Abstract
The invention relates to a non-lethal weapon. The electroshock weapon cartridge comprises a casing formed from a dielectric material and comprising accelerating channels, channels for the passage of gases from a pyrotechnic source of energy for the projection of probes during firing to the accelerating channels, projectile shells disposed in said accelerating channels, and a pyrotechnic source of energy for the projection of said shells, which is activated by a low electric potential. The cartridge additionally comprises a channel and a plunger which is capable of advancing along said channel beyond the outer surface of the casing when the shells are fired and capable of being fixed in the advanced position. The multiple-charge electroshock weapon comprises a casing formed from a dielectric material, an electrical power supply source, a voltage transformer, a high-voltage generator, an electrical fuse, a trigger element and cartridges, as described above, with projectile shells. The plunger of the cartridge interacts with cartridge-retaining elements of the weapon in such a way that, during firing, the cartridge is discharged from the weapon.
