Abstract
본 발명에 따르는 중첩된 망 환경에서 상향 수직 핸드오버시의 데이터 전송률 제어방법은, TCP 샌더가 듀얼 인터페이스를 통해 TCP 리시버와 TCP 방식으로 통신을 이행하다가 재전송 타임아웃이 발생하는지를 체크하는 단계; 상기 TCP 샌더가 상기 재전송 타임아웃이 발생하면, 전송했던 패킷들 중 가장 큰 시퀀스 넘버의 패킷에 대한 시퀀스 넘버를 저장한 후에 혼잡 제어를 수행하는 단계; 상기 TCP 샌더가 상기 혼잡 제어의 수행후에, 저장된 시퀀스 넘버 이하인 시퀀스 넘버의 ACK가 수신되는지를 체크하는 단계; 상기 TCP 샌더가 상기 저장된 시퀀스 넘버 이하인 시퀀스 넘버의 ACK가 수신되면, 상향 수직 핸드오버로 판단하는 단계;를 구비함을 특징으로 한다.
