随着移动终端如手机等的技术不断发展和融合, 以及硬件的飞速升级 换代,移动终端功能越来越多样化, 而且已经越来越趋向于 "多媒体手机", 即具有强大的多媒体功能, 包括拍照、 摄像、 录音等功能。 而彩信是一种 支持多媒体数据的消息业务彩信, 因此可称为多媒体消息业务, 彩信可以 发送包括文本、 图片、 音频、 视频等多媒体数据, 支持丰富的多媒体类型 和编码格式, 是其主要特点和用途。 特别是图片、 音频、 视频等, 极大地 增加了消息业务的趣味性和内容。 所以, 移动终端用户常常把彩信作为分 享和发送多媒体数据的载体和工具。 目前, 彩信中多媒体数据的保护主要 采用数字版权管理(DRM: Digital Rights Management )技术, 且仅针对内 容提供商和服务器商,即 DRM技术主要用于内容提供商下发的多媒体数据 的保护。
然而, 移动终端用户拍摄的照片、 制作的视频以及音频文件等, 都可 以视作个人的数字作品, 在用户声明的情况下都需要得到知识产权保护。 但是目前支持移动终端用户的知识产权保护手段还很缺乏。 发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种保护彩信多媒体数据的方法、 装置及系统, 从而可以增强对于彩信中多媒体数据的加密保护力度, 提高 对于用户知识产权的保护水平和能力。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供方案如下:
本发明实施例提供了一种保护彩信多媒体数据的方法, 该方法包括: 接收一彩信;
基于所述彩信中的标识, 判断所述彩信中包含的多媒体数据是否经过 数字水印加密处理, 获取一判断结果;
若所述判断结果为所述多媒体数据经过数字水印加密处理, 则基于数 字水印解密信息, 对所述多媒体数据进行数字水印解密处理, 还原数字水 印加密前的多媒体数据。

本发明实施例提供可一种保护彩信多媒体数据的方法, 如附图 1所示, 该方法具体可以包括:
步驟 1 , 接收一彩信;

步驟 3 , 若所述判断结果为所述多媒体数据经过数字水印加密处理, 则 基于数字水印解密信息, 对所述多媒体数据进行数字水印解密处理, 还原 数字水印加密前的多媒体数据。
本发明实施例提供格的保护彩信多媒体数据方法的实现, 可以增强对 于彩信中多媒体数据的加密保护力度, 实现对终端用户知识产权的保护, 提高对于用户知识产权的保护水平和能力。
本发明实施例所涉及的数字水印 ( Digital Watermark )技术是将与多媒 体数据相关或不相关的一些标示信息直接嵌入多媒体数据当中, 但不影响 原内容的使用价值, 并不容易被人的知觉系统觉察或注意到。 通过这些隐 藏在多媒体数据中的信息, 可以达到确认内容创建者、 购买者, 或者是否 真实完整等信息。 数字水印具有安全性、 隐蔽性、 鲁棒性、 水印容量等特 点。 随着数字水印技术的发展, 数字水印的应用领域也得到了扩展, 数字 水印的基本应用领域是版权保护、 隐藏标识、 认证和安全不可见通信。 当 数字水印应用于版权保护时, 潜在的应用市场在于电子商务、 在线或离线 地分发多媒体内容以及大规模的广播服务。 数字作品 (如电脑美术、 扫描 图像、 数字音乐、 视频) 的版权保护是当前的热点问题。 由于数字作品的 拷贝、 修改非常容易, 而且可以做到与原作完全相同, 所以原创者不得不 采用一些严重损害作品质量的办法来加上版权标志, 而这种明显可见的标 志很容易被墓改。 数字水印利用数据隐藏原理使版权标志不可见或不可听, 既不损害原作品, 又达到了版权保护的目的。
基于上述数字水印所具有的特点, 本发明实施例提出了一种使用数字 水印技术对彩信中多媒体数据进行保护, 并在提取多媒体数据时给予创作 该多媒体数据的用户必要提示的方法、 装置和系统, 从而保护彩信发送方 用户数字作品并给予彩信接收方充分知情权, 以免因未得到作者许可情况 下擅自发布和使用其作品, 伤害双方利益。 需要说明的时, 本发明并不限 制具体使用何种数字水印算法, 只要能够实现对彩信中包含的多媒体数据 进行数字水印加密即可。
由于彩信的传输涉及到发送方和接收方, 因此, 本发明实施例中同样 可以涉及发送彩信的发送方以及接收彩信的接收方。 而且, 发送方和接收 方可为一终端。
在本发明实可选实施例中, 发送方发送彩信的过程如附图 2所示, 包 括:
步驟 1 , 编辑一彩信, 所述彩信中包含有需要发送的多媒体数据; 步驟 2,对所述多媒体数据进行数字水印加密处理, 将从保存信息中选 取的数字水印添加至所述多媒体数据中;
步驟 3 , 标识所述彩信中包含的多媒体数据经过数字水印加密处理; 步驟 4, 发送带有所述标识的彩信。
具体实施例中, 作为发送方用户可基于一终端, 通过编辑等方式获取 一彩信, 并将需要发送的一个或多个多媒体数据 (即用户的数字作品) 以 附件等形式添加至彩信中。 本发明实施例所涉及的多媒体数据可为拍摄的 照片、 录制的视频和音频等数据文件。 对于彩信中的多媒体数据, 本发明实施例中可基于保存的数字水印对 其进行加密处理, 将保存管理的数字水印添加至多媒体数据中。 本发明实 施例中可基于任一数字水印算法将数字水印添加至多媒体数据中。
本发明实施例所涉及的数字水印, 可以多种形式存在, 例如文本文字、 音频、 视频、 图像等等。 并保存于发送方, 以便进行管理。 且在添加时, 可将一个或多个组合的数字水印添加至多媒体数据中。 另外, 如果彩信添 加的多媒体数据本身已经经过加密保护处理, 则本发明实施例中可无需在 进行数字水印加密处理。
本发明实施例中, 可标识短信中的多媒体数据经过数字水印处理。 本 发明实施例中并不限制标识的表现形式。 由于彩信多基于同步多媒体集成 语言 ( SMIL: Synchronized Multimedia Integration Language )编码文档存在, 因此,下面采用 SMIL编码为例,对本发明实施例所涉及的标识短信中的多 媒体数据经过数字水印处理过程进行描述。 具体的, 为了有效区分普通多 媒体文件和添加有数字水印的多媒体文件,本发明实施例可在 SMIL标准文 档的 Media Content Modules中扩展一个属性标签, 并命名为: watermark。 该属性的值定义可如下所示:

另夕卜, 对于 Media Content Modules无 watermark属性标签时, 本发明 实施例中可默认该多媒体数据无数字水印加密保护。
以一个典型 SMIL文档中 par的编码例子加以说明:

</par> 以上编码说明, 该页幻灯片中包含三个 media content, 分别是文本 Textl .txt, 晋频 audio .amr, 图片 image.gif。 其中, 晋频 audio .amr没有添力口 数字水印, 图片 image.gif中添加了数字水印。
在经过加密和标识处理后, 发送方可将彩信发送至接收方。
接收方可基于附图 1所示的过程接收并解密还原加密签的多媒体数据。 具体实施例中, 对于接收的彩信, 接收方可基于彩信是否存在进行数 字水印加密处理的相应标识, 来确定彩信中的多媒体数据是否经过数字水 印加密处理。 例如接收方解码 SMIL文档时所获取的属性标签: watermark 等。
对于没有数字水印加密标识的彩信, 本发明实施例可按普通彩信进行 处理。
对于存在数字水印加密标识的彩信, 接收方可基于数字水印解密信息, 对接收的彩信中包含的多媒体数据进行解密处理, 还原数字水印加密签的 多媒体数据。
本发明实施例中, 并不限制接收方获取数字水印解密信息的方式方法, 例如, 接收方可事先与发送方协商确定水印加、 解密的相关信息并保存, 以便接收方根据接收的彩信或多媒体数据的某一特殊标识来确定数字水印 解密信息, 或者发送方在包含有经过数字水印加密处理的多媒体数据的彩 信中, 携带数字水印解密信息, 以便接收方进行相应的数字水印解密处理, 或者接收方也可在接收到所述多媒体数据后, 经过与发送方交互, 以获取 相应的数字水印解密信息。 等等。 由于数字水印解密过程可为数字水印加 密过程的逆过程, 因此不再赘述。
本发明实施例中, 当经过数字水印加密处理的多媒体数据被使用时, 可向使用者, 例如接收方用户提示相关信息, 以便接收方用户进行相应的 处理。 所述提示信息具体可为进行数字水印解密处理时获取的多媒体数据 的创建人信息和创建时间, 或者在使用该多媒体数据之前征询作者意见等 等。
下面结合附图 3 ,对本发明实施例提供的保护彩信多媒体数据方法的具 体实现方式进行详细的表述。 具体可包括:
步驟 1 , 编辑彩信。
发送方具体可将通过照相机、 摄像机、 录音机等拍摄照片、 视频和录 音等数字作品, 作为彩信附件插入到彩信中。
步驟 2, 选择要添加数字水印的多媒体数据。
所述多媒体数据可为彩信附件中的一个或多个多媒体数据。
如果多媒体数据已经包含加密信息, 例如数字水印加密信息, 则可拒 绝再次添加数字水印。
步驟 3 ,从保存的数字水印信息中, 选取需要添加到多媒体数据附件中 的数字水印。
水印可以是文本、 图像、 音频等。
步驟 4, 基于某种数字水印算法, 进行数字水印加密处理, 将选择的数 字水印添加到多媒体数据附件中, 并输出加密后的数据流。
步驟 5 , 标识彩信中多媒体数据经过数字水印加密处理。
具体的, 发送方可按照前述编码方法, 为添加有数字水印的多媒体附 件增加 watermark属性标签并赋值为 1。
步驟 6, 发送彩信。
步驟 7, 接收彩信。
接收方也可将接收的彩信进行保存。
步驟 8, 判断彩信中多媒体数据是否经过数字水印加密处理。
具体的, 接收方可通过解析 SMIL文档, 并查找 watermark标签。 当 SMIL中没有 watermark标签, 或者有 watermark标签但值为 0时, 记录对 应的附件没有添加数字水印保护, 否则记录该附件添加有数字水印保护。 对于没有添加数字水印的彩信, 接收方可执行步驟 9, 按普通彩信处理。 否 则执行步驟 10。
步驟 10, 对多媒体数据进行数字水印解密处理。
具体的, 接收方可基于获取的数字水印解密信息, 对多媒体数据进行 数字水印解密处理, 还原数字水印加密前的多媒体数据, 并记录该多媒体 数据中的相关信息, 包括创建人信息、 创建日期等。
步驟 11 , 当经过数字水印加密处理的多媒体数据被使用时, 例如接收 方查看彩信时欲提取或保存多媒体数据, 则可向使用者提示多媒体数据相 关信息, 例如该多媒体文件的创建人信息、 创建日期、 该多媒体数据被使 用需作者授权等等, 且提示的方式和内容不限。
通过上述买描述可以看出, 本发明提供的保护彩信多媒体数据方法, 通过在彩信的发送方对彩信中的多媒体数据进行数字水印加密处理以及在 彩信的接收方对彩信中的多媒体数据进行数字水印解密处理, 并当接收方 使用多媒体数据时, 提示接收方, 从而可以增强对于彩信中多媒体数据的 加密保护力度, 实现对终端用户知识产权的保护, 提高对于用户知识产权 的保护水平和能力。

加密模块, 用于基于保存的数字水印对所述多媒体数据进行数字水印 加密处理;
标识模块, 用于标识所述彩信中包含的多媒体数据经过数字水印加密 处理;
发送模块, 用于发送带有所述标识的彩信。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的装置, 所述装置还包括:
保存模块, 用于保存和管理数字水印信息;
所述数字水印为文字、 图像、 音频中的至少一种。
11、 一种保护彩信多媒体数据的系统, 所述系统包括接收装置和发送 装置, 其中, 所述接收装置包括:
接收模块, 用于接收一彩信; 判断模块, 用于基于所述彩信中的标识, 判断所述彩信中包含的多媒 体数据是否经过数字水印加密处理, 获取一判断结果;
解密模块, 用于若所述判断结果为所述多媒体数据经过数字水印加密 处理, 则基于数字水印解密信息, 对所述多媒体数据进行数字水印解密处 理, 还原数字水印加密前的多媒体数据。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的系统, 所述发送装置包括:
编辑模块, 用于编辑一彩信, 所述彩信中包含有需要发送的多媒体数 据;
加密模块, 用于基于保存的数字水印对所述多媒体数据进行数字水印 加密处理;
标识模块, 用于标识所述彩信中包含的多媒体数据经过数字水印加密 处理;
发送模块, 用于发送带有所述标识的彩信。
