传统的遮阳伞, 开伞方式由开伞摇把带动伞绳、 拉杆, 手推实现开伞, 摇 把开伞的方式存在开伞繁琐、 速度较慢、 伞绳容易断的缺点; 另有一种拉杆式 开合装置, 但拉杆式收伞后伞较高, 不太方便。 本人早期申请的中国专利: 一 种伞的开合装置 (专利号: ZL200420107976.0) 和后续改进的中国专利: 一种 伞的开合装置 (专利号: ZL200520116792.5 ) , 采用不同于传统的操作方式, 通过旋钮带动滑动块相对立柱滑动从而实现伞的开合, 这种装置跟传统的方式 相比, 强度好、 操作相对轻便, 但这种方式仍需要手动操作, 结构相对还是较 为复杂。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为克服上述的不足之处, 目的在于提供一种可控型自动开伞装 置, 该装置在伞的中棒内设氮气弹簧和氮气弹簧阀门开启装置, 实现自动开伞, 操作轻便, 结构简单, 解决了现有技术中存在的问题。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案达到上述目的的: 一种可控型自动开伞装 置, 包括上巢、 中巢、 下巢、 中棒, 伞的上巢固定在中棒顶端, 伞的中巢和下 巢活动地套设在中棒上, 上巢上连接着长骨, 长骨连接短骨, 中巢上连接着支 骨, 支骨连接短骨, 短骨连接着下巢, 在中棒内设气弹簧, 气弹簧缸筒尾端与 伞的中巢连接, 气弹簧的活塞杆端上设有阀门, 与阔门相对应地设有阀门开启 说 明 书
装置, 所述的阀门开启装置包括气弹簧支架、 u型钣金件、 拨杆、 杠杆、 销轴、 弹簧,气弹簧支架固定在中棒指定位置上, u型钣金件上的螺钉 II套设在气弹簧 支架上的一对长通孔内, U型钣金件通过螺钉 II活动连接在气弹簧支架上, 气弹 簧的活塞杆端套设有弹簧后, 穿过 u型钣金件通过螺母固定在气弹簧支架上, 杠杆架设在螺钉 II上通过销轴活动连接在气弹簧支架上,拨杆与杠杆固定连接。
作为优选, 气弹簧为氮气弹簧。
作为优选, 气弹簧支架上的一对长通孔为椭圆周形长通孔。
本实用新型的有益效果: 本装置通过杠杆来控制气弹簧的阀门来控制行程, 使行程可以停在任意位置; 本装置无摇把、 伞绳、 拉杆, 相对以前的装置的优 点在于: 自动开伞、 可控制行程、 结构简单、 零部件少, 成本相对低。

实施例 1 : 如图 1、 图 2、 图 3、 图 4、 图 5所示, 一种可控型自动开伞装置, 包 括上巢 1 8、 中巢 1 9、 下巢 2 0、 中棒 1 3, 伞的上巢 1 8固定在中棒 1 3 顶端, 伞的中巢 1 9和下巢 2 Q活动地套设在中棒 1 3上, 上巢 1 8上连接着 长骨 1 5, 长骨 1 5连接短骨 1 6, 中巢 1 9上连接着支骨 1 7, 支骨 1 7连 接短骨 1 6, 短骨 1 6连接着下巢 2 0, 在中棒 1 3内设氮气弹簧, 氮气弹簧 缸筒 4尾端与伞的中巢 1 9连接, 氮气弹簧的活塞杆 5端上设有阔门 1 4, 与 阀门 1 4相对应地设有阀门开启装置, 所述的阀门开启装置包括气弹簧支架 1 2、 U型钣金件 6、 拨杆 8、 杠杆 9、 销轴 10、 弹簧 3, 氮气弹簧支架 1 2用螺 钉 II固定在中棒 1 3指定位置上, U型钣金件 6上的螺钉 117套设在氮气弹簧 支架 1 2上的一对椭圆周形长通孔 11内, U型钣金件 6通过螺钉 Π7活动连接 在氮气弹簧支架 1 2上, 氮气弹簧的活塞杆 5端套设有弹簧 3后, 穿过 U型钣 金件 6通过螺母 2固定在氮气弹簧支架 1 2上,杠杆 9架设在螺钉 ΙΓ7上通过销 轴 10活动连接在氮气弹簧支架 1 2上, 拨杆 8与杠杆 9固定连接。
具体使用时, 阀门开启装置是通过拨动拨杆来控制伞在开合的过程中伞的 自由定位; 可控型气弹簧特性为; 通过阀门的开启和关闭来控制行程, 使行程 可以停在任意位置。
工作原理: 收伞时抓住下巢向下运动, 同时氮气弹簧缸筒向下运动, 带动 U 型钣金件克服弹簧的弹力也向下运动, U型钣金件上面固定有螺钉 II, 螺钉 II 向下运动, 杠杆由于阀门的弹力 (阀门由于自身弹力伸出, 缺省状态下为阀门 关闭) 绕销轴向下摆动, 当阀门完全伸出为关闭, 此时停在当前行程上, 收伞 定位完成, 开伞时只需要向上拨动拨杆, 阀门被打开, 阀门缩进氮气弹簧活塞 杆, 同时氮气弹簧-缸筒向上运动, 再根据产品组成结构关系实现开伞。
可控型气弹簧工作过程: 伞在收合情况下, 内置气弹簧压缩在行程接近极 说 明 书
限位置, 处于压缩蓄力状态, 此时阀门处于关闭状态, 使行程停在底端接近极 限位置, 保证伞处于收伞状态, 当使用着拨动杆使阀门开启, 气弹簧复位带动 中巢向上巢移动, 根据组装结构关系, 中巢上连接着支骨, 支骨连接短骨, 短 骨再带动下巢向上巢方向移动, 直至伞面撑开实现开伞。
以上的所述乃是本实用新型的具体实施例及所运用的技术原理, 若依本实 用新型的构想所作的改变, 其所产生的功能作用仍未超出说明书及附图所涵盖 的精神时, 仍应属本实用新型的保护范围。
