本发明涉及插座领域,特别是一种应用于两极插座的能够实现互锁的保护门。
背景技术
为了提高插座使用的安全性,避免由于误操作或小孩不懂而发生触电的意外事故,多在两极插座插孔下方、插套上方设置保护门,工作时,两电极插头插入插孔,使保护门打开,并同其下方的插套接合,完成正常的电连接。
中国专利文献CN2373908公开一种掀开式插座保护门,其采用翻盖式原理,对其内的插套形成遮盖阻挡来防止触电,但其不能完全防止单极插入造成的触电。
中国专利文献CN2497446公开一种两极插座保护门组件,当单极插入时,保护门使其不能接触插套,可防止单极插入时形成的触电,但其结构复杂,可靠性低,国标GB2099.1-2008中对插座保护门的要求有二:
(1)3×1mm的探针施加20N的推力及φ1mm的探针施加1N的推力均不可触及带电部件;
(2)为防单极插入而设计的保护门应能承受大于75N的单插销插入力。上述保护门结构仍存在着插入力过大造成触电的危险。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新型的两极插座互锁保护门,可形成两极互锁保护,并且具有更好的防单销插入能力。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种两极插座互锁保护门,安装于插孔及插套之间,由相互套合在一起且能够相对滑动的第一滑块和第二滑块组成;第一滑块对应第一插孔具有第一楔块和第一门板;第二滑块对应第二插孔具有第二楔块和第二门板;所述第一门板位于第二楔块下方,所述第二门板位于第一楔块下方;所述第一滑块和第二滑块后端均设有弹性部件。
优选的,所述弹性部件为弹簧。
本发明所述的保护门,对应每个插孔,由楔块和门板构成上下层叠的双层保护门结构,平时靠弹簧弹力使保护门关闭;单销插入时,可以依靠楔面推开楔块,打开上层保护门,位于其下面的门板构成下层保护门,受另一插孔下楔块控制而没有打开,因此单销不能插入插座取电;当二个插销同时插入时,上下层保护门同时打开,可以轻松地正常插入插套,完成正常的电连接;插头拨出时,保护门重新复位关闭。本保护门结构简单,具有互锁功能,单销插入时,门板运动受另一插孔下楔块控制而不能打开,使之具有更强的防单销插入能力。

具体实施方式
如图1-6所示,给出本发明所述两极插座互锁保护门的组成结构示意图,其安装于插座面板3的插孔及插套之间,由相互套合在一起且能够相对滑动的第一滑块1和第二滑块2组成;第一滑块1对应第一插孔具有第一楔块11和第一门板12;第二滑块2对应第二插孔具有第二楔块21和第二门板22;其中第一门板12位于第二楔块21下方,第二门板22位于第一楔块11下方;对于任一个滑块,当插头插入时,可以依靠楔面推动楔块,从而使整个滑块沿垂直于插入方向动作,第一滑块1和第二滑块2后端分别设有弹簧13和弹簧23,可使滑块在插头拔出时恢复至原位。
参照图7,该两极插座互锁保护门的作用原理如下:对应每个插孔,由楔块和门板构成上下层叠的双层保护门结构,平时靠弹簧弹力使保护门关闭;单销插入时,可以依靠楔面推开楔块,打开上层保护门,位于其下面的门板构成下层保护门,受另一插孔下楔块控制而没有打开,因此单销不能插入插座取电;当二个插销同时插入时,上下层保护门同时打开,可以轻松地正常插入插套,完成正常的电连接;插头拨出时,保护门重新复位关闭。
本保护门结构简单,具有互锁功能,单销插入时,门板运动受另一插孔下楔块控制而不能打开,使之具有更强的防单销插入能力。

Claims (2)

  1. 一种两极插座互锁保护门,安装于插孔及插套之间,其特征在于:由相互套合在一起且能够相对滑动的第一滑块(1)和第二滑块(2)组成;第一滑块(1)对应第一插孔具有第一楔块(11)和第一门板(12);第二滑块(2)对应第二插孔具有第二楔块(21)和第二门板(22);所述第一门板(12)位于第二楔块(21)下方,所述第二门板(22)位于第一楔块(11)下方;所述第一滑块(1)和第二滑块(2)后端均设有弹性部件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的两极插座互锁保护门,其特征在于,所述弹性部件为弹簧。
