Abstract

본 발명은 세퍼레이터 제조 장치에 관한 것으로서, 소정의 폴리머 재료로 제작되는 제 1 섬유로 이루어진 제 1 섬유층과, 소정의 폴리머 재료와 동일한 재료로 제작되는 제 2 섬유로 이루어진 제 2 섬유층이 적층된 구조를 가진 세퍼레이터를 제조하는 세퍼레이터 제조 장치로서, 반송 기구(19)와 장척 시트 반전 기구(15)를 구비하는 장척 시트 반송 장치(10)와, 장척 시트(110)의 한쪽 면에 제 1 섬유층을 형성하는 멜트블로 방사 장치(20)와, 상부 방향 노즐을 이용하여 장척 시트(110)의 한쪽 면에 제 2 섬유층을 형성하는 전계 방사 장치(40)를 구비하고, 멜트블로 방사 장치(20), 장척 시트 반전 기구(15), 전계 방사 장치(40)가 이 순서로 장척 시트의 반송 방향을 따라서 배치되어 있으며, 원하는 성질을 가진 고품질의 세퍼레이터를 드롭렛 현상을 발생시키지 않고 높은 생산성으로 대량 생산하는 것이 가능한 세퍼레이터 제조 장치를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
