联控开关 34设置在移动终端 5上, 联控开关 34连接联控模块 33 , 并控 制联控模块 33动作。 移动终端用户可根据自身需求操控该联控开关 34, 从 而实现对颜色与气味的联动控制。 本发明实施例还釆用摄像头 31与颜色传感器 32, 进行颜色釆集, 使得 本发明可根据环境特征变换颜色、 气味, 从而给移动终端用户带来奇妙的视 觉及嗅觉体验。 且该体验完全自动化, 无须移动终端用户操作, 十分方便。 如图 2所示, 本发明实施例中, 联控模块 33包括存储单元 41、 釆集单 元 42、 对比单元 43及指令单元 44。 各单元连接动作如下: 存储单元 41连接对比单元 43 , 存储单元 41内存储有颜色信息; 釆集单元 42分别连接摄像头 31与对比单元 43 , 釆集单元 42将摄像头 31发送来的信息进行颜色釆集并发送到对比单元 43 ; 对比单元 43分别连接存储单元 41、釆集单元 42与指令单元 44,对比单 元 43将釆集单元 42发送来的颜色信息与存储单元 41里的颜色进行对比,找 到最相近的颜色信息, 并将该颜色信息发送到指令单元 44; 指令单元 44连接对比单元 43、 温控模块 12与香控模块 22, 指令单元 44根据对比单元 43发送来的颜色信息生成控制指令,控制温控模块 12与香 控模块 22动作。 本发明简单方便, 可适宜多种使用人群, 满足不同视觉和听觉需求, 并 满足移动终端用户求新与求变的心理,具有广阔的市场前景,可作批量生产, 并推广使用。 综上所述, 以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的 保护范围, 因此, 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
行颜色和气味等变化, 个性化极强, 操作简单, 且选择面广。 本发明提供的 移动终端具有广阔的市场前景, 可作批量生产, 并推广使用。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种移动终端, 所述移动终端包括: 变色层, 所述变色层设置在移动终端外壳表面, 所述变色层在不同温度 下显示不同颜色; 以及 温控模块, 所述温控模块设置在所述移动终端内, 所述温控模块连接所 述变色层, 所述温控模块为所述变色层供热。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的移动终端, 所述移动终端还包括: 温控开关, 所 述温控开关设置在所述移动终端上, 所述温控开关连接所述温控模块, 并控 制所述温控模块动作。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的移动终端, 所述移动终端还包括: 香源腔,所述香源腔设置在所述移动终端内,所述香源腔内存储有香源; 香控模块, 所述香控模块设置在所述移动终端内, 所述香控模块一端连 通所述香源腔, 另一端连通香源通道; 以及 香源通道, 所述香源通道设置在所述外壳上, 所述香源通道通过所述香 控模块连通所述香源腔。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的移动终端, 所述移动终端还包括: 香控开关, 所 述香控开关设置在所述移动终端上, 所述香控开关连接所述香控模块, 并控 制所述香控模块动作。
5、 如权利要求 1 - 4中任一项所述的移动终端, 所述移动终端还包括: 摄像头, 所述摄像头设置在所述外壳上; 颜色传感器, 所述颜色传感器设置在所述移动终端内, 所述颜色传感器 连接所述摄像头; 联控模块, 所述联控模块设置在所述移动终端内, 所述联控模块一端连 接所述摄像头, 另一端连接所述温控模块和 /或香控模块; 以及 联控开关, 所述联控开关设置在所述移动终端上, 所述联控开关连接所 述联控模块, 并控制所述联控模块动作。
6、如权利要求 1所述的移动终端,其中,所述变色层内包括有热敏材料。
7、如权利要求 3所述的移动终端, 其中, 所述香源通道为设置在所述外 壳表面的微细气孔。
8、 如权利要求 5所述的移动终端, 其中, 所述联控模块包括: 存储单元, 所述存储单元连接对比单元, 所述存储单元内存储有颜色信 息; 釆集单元, 所述釆集单元分别连接所述摄像头与对比单元, 所述釆集单 元将所述摄像头发送来的信息进行颜色釆集并发送到所述对比单元; 对比单元,所述对比单元分别连接所述存储单元、釆集单元与指令单元, 所述对比单元将所述釆集单元发送来的颜色信息与存储单元里的颜色进行对 比, 找到最相近的颜色信息, 并将该颜色信息发送到所述指令单元; 以及 指令单元, 所述指令单元连接所述对比单元、 温控模块与香控模块, 所 述指令单元根据所述对比单元发送来的颜色信息生成控制指令, 控制所述温 控模块与香控模块动作。
