Abstract
본 발명은 무선통신시스템에서 이종셀간 간섭조정을 위한 제어정보의 전송장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 명세서는 ABS의 패턴을 수신하는 신호 수신부, 상기 ABS 패턴에 기반하여 PDCCH가 전송되는 제1 서브프레임으로부터, 상기 PDCCH에 의해 스케줄링되는 PDSCH가 전송되는 제2 서브프레임까지의 분리된 거리를 알려주는 분리정보를 생성하는 시스템 정보 생성부, 상기 분리된 거리를 지시하는 스케줄링 오프셋을 포함하는 하향링크 제어정보를 생성하는 하향링크 제어정보 생성부, 및 상기 제1 서브프레임에서 상기 하향링크 제어정보를 전송하고, 상기 제2 서브프레임에서 페이징 메시지 또는 시스템 정보를 전송하는 신호 전송부를 포함하는 기지국을 개시한다. 본 발명에 따르면 이종셀간에 발생하는 간섭을 제어하기 위해 TDM 또는 FDM 방식을 이용하는 경우, RRC 휴지 상태의 단말이 어그레서 셀 또는 빅팀 셀의 페이징 메시지 및 시스템 정보의 수신을 용이하게 할 수 있다.
