Abstract

본 발명은 달걀껍질과 같은 조류 알껍질을 이용한 침강성 탄산칼슘의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 조류 알껍질을 가열하는 열처리단계, 전술한 열처리단계에서 생성된 산화칼슘을 분쇄하는 분쇄단계, 분쇄된 산화칼슘을 항온항습기에 투입하여 건식분말형 수산화칼슘으로 전환하는 건식소화단계, 전술한 건식소화단계를 통해 제조된 건식분말형 수산화칼슘에 유기용매를 혼합하고, 전술한 열처리단계에서 발생한 이산화탄소를 투입하는 탄산화단계 및 전술한 탄산화단계 통해 제조된 탄산칼슘을 여과하고 건조하는 여과건조단계로 이루어진다.
