元,伞单元收折时收纳在套筒单元内,外观美观,携带、储藏方便;伞单元展开时套筒单元收缩,轴向长度短,手握方便。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种伞具,它包括一伞单元(100),所述伞单元(100)具有一能轴向伸缩的伞杆组(110)、一连接在伞杆组(110)的折叠撑架和一连接撑架的伞布(300),其特征在于:它还包括一能伸缩的套筒单元(200),所述套筒单元(200)至少包括一固套(210)和一活动套(220),所述固套(210)和活动套(220)同轴连接且构成能伸缩的连接关系,所述固套(210)同轴连接伞杆组(110)头端(111)且至少构成能轴向位置定位的连接关系。

  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种伞具,其特征在于:所述活动套(220)之下周缘向内延伸成缩口(221),所述固套(210)之上周缘向外延伸成凸环(211),所述缩口(221)之内径和固套(210)之外径相适配,所述凸环(211)之外径和活动套(220)之内径相适配。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种伞具,其特征在于:所述活动套(220)之上周缘向内延伸成限脱环(222),所述限脱环(222)之内径小于凸环(211)之外径,所述凸环(211)位于限脱环(222)和缩口(221)之间。
  5. 根据权利要求2或4所述的一种伞具,其特征在于:所述固套(210)和活动套(220)之间构成滑动连接关系。
  6. 根据权利要求2或4所述的一种伞具,其特征在于:所述固套(210)和活动套(220)之间构成螺接关系。
  7. 根据权利要求2或4所述的一种伞具,其特征在于:所述固套(210)和伞杆组(110)头端(111)之间构成能转动且轴向位置定位的连接关系。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种伞具,其特征在于:所述伞杆组(110)头端(111)处固设一固定片(112),所述固套(210)下部之内设一环槽(212),所述固定片(112)适配转动连接环槽(212)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种伞具,其特征在于:所述固套(210)下部内设一连接座,所述连接座具有一封片(213)和一同轴固接封片(213)的周壁(214),所述周壁(214)固衬在固套(210)下部内环面,而且,上述环槽(212)设在固壁(214)内柱面。
  10. 根据权利要求2或4所述的一种伞具,其特征在于:所述伞杆组(110)收缩之轴向长度和套筒单元(200)伸展之轴向长度相适配。
  11. 根据权利要求2或4所述的一种伞具,其特征在于:所述活动套(220)可以是多节,依次嵌套同轴连接且构成能伸缩的连接关系。
