Abstract

L'invention a pour objet une composition base d'hydrolysats peptidiques, renfermant, selon un mélange homogène, une combinaison de ces hydrolysats avec du chocolat, le pourcentage en poids des hydrolysats peptidiques dans la composition n'excède pas 2%, de préférence n'excède pas 1,5%. Applications notamment dans les domaines alimentaire, nutraceutique, des compléments alimentaire et pharmaceutique.
