一种重传控制方法、通信系统及设备,该重传控制方法包括:基站的媒体接入控制实体通过混合自动重传请求通道将媒体接入控制协议数据单元发送给终端,其中,所述媒体接入控制协议数据单元的内容包含切换命令消息;所述基站的媒体接入控制实体接收所述终端通过混合自动重传请求通道发送的混合自动重传请求确认消息;如果所述基站的媒体接入控制实体发送所述媒体接入控制协议数据单元的混合自动重传请求通道与所述终端发送所述混合自动重传请求确认消息的混合自动重传请求通道相同,则通知所述基站的无线链路控制实体停止发送所述切换命令消息。能够节约空口资源。
