Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Verweilzeitsteuerung bei einer katalytischen Umsetzung von feststoffhaltigen Kohlenwasserstoffen in einem Feststoff/Feststoff/Fluidsystem. Dabei ist/sind an einem Reaktor (1) ein Eintritt (8) für mindestens einen Feststoff und/oder einen Eintritt (12) für mindestens ein Fluid und/oder ein Austritt (13) für mindestens einen Feststoff und/oder ein Austritt (15) für mindestens ein Fluid, ohne Umbau des Reaktors (1), durch Translationsbewegung und/oder Rotationsbewegung (32) am Reaktor (1) verstellbar ausgebildet hinsichtlich der Position des Eintritts (8, 12) und/oder des Austritts (13, 15) zur Freigabe von unterschiedlich langen Wegen und/oder Wegrichtungen für den Feststoff/das Fluid innerhalb des Reaktors (1). Ebenso betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Verweilzeitsteuerung bei einer katalytischen Umsetzung von feststoffhaltigen Kohlenwasserstoffen, bei dem unter Nutzung einer oben beschriebenen erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung über Translationsbewegungen und/oder Rotationsbewegungen (32) eine Steuerung der Verweilzeit des Feststoff/Feststoff/Fluidsystems in einem Reaktor (1) erfolgt. Insbesondere eignet sich das Verfahren zur Verweilzeitsteuerung bei der katalytischen Umsetzung von Braunkohle.
