( No-Fuse Breaker , 简称 NFB; 或 Molded Case Ci rcui t Breaker , 简称 MCCB 等), 或漏电断路器等处在跳脱 (Tr ip ) 的不正常位置, 又发现电机开关锁 控制的机械设备等停止运转时,会误以为是因为闪电或者是脉冲电流造成跳 脱, 就好意地扳动无熔丝开关或漏电断路器的扳手重新投入电源, 来启动电 机设备, 使在机械设备中维修的人员来不及闪躲惨遭意外。
现有的无熔丝开关或漏电断路器, 其侧边设有一个检视孔, 该孔内有一 个受到电机开关的把手所连动的移动件, 也就是说当电机开关的把手被扳动 时, 该移动件会随着上移或下移, 但遗憾地, 现有电机开关却没有在维修中 避免把手被扳动的设施。
因此本发明除了延伸申请人在此之前已经申请的一系列有关发明创造, 继续提供一个良好实用的电机开关上锁装置。本发明特别地是不必归属于电 机开关,换言之,本发明可以适用于各种小型断路器(Mini Ci rcui t Breaker) 的电机开关, 只要匹配或毗邻装设于现有传统电机开关旁边, 即可借着多重 管制的方式管控电机开关的主电源。 发明内容

本发明的又一目的, 在于提供一种利用电机开关侧孔控制开关的上锁装 置, 将电机开关与上锁本体彼此毗邻固定成组, 成为一种以上锁方式可限制 电机开关把手误动的组合装置。
本发明的次一目的, 除了提供一种前述目的的利用电机开关侧孔控制开 关的上锁装置, 且进一步地具有指示单元显示操控的机制, 当该上锁装置上 锁时, 可显示上锁与否的情形。
本发明的再一目的,除了提供一种前述目的的利用电机开关侧孔控制开 关的上锁装置,且进一步地具有远程显示操控的机制,当该上锁装置上锁时, 可导通或切断信号端的回路, 使近端或远程的控制端显示操控情形。
为达到上述目的,本发明设计一种利用电机开关侧孔控制开关的上锁装 置, 其主要具有一上锁本体, 供与有侧孔的电机开关毗邻固定。 该上锁本体 包括: 一可与电机开关组合的盒体、 至少一锁件、 与一受到该锁件连动的凸 杆。 该锁件是固定在该盒体上, 较佳地, 该锁件可以直接釆用巿场上现有的 锁来改装, 譬如说是由钥匙所控制的锁、 或是电机用的安全锁电源开关。 该盒体与电机开关靠合的侧面具有一长孔,该凸杆自该盒体内穿过该盒 体侧面的长孔凸露在该盒体外头, 对准幷能嵌入电机开关的侧孔中, 限制住 电机开关内部的移动件, 使电机开关的把手无法任意被扳动。 该盒体与电机 开关的靠合的侧面可以各自默认组合孔, 借着螺栓或者弹簧销 (Pin ) 等组 合在一起。
为了分清管理权利责任, 较佳地, 该锁件是复数个锁件, 分别由不同的 钥匙所控制, 且能一起连动该凸杆。 各该锁件可分别地连动该凸杆, 因此在 行政管制系统下, 可将不同的锁件钥匙交由不同的相关单位保管, 譬如是工 安单位、 维修单位、 现场施工单位、 或生产单位等, 如果全数的锁件没有经 过其中任一单位的同意后开锁解开, 就无法拨动电机开关的扳手送电。
进一步地,上述的上锁装置内部更包括至少一微动开关,供外接于信号 端, 该微动开关受该锁件所连动。 譬如有两个微动开关, 第一个微动开关的 讯号是提供中央控制系统管控用, 第二个微动开关的讯号是提供给现场的指 示灯使用。
更佳地, 该上锁本体更包括一窗口, 供指示是否在维修状态, 该窗口的 指示受该锁件所连动。 此可与上述的微动开关选择性的幷用, 同时设置于该 盒体上。

该电机开关较佳的是无熔丝开关或漏电断路器。 无熔丝开关或漏电断路 器都有一个可扳动的把手, 该把手因为要将电路导通或切断的需要性, 能分 别地被操作人员扳动后停驻在通电或称投入(ON )、 或断路(OFF ) 的控制位 置。
把手所以能被扳动后停驻在某一控制位置,是因为该开关内有一组跳脱 机构, 该跳脱机构的设计方式依各厂家有不同的设计, 但无非是具有一个主 要弹簧供把手扳动移位后, 若不被跳脱机构定位即能自动回到断路(OFF ) 的位置。
如果电机开关内的移动件不受到阻挡限制位移时, 有几种方式可产生断 路, 第一是当过电流时, 借该开关在异常状态时, 内部的铜线过热伸展而产 生的位移而驱动跳脱机构。第二种情形是压触跳脱( Tr ip )测试单元的压杆, 使其制动端受力而摆动。 另一种情形是强制断路, 也就是扳动把手, 借扳动 把手的外力, 此为一般现有技术不需赘述。
因此, 本发明通过锁件本体内产生的位移, 使锁件连动的凸杆, 不论是 用推的、 或用拉的方式, 只要能相对地也产生位移, 即可卡住电机开关内的 移动件, 使该电机开关的把手、 或其跳脱测试单元都无法产生动作, 以操控 幷保证主电源回路强制断电。

本发明的上锁装置, 如图 1所示的较佳实施例, 幷参见图 3 , 其主要是 有一上锁本体 2供与有侧孔 14的电机开关 1毗邻固定。 现有的电机开关 1 , 具有一设于内部的过电流跳脱机构, 与一设于外部用以控制主电源回路的把 手 12 , 以及一侧孔 14。 该侧孔 14 内有一移动件随着电机开关 1 的把手 12 被扳动时上下移动。 上锁本体 2包括: 一可与电机开关 1组合的盒体 20、 至 少一锁件 21、 与一受到该锁件 21连动的凸杆 28。 该锁件 21是固定在该盒 体 20上, 较佳地, 该锁件 21可以直接釆用巿场上现有的锁来改装, 譬如说 是由钥匙所控制的锁、 或是电机用的安全锁电源开关。

进一步地,上述的上锁装置内部可更包括至少一微动开关 40 (参见图 1 与图 2 ), 供外接于信号端, 该微动开关 40受该上锁本体 2所属的任一个锁 件 21所带动的连动件 23所连动。参见图 2 ,任一个锁件 21的下端通过连动 件 23能连动一突柱 22 , 在钥匙 30 (参见图 4 )旋动锁件 21时, 该突柱 22 可触动图 2所示该微动开关 40的微动片 42 ,而使微动开关 40或其它等效组 件导通或切断信号端的回路, 使近端或远程的控制端显示操控情形, 譬如标 示是处在维修的状态, 主电源被断电。 微动开关也可以有两个输出端, 第一 个讯号是提供中央控制系统管控用, 第二个讯号是提供给现场的指示灯使 用。
更佳地, 该上锁本体 2更包括一窗口 60 (参见图 1至图 3 ), 供指示是 否在维修状态, 该窗口 60的指示受该锁件 21所连动。 此可与上述的微动开 关 40选择性的幷用, 同时设置于该盒体 20上。 当上锁本体 20其中任一个 锁件 21在上锁时, 可连动指示单元 60而显示上锁中 (譬如是红色标示)。
图 4所示者, 仅是锁件 21驱动的一种动作实施例说明。 图 4中虽显示 锁件 21内用来驱动上述凸杆 28、 或是凸杆 28的连动件 23 , 是受斜面 24压 迫而下降产生位移。 但不论如何, 如图 5所示, 锁件 21 内的下方也可以制 成螺旋状沟槽 25 , 幷在连动件 23的端部设一突缘 231卡入该沟槽 25内,也 可以使锁件 21带动连动件 23上升或下降产生位移。 总之, 让锁件 21驱动 连动件 23 , 无论是用推的、 或用拉的、 或其它等效方式都是本发明的创意范 围。

Claims

杈利要求书
1. 一种利用电机开关侧孔控制开关的上锁装置, 有一上锁本体, 供与有侧 孔的电机开关毗邻固定, 其特征在于: 该上锁本体包括: 一可与电机开关 组合的盒体,该盒体与电机开关靠合的侧面具有一长孔; 至少一锁件固定 在该盒体上; 一受到该锁件连动的凸杆,该凸杆自该盒体内穿过该盒体侧 面的长孔凸露, 且对准幷能嵌入电机开关的侧孔中。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的利用电机开关侧孔控制开关的上锁装置, 其特征 在于: 所述锁件是复数个锁件, 且能一起连动该凸杆; 各锁件可分别地连 动该凸杆。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的利用电机开关侧孔控制开关的上锁装置,其特征在 于: 该锁件是安全锁电源开关。
4. 根据权利要求 2所述的利用电机开关侧孔控制开关的上锁装置,其特征在 于: 所述各锁件是分别由不同的钥匙所控制。
5. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的利用电机开关侧孔控制开关的上锁装置,其特 征在于: 更包括至少一微动开关, 供外接于信号端, 该微动开关受所述锁 件所连动。
6. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的利用电机开关侧孔控制开关的上锁装置,其特 征在于: 所述上锁本体包括一供指示是否在维修状态的窗口,该窗口的指 示受该锁件所连动。
7. 根据权利要求 1所述的利用电机开关侧孔控制开关的上锁装置,其特征在 于: 所述锁件的下方设有斜面驱使一连动件产生位移而连动该凸杆。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的利用电机开关侧孔控制开关的上锁装置,其特征在 于: 所述锁件的下方设有螺旋状沟槽驱使一连动件产生位移而连动该凸 杆。
9. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的利用电机开关侧孔控制开关的上锁装置,其特 征在于: 该上锁装置可与有侧孔的电机开关毗邻组合后成为一开关总成。
