Abstract

The invention relates to an ergonomic shoe having a heel height that is 15-33% of the length of the foot and presenting a bend in the weight-bearing sole in the sagittal cross-section, wherein the shoe is designed so that the heel portion of the sole is provided with an outer incline and has a forward incline of less than 40 degrees, and the heel is offset outwards (laterally) relative to the centre of the heel of the foot. The technical result is that of providing an optimum distribution of the load on the foot.
