图 2是才艮据本发明实施例 1的在终端上实现手机电视互动购物的方法流程 图; 图 3是 居本发明实施例 2的终端的结构框图; 图 4是 居本发明实施例 2的终端的结构示意图; 图 5 是根据本发明实施例 3 的终端电视业务中的信息显示系统的结构框 图。 具体实施方式 下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 需要说明的是, 在不 冲突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。 本发明实施例中的终端具有播放电视节目和上网功能, 基于此, 提供了一 种终端电视业务中的信息显示方法、 终端和系统, 使用户能够与电视节目内容 进行更多的互动。 实施例 1 本实施例提供了一种终端电视业务中的信息显示方法, 其中, 该终端可以 是具有播放电视节目和上网功能的各种终端, 例如手机等。 参见图 1 , 该方法 包括以下步 4聚 (步 4聚 S 102-步 4聚 S 110 ): 步骤 S 102, 终端在播放电视节目的过程中, 接收用户点触屏幕的消息; 本实施例在播放电视节目时, 用户可以点触当前节目画面上自己感兴趣的 某个物品, 此时, 终端将会接收到用户点触屏幕的消息。 该消息包含有 X、 Y 坐标信息, 从该消息中可以获取点触点的坐标。 步骤 S 104,该终端才艮据上述消息获取用户点触屏幕的位置坐标和当前的画 面数据; 本实施例在获取当前的画面数据时, 可以釆用截展的方式获取。 步骤 S 106, 该终端釆用图像识别技术, 对上述位置坐标和画面数据进行图 像识别确定用户点触的图像; 步骤 S 108, 该终端查询上述图像对应的标识信息, 将该标识信息发送给网 络侧管理平台; 为了便于查询标识信息, 可以预先在该终端上设置一个图像数据库, 该图 像数据库中包括图像和图像的类型,该类型指图像对应物品的名称等;基于此, 终端查询上述标识信息包括: 终端在该图像数据库中查询上述图像的类型。 为 了便于网络侧查询到图像对应的关联信息, 优选地, 上述终端发送给网络侧管 理平台的标识信息除了包括上述图像的类型外, 还可以包括播放电视节目的频 道。 本实施例在实现时, 终端可以将上述标识信息通过互动请求消息发送给网 络侧管理平台。 网络侧管理平台接收到上述标识信息后, 查询该标识信息对应 的图像的关联信息,并将图像的关联信息反馈给终端。该图像的关联信息包括: 图像的购物链接网址和 /或图像的物品简介。网络侧管理平台在反馈上述关联信 息时, 可以通过互动响应消息发送给终端。 为了便于网络侧管理平台能够及时地根据上述标识信息查找到图像的关 联信息, 在网络侧管理平台上设置有一个数据库, 该终端可以周期性地将上述 图像数据库与网络侧管理平台进行同步, 使图像数据库与网络侧管理平台上的 图像数据信息一致, 为使终端和网络侧管理平台上图像的类型保持一致, 即对 于同一个图像, 使用相同的标识表示。 步骤 S 110,该终端接收网络侧管理平台根据上述标识信息反馈的图像的关 联信息, 显示该关联信息。 用户 居终端显示的关联信息可以进行后续操作, 例如, 当关联信息为购 物链接网址时, 用户可以直接点触该购物链接网址, 此时终端接收到用户点触 屏幕的消息后, 居该消息确定点触的位置坐标, 并才艮据确定的位置坐标确定 jt匕用户当前点触的不是电视画面区 i或, 而是购物链接网址, 则与该网址建立连 接, 进入此物品的购物网页, 供用户进行网上购物操作。 为了不影响用户观看电视节目, 本实施例在显示上述关联信息时, 可以在 指定的区域显示, 例如, 在屏幕的最下方或最上方显示。 本实施例的终端在播放电视节目的过程中, 通过釆用图像识别技术, 将识 别的图像的标识信息提供给网络侧, 使用户能够得到该图像的关联信息, 增强 了用户与电视节目内容的互动性, 方便用户的使用, 提高了用户在终端上实现 电视业务的满意度。 利用本实施例的终端,可以在观看电视节目的过程中, 实现互动购物功能。 例如, 终端以手机为例, 手机电视节目播放过程中, 用户点击节目画面上的某 一个物品, 通过上述方法, 屏幕上立即出现购物链接, 用户点击购物链接即进 入网上购物中心的对应页面, 可以查看详情或选择购买。 譬如, 用户在收看某 个电视剧或者观赏 T台模特秀, 发现里面某个人戴的帽子很漂亮, 希望购买, 于是点击帽子, 屏幕下面立即出现购物链接, 可以点击进入和选择购买。 下面举例说明在终端上实现手机电视互动购物的方法, 参见图 2, 该方法 包括以下步 4聚: 步骤 S201 , 在播放手机电视节目过程中, 接收到用户点触屏幕的消息, 获 取点触位置的坐标信息。 步骤 S202, 判断点触位置, 如果点中购物链接, 转至步骤 S209, 调用浏 览器打开对应购物网页, 供用户查看详情和选择是否购买; 如果点触在电视画 面区 i或里面, 执行步 4聚 S203。 步骤 S203 , 截屏获取用户点触的画面数据信息, 才艮据点触位置的坐标和截 到的画面数据信息进行图像识别, 识别出画面里包含该坐标点的图像。 步骤 S204 , 通过检索图像数据库, 判断识别出来的图像是否为有效图像, 如果无效, 结束本次互动; 如果有效, 执行步 4聚 S205。 步骤 S205 , 将图像信息(即上述标识信息)连同频道等信息组成互动请求 消息, 发送给手机电视互动购物管理平台 (即上述网络侧管理平台)。 步骤 S206,接收来自手机电视互动购物管理平台的互动响应消息, 从该响 应消息中获取物品信息, 包括购物链接网址,还可以包括物品简介等相关信息。 步骤 S207,判断获取到的物品信息里是否包括购物链接网址,如果不包括, 结束本次互动; 如果包括, 执行步 4聚 S208。 步骤 S208 , 将购物链接网址等物品信息显示在手机终端展幕上。 步骤 S209, 调用浏览器打开对应购物网页, 供用户查看详情和选择是否购 买。 本实施例在不影响用户观看手机电视节目的同时, 可以为用户提供了即时 购物的互动业务功能, 改变了被动单向接收电视节目的单调性, 突破了投票、 评论等互动应用的简单性, 充分发挥了手机终端的双向交互能力, 拓展了手机 电视的用户体验和吸引力, 可以提高用户对手机电视的使用频率。 同时, 该功 能是手机电视与电子商务的结合, 能够为广大网络商户带来收益, 也能够为运 营商带来可观的增值利润。 实施例 2 本实施例提供了一种终端, 该终端可以是移动终端, 例如手机, 也可以是 具有播放电视节目与上网功能的其它设备, 参见图 3 , 该终端包括: 触摸控制 模块 31 , 图像处理模块 32 , 查询模块 33 , 发送模块 34和接收与显示模块 35。 下面对其进行说明。 触摸控制模块 31 , 设置为在播放电视节目的过程中, 接收用户点触屏幕的 消息; 根据该消息获取用户点触屏幕的位置坐标和当前的画面数据; 例如, 釆 用截屏方式获取当前的画面数据; 本实施例在播放电视节目时, 用户可以点触当前节目画面上自己感兴趣的 某个物品, 此时, 终端将会接收到用户点触屏幕的消息。 图像处理模块 32 , 与触摸控制模块 31相连, 设置为釆用图像识别技术, 对触摸控制模块 31 获取的位置坐标和画面数据进行图像识别, 确定用户点触 的图像; 查询模块 33 , 与图像处理模块 32相连, 设置为查询图像处理模块 32确定 的图像对应的标识信息; 为了便于查询标识信息, 可以预先在该终端上设置一个图像数据库, 该图 像数据库中包括图像和图像的类型,该类型指图像对应物品的名称等;基于此, 该终端还包括: 图像数据库, 设置为存储图像和图像的类型; 相应地, 查询模 块 33 查询的标识信息包括: 图像的类型和播放电视节目的频道, 相应地, 查 询模块 33 包括: 查询单元, 设置为在该图像数据库中查询图像的类型。 本实 施例为了便于网络侧查询到图像对应的关联信息, 优选地, 上述标识信息除了 包括上述图像的类型外, 还可以包括播放电视节目的频道。 发送模块 34 , 与查询模块 33相连, 设置为将查询模块 33查到的标识信息 发送给网络侧管理平台; 本实施例在实现时, 终端可以将上述标识信息通过互动请求消息发送给网 络侧管理平台。 网络侧管理平台接收到上述标识信息后, 查询该标识信息对应 的图像的关联信息,并将图像的关联信息反馈给终端。该图像的关联信息包括: 图像的购物链接网址和 /或图像的物品简介。网络侧管理平台在反馈上述关联信 息时, 可以通过互动响应消息发送给该终端。 为了便于网络侧管理平台能够及时地根据上述标识信息查找到图像的关 联信息, 在网络侧管理平台上设置有一个数据库, 该终端可以周期性地将上述 图像数据库与网络侧管理平台进行同步, 使图像数据库与网络侧管理平台上图 像的类型一致, 即同一个图像对应相同的图像类型; 接收与显示模块 35 , 与发送模块 34相连, 设置为接收网络侧管理平台根 据标识信息反馈的图像的关联信息, 显示关联信息。 本实施例的终端在播放电视节目的过程中, 通过釆用图像识别技术, 将识 别的图像的标识信息提供给网络侧, 使用户能够得到该图像的关联信息, 增强 了用户与电视节目内容的互动性, 方便用户的使用, 提高了用户在终端上实现 电视业务的满意度。 另外, 上述终端在实现时, 各个模块的划分也可以釆用其他方式, 例如, 将上述终端中的发送模块 34和接收与显示模块 35中的接收功能设置在一个收 发模块中。 参见图 4的终端结构示意图, 该终端可以为手机, 包括: 数据收发 模块、 显示模块、 触摸控制模块、 截屏模块、 图像处理模块、 图像数据库, 各 个模块的功能如下: 数据收发模块, 设置为接收手机电视节目数据进行播放; 接收图像处理模 块发送来的图像信息, 连同频道信息一起发送给网络侧手机电视互动购物管理 平台; 接收手机电视互动购物管理平台 (相当于上述网络侧管理平台)发送的 互动响应消息, 该消息携带上述图像的关联信息, 例如: 购物链接网址, 并将 该关联信息发送给显示模块。 手机电视互动购物管理平台发送来的互动响应消息里的内容, 除了购物链 接网址, 还可以带有物品简介等信息。 显示模块, 设置为显示手机电视节目内容, 显示上述关联信息, 例如购物 链接网址, 或者物品简介等信息。 触摸控制模块, 设置为响应用户点触屏幕操作, 判断是否点中购物链接, 是否点在电视画面区域里面; 如果点中购物链接, 则调用浏览器打开对应购物 网页, 如果点在电视画面区域里面, 则把点触位置的坐标信息发送给图像处理 模块, 同时通知截屏模块。 截屏模块, 设置为接收触摸控制模块发送来的坐标信息, 对当前电视画面 进行截屏处理, 把截到的画面的数据信息发送给图像处理模块。 图像处理模块, 设置为接收上述坐标信息和画面的数据信息, 利用图像识 别技术来识别出画面里包含该坐标点的图像, 然后检索图像数据库, 得到该图 像的标识信息, 例如图像的类型等信息, 把检索结果发送给数据收发模块。 图像数据库, 设置为存储图像数据信息, 供图像处理模块检索和对比以确 定用户点击图像的类型等信息。 此图像数据库可以定期与手机电视互动购物管理平台进行同步, 使两边在 图像数据信息上达成一致, 以便于手机电视互动购物管理平台收到图像信息后 能够顺利找到该图像对应的物品及其购物链接等信息。 用户通过点击上述关联信息中的购物链接, 即可实现网上购物操作。 本实施例的终端通过上述模块扩展了用户与电视节目内容的互动功能, 解 决了终端 (例如, 手机) 电视业务的局限性问题, 方便了用户操作, 并未运营 商带来了增值业务。 实施例 3 本实施例提供了一种终端电视业务中的信息显示系统, 参见图 5 , 该系统 包括实施例 2中的终端 30 , 还包括: 网络侧管理平台 50; 其中, 终端 30上各 个模块的功能这里不再赞述, 网络侧管理平台 50包括: 接收模块 52 , 设置为接收终端 30发送的标识信息; 查询与反馈模块 54 , 与接收模块 52相连, 设置为查询接收模块 52接收的 标识信息对应的图像的关联信息, 并将该图像的关联信息反馈给终端 30。 本系统可以应用在上述实施例 1中, 应用流程这里不再详述。 本实施例的系统通过终端与网络侧管理平台间的交互, 在不影响用户观看 手机电视节目的同时, 可以为用户提供了即时购物的互动业务功能, 解决了终 端 (例如, 手机) 电视业务的局限性问题, 方便了用户操作, 并未运营商带来 了增值业务。 从以上的描述中可以看出, 本发明实施例在不影响用户观看手机电视节目 的同时, 可以为用户提供了即时购物的互动业务功能, 改变了被动单向接收电 视节目的单调性, 突破了投票、 评论等互动应用的简单性, 充分发挥了手机终 端的双向交互能力, 拓展了手机电视的用户体验和吸引力, 可以提高用户对手 机电视的使用频率。 同时, 该功能是手机电视与电子商务的结合, 能够为广大 网络商户带来收益, 也能够为运营商带来可观的增值利润。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以 用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多 个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码 来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并且在某些 情况下, 可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者将它们分别 制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电 路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领 域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的 ^"神和原则 之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之 内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种终端电视业务中的信息显示方法, 包括:
终端在播放电视节目的过程中, 接收用户点触屏幕的消息; 所述终端才艮据所述消息获取所述用户点触屏幕的位置坐标和当前的 画面数据;
所述终端釆用图像识别技术, 对所述位置坐标和画面数据进行图像 识别确定所述用户点触的图像;
所述终端查询所述图像对应的标识信息, 将所述标识信息发送给网 络侧管理平台;
所述终端接收所述网络侧管理平台根据所述标识信息反馈的所述图 像的关联信息, 显示所述关联信息。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述标识信息包括所述图像的类型 和播放所述电视节目的频道。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述终端上设置有图像数据库, 所 述图像数据库包括图像和所述图像的类型;
所述终端查询所述图像对应的标识信息包括: 所述终端在所述图像 数据库中查询所述图像的类型。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 所述方法还包括: 所述终端周期性 地将所述图像数据库与所述网络侧管理平台进行同步, 使所述图像数据 库与所述网络侧管理平台上的所述图像的类型一致。
5. 才艮据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述终端将所述标识信息发送给网 络侧管理平台之后, 所述方法还包括:
所述网络侧管理平台接收到所述标识信息后, 查询所述标识信息对 应的图像的关联信息, 并将所述图像的关联信息反馈给所述终端。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述图像的关联信息包括: 所述图 像的购物链接网址和 /或所述图像的物品简介。
7. —种终端, 包括: 触摸控制模块, 设置为在播放电视节目的过程中, 接收用户点触屏 幕的消息; 才艮据所述消息获取所述用户点触屏幕的位置坐标和当前的画 面数据;
图像处理模块, 设置为釆用图像识别技术, 对所述触摸控制模块获 取的所述位置坐标和画面数据进行图像识别,确定所述用户点触的图像; 查询模块, 设置为查询所述图像处理模块确定的所述图像对应的标 识信息; 发送模块, 设置为将所述查询模块查到的所述标识信息发送给 网络侧管理平台;
接收与显示模块, 设置为接收所述网络侧管理平台根据所述标识信 息反馈的所述图像的关联信息, 显示所述关联信息。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的终端, 其中,
所述终端还包括: 图像数据库, 设置为存储图像和图像的类型; 所述查询模块查询的标识信息包括: 所述图像的类型和播放所述电 视节目的频道, 所述查询模块包括: 查询单元, 设置为在所述图像数据 库中查询所述图像的类型。
9. 才艮据权利要求 7所述的终端, 其中, 所述终端为移动终端。
10. —种终端电视业务中的信息显示系统, 其中, 包括权利要求 7至 9任一 项所述的终端, 还包括: 所述网络侧管理平台;
所述网络侧管理平台包括:
接收模块, 设置为接收所述终端发送的所述标识信息; 查询与反馈模块, 设置为查询所述接收模块接收的所述标识信息对 应的图像的关联信息, 并将所述图像的关联信息反馈给所述终端。
