为了减少座便器用水,目前已有多种节水座便器,例如利用水雾冲洗的座便器,还有利用气洁并辅助冲水清洁的座便器(例如利用负压方式冲洗的座便器),然而这些座便器的用水量仍然较大,而且冲洗清洁效果不太理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种清洁效果良好的新型座便器。
本发明提供的新型座便器,包括座便器座、搅拌装置,所述搅拌装置具有搅拌腔体,所述搅拌装置位于所述座便器的下部,所述搅拌腔体与所述座便器相连通,所述搅拌装置的下部具有与所述搅拌腔体相连通的排泄口,所述排泄口上设置有控制所述排泄口启闭的闭合装置,所述搅拌腔体内设置有搅拌器,所述搅拌腔体内还设置有为所述搅拌器提供动力的电机,所述新型座便器还包括用于控制所述电机工作的控制器。
优选地,所述闭合装置包括一段与所述排泄口的口径相一致的管段,所述管段的两端都为敞口,所述管段连接有用于升降所述管段且受所述控制器控制的升降结构。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明进行进一步说明。
如图 1 所示,该新型座便器 100 包括座便器座 101 、旋转通道结构 102 、搅拌装置 103 、控制器 105 、冲洗装置 106 以及管路 108a 和 108b 。所述旋转通道结构 102 和所述搅拌装置 103 位于所述座便器座 101 的下部,所述搅拌装置 103 具有搅拌腔体,所述搅拌腔体通过所述旋转通道结构 102 与所述座便器座 101 相连通。所述控制器 105 用于控制所述旋转通道结构 102 和搅拌装置 103 的工作,通过下面的结构描述和工作原理说明。

如图 1 所示,所述座便器还设置有可活动盖体 109 。当使用者如厕完毕准备进行冲洗或搅拌时,通过操纵控制器 105, 使得活动盖体 109 伸出以覆盖座便器座 101 ,从而密封住座便器座 101 ,在座便器内部形成密封空间进行冲洗搅拌,以防止异味扩散。由于座便器的后部较窄,因此这里的活动盖体 109 采用双层结构,在伸出时相互交叠开以延伸面积,从而将整个座便器座的上开口封住。当然,本领域技术人员可以理解的是,还可以采用其他本领域或公知的密封形式,也可以对其开启收回单独设置控制按钮,主要能够实现相应功能即可。
如图 2 所述,所述旋转通道结构包括通道管 201 和受所述控制器控制的传动结构,所述传动结构包括旋转电机 202 和传动带,所述通道管 201 的上端用于连接所述座便器 100 的下部。所述通道管 201 的下端设置有受所述控制器控制的可启闭下端盖 203 。所述通道管 201 的上端设置有受所述控制器控制的可启闭上端盖(图中未示)。

所述搅拌腔体上部连通所述座便器 100 的部位设置有一块活动板 304 ,所述活动板 304 连接有受所述控制器 105 控制的动力拉动装置,所述动力拉动装置为包括第二电磁铁 311 和复位弹簧 305 的电磁动力拉动装置。

可选地,并不需要每次搅拌后都需排出搅拌物,可以在盛放搅拌物的容器内设置一容量传感器,在达到一定容量后才需排出。例如可以设置为每周排出一次。

  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的新型座便器,其特征在于,所述闭合装置包括一段与所述排泄口的口径相一致的管段,所述管段的两端都为敞口,所述管段连接有用于升降所述管段且受所述控制器控制的升降结构。
  3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的新型座便器,其特征在于,所述升降结构为电磁动力杠杆结构。
  4. 根据权利要求 1 所述的新型座便器,其特征在于,所述搅拌腔体上部连通所述座便器的部位设置有一块活动板,所述活动板连接有受所述控制器控制的动力拉动装置。
