本发明公开了一种手机及其接收信息处理方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:判断当前处理的接收信息是否来自于所述手机的副用户识别卡,并判断所述副用户识别卡是否被锁定;若所述接收信息来自于所述手机的副用户识别卡,且所述副用户识别卡被锁定,则等待用户选择是否通过所述手机的主用户识别卡处理所述接收信息;若用户的选择为通过所述手机的主用户识别卡处理所述接收信息,则通过所述主用户识别卡对所述接收信息进行处理。在手机中的副SIM卡被锁定,且需要对副SIM卡上的短消息进行回复或者转发时,本发明可以通过主SIM卡对来自副SIM卡的接收信息进行及时的处理,极大的方便了用户的使用。

Description

一种手机及其接收信息处理方法
【技术领域】
本发明属于通信领域,尤其涉及一种手机及其接收信息处理方法。
【背景技术】
随着移动终端技术的不断发展,用户对移动终端功能的要求也越来越多。
以手机为例,运营商一般都集团采购手机,而且通常通过SIMLock技术,限制用户在使用设备的时候插入其他运营商的用户识别卡(Subscriber Identity Module,SIM)卡,譬如移动运营商定制的手机,不允许联通的SIM卡插入使用。
在双卡双待和多卡多待技术出现后,运营商市场对该技术的有效使用缺乏深入灵活的理解。目前对手机内功能的控制的做法,全部基于标准的3GPP/3GPP2的SIMLock规范,对手机内的一切资源使用采用一刀切的方法,即要么所有功能都能被用户使用,要么只开启拨打紧急通话的功能。
显然,上述方法给用户的使用带来极大的不便,尤其是需要对副SIM卡上的短消息进行回复或者转发时,往往会由于副SIM被锁定,使得不能及时的对接收信息进行处理,极大地影响了用户的使用。
【发明内容】
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种手机及其接收信息处理方法,即使手机中的副SIM卡被锁定,也能够及时地对来自副SIM卡的接收信息及时的进行处理。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种手机,该手机包括标识读取模块、主副卡判定模块、判断模块、选择模块以及接收信息处理模块。标识读取模块用于逐个读取该手机内用户识别卡的标识。主副卡判定模块用于判断用户识别卡的标识是否存在于预存的许可代码列表中。若用户识别卡的标识存在于预存的许可代码列表中,则判定该用户识别码卡为主用户识别卡。若用户识别卡的标识存不在于预存的许可代码列表中,则判定该用户识别码卡为副用户识别卡。判断模块判断正在处理的短信息是否来自于该手机的副用户识别卡,并判断该副用户识别卡是否被锁定。选择模块用于在该短信息来自于该手机的副用户识别卡,且该副用户识别卡被锁定时,则提示用户,由用户选择是否通过该手机的主用户识别卡处理该短信息。接收信息处理模块,用于在用户选择通过该手机的主用户识别卡处理该短信息,通过该主用户识别卡对该短信息进行处理。
其中,该判断模块具体包括目标地址获取模块以及对比模块。目标地址获取模块用于获取该接收信息中包含的目标地址。对比模块用于将该目标地址与该主用户识别卡的地址信息进行对比,若不一致,则判定该接收信息来自于该副用户识别卡。
其中,该接收信息处理模块,还用于将正在进行处理的信息的目标服务器地址设置为该主用户识别卡的目标服务器地址。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种手机的接收信息处理方法,该方法包括以下步骤:判断当前处理的接收信息是否来自于该手机的副用户识别卡,并判断该副用户识别卡是否被锁定;若该接收信息来自于该手机的副用户识别卡,且该副用户识别卡被锁定,则提示用户,由用户选择是否通过该手机的主用户识别卡处理该接收信息;若用户选择通过该手机的主用户识别卡处理该接收信息,则通过该主用户识别卡对该接收信息进行处理。
其中,判断接收信息是否来自于该手机的副用户识别卡的步骤具体包括:获取该接收信息中包含的目标地址;将该目标地址与该主用户识别卡的地址信息进行对比,若不一致,则判定该接收信息来自于该副用户识别卡。
其中,通过该主用户识别卡对该接收信息进行处理时,将正在进行处理的信息的目标服务器地址设置为该主用户识别卡的目标服务器地址。
其中,在判断接收信息是否来自于该手机的副用户识别卡之前,该方法还包括以下步骤:逐个读取该手机内用户识别卡的标识,并判断用户识别卡的标识是否存在于预存的许可代码列表中;若用户识别卡的标识存在于预存的许可代码列表中,则判定该用户识别码卡为主用户识别卡;若用户识别卡的标识存不在于预存的许可代码列表中,则判定该用户识别码卡为副用户识别卡。
其中,该接收信息为短消息。

其中,该判断模块具体包括目标地址获取模块以及对比模块。目标地址获取模块用于获取该接收信息中包含的目标地址。对比模块用于将该目标地址与该主用户识别卡的地址信息进行对比,若不一致,则判定该接收信息来自于该副用户识别卡。
其中,该接收信息处理模块,还用于将正在进行处理的信息的目标服务器地址设置为该主用户识别卡的目标服务器地址。
其中,该手机还包括标识读取模块及主副卡判定模块。标识读取模块用于逐个读取该手机内用户识别卡的标识。主副卡判定模块用于判断用户识别卡的标识是否存在于预存的许可代码列表中:若用户识别卡的标识存在于预存的许可代码列表中,则判定该用户识别码卡为主用户识别卡;若用户识别卡的标识存不在于预存的许可代码列表中,则判定该用户识别码卡为副用户识别卡。

通过上述实施例,在手机中的副SIM卡被锁定,且需要对副SIM卡上的短消息进行回复或者转发时,本发明可以通过该主SIM卡对来自该副SIM卡的接收信息进行及时的处理,极大地方便用户的使用。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图1示出了本发明实施例提供的判定主SIM卡和副SIM卡的流程。
在步骤S101中,逐个读取手机内各个SIM卡的标识,并判断SIM卡的标识是否存在于预存的许可代码列表中,若是,则进行步骤S102,否则进行步骤S103。
在步骤S102中,判定该用户识别码卡为主SIM卡。
在步骤S103中,判定该用户识别码卡为副SIM卡,对该卡进行功能限制。
在具体实施过程中,本发明主要是通过获取各个SIM卡的移动网络码(Mobile Network Code,MNC)和移动国家码(Mobile Country Code,MCC),然后判断各个SIM卡的MNC和MCC是否存在于许可代码列表中。当然也可以验证SIM卡其他的标识,此处不一一列举。
当然,如果手机内所有SIM卡都验证完毕,且不存在任何主SIM卡,则执行国际标准的SIM操作,也即将手机锁定,除紧急电话(SOS)功能之外的功能全被禁止,直到用户输入解锁码为止。
图2示出了本发明实施例提供的手机的接收信息处理方法的流程。
在步骤S201中,判断正在处理的接收信息是否来自于手机的副SIM卡,若是则进行步骤S202,否则按照一般流程进行处理。
在具体实施过程中,首先获取接收信息中包含的目标地址,将目标地址与主SIM卡的地址信息进行对比,若不一致,则判定信息来自于手机的副SIM卡。
当然,也可以将接收信息中包含的目标地址与副SIM卡的地址进行对比,此处不一一列举。
在步骤S202中,判断副SIM卡是否被锁定,若是则进行步骤S203,否则按照一般流程进行处理。
当然,在具体实施过程中,步骤S201和步骤S202可同时进行,也可先进行步骤S202,再进行步骤S201。
在步骤S203中,提示用户,由用户选择是否通过主SIM卡对所述接收信息进行处理,若用户选择是,则进行步骤S204,若用户选择否,则按照一般流程进行处理。
在步骤S204中,通过主SIM卡对接收信息进行处理。
在具体实施过程中,本发明将正在进行处理的接收信息的目标服务器地址设置为主SIM卡的目标服务器地址。譬如在通过主SIM卡将来自于副SIM卡的短消息进行回复时,将正在进行回复编辑的短消息的目标服务器地址设为主SIM卡的目标服务器地址,即将短消息参数中的TS-SC(Service Center Address)赋值为主SIM卡的短消息服务中心(Short Message Service Center, SMSC)值。
优选的,所述接收信息为短消息。
通过上述实施例,在手机中的副SIM卡被锁定,且需要对副SIM卡上的短消息进行回复或者转发时,本发明可以通过所述主SIM卡对来自所述副SIM卡的接收信息进行及时的处理,极大的方便了用户的使用。
图3示出了本发明实施例提供的手机的结构。
其中,标识读取模块31逐个读取所述手机内SIM卡的标识;
主副卡判定模块32对标识读取模块31读取的SIM卡的标识进行判定,判断SIM卡的标识是否存在于预存的许可代码列表中,若SIM卡的标识存在于预存的许可代码列表中,则判定该SIM卡为主SIM卡;若SIM卡的标识不存在于预存的许可代码列表中,则判定该SIM卡为副SIM卡。
在有需要处理的接收信息时,判断模块33判断需要处理的接收信息是否来自于副SIM卡,若是,判断模块33继续判断该副SIM卡是否被锁定。
若判断模块33判断需要处理的接收信息来自于副SIM卡,且该副SIM卡被锁定,选择模块34提示用户,由用户选择是否通过所述手机的主SIM卡对所述接收信息进行处理。
在用户选择通过所述手机的主SIM卡显示所述信息时,接收信息处理模块35通过所述主SIM卡显示所述信息。
在具体实施过程中,所述接收信息处理模块35将正在处理的接收信息的目标服务器地址设置为所述主SIM卡的地址,当然也可以通过其它的方式处理所述接收信息,此处不一一列举。
更优的,所述判断模块33具体包括目标地址获取模块331以及对比模块332,目标地址获取模块331获取所述信息中包含的目标地址,对比模块332将所述目标地址与所述主SIM卡的地址信息(如MSISDN)进行对比,若不一致,则判定所述信息来自于所述副SIM卡。
优选的,所述接收信息为短消息。
通过上述实施例,在手机中的副SIM卡被锁定,且需要对副SIM卡上的短消息进行回复或者转发时,本发明可以通过所述主SIM卡对来自所述副SIM卡的接收信息进行及时的处理,极大的方便了用户的使用。

    标识读取模块,用于逐个读取所述手机内用户识别卡的标识;
    主副卡判定模块,用于判断用户识别卡的标识是否存在于预存的许可代码列表中:若用户识别卡的标识存在于预存的许可代码列表中,则判定该用户识别码卡为主用户识别卡;若用户识别卡的标识存不在于预存的许可代码列表中,则判定该用户识别码卡为副用户识别卡;
    判断模块,判断正在处理的短信息是否来自于所述手机的副用户识别卡,并判断所述副用户识别卡是否被锁定;
    选择模块,用于在所述短信息来自于所述手机的副用户识别卡,且所述副用户识别卡被锁定时,则提示用户,由用户选择是否通过所述手机的主用户识别卡处理所述短信息;
    接收信息处理模块,用于在用户选择通过所述手机的主用户识别卡处理所述短信息,通过所述主用户识别卡对所述短信息进行处理。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的手机,其特征在于,所述判断模块具体包括:
    目标地址获取模块,用于获取所述短信息中包含的目标地址;
    对比模块,用于将所述目标地址与所述主用户识别卡的地址信息进行对比,若不一致,则判定所述短信息来自于所述副用户识别卡。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的手机,其特征在于,所述接收信息处理模块,还用于将正在进行处理的信息的目标服务器地址设置为所述主用户识别卡的目标服务器地址。
  4. 一种手机的接收信息处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    判断当前处理的接收信息是否来自于所述手机的副用户识别卡,并判断所述副用户识别卡是否被锁定;
    若所述接收信息来自于所述手机的副用户识别卡,且所述副用户识别卡被锁定,则等待是否通过所述手机的主用户识别卡处理所述接收信息的用户选择;
    若用户的选择为通过所述手机的主用户识别卡处理所述接收信息,则通过所述主用户识别卡对所述接收信息进行处理。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的手机的接收信息处理方法,其特征在于,判断接收信息是否来自于所述手机的副用户识别卡的步骤具体包括:
    获取所述接收信息中包含的目标地址;
    将所述目标地址与所述主用户识别卡的地址信息进行对比,若不一致,则判定所述接收信息来自于所述副用户识别卡。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的手机的接收信息处理方法,其特征在于,通过所述主用户识别卡对所述接收信息进行处理的步骤包括:
    将正在进行处理的接收信息的目标服务器地址设置为所述主用户识别卡的目标服务器地址。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的手机的接收信息处理方法,其特征在于,在判断接收信息是否来自于所述手机的副用户识别卡的步骤之前,所述方法还包括以下步骤:
    逐个读取所述手机内用户识别卡的标识,并判断用户识别卡的标识是否存在于预存的许可代码列表中;
    若用户识别卡的标识存在于预存的许可代码列表中,则判定该用户识别码卡为主用户识别卡;
    若用户识别卡的标识存不在于预存的许可代码列表中,则判定该用户识别码卡为副用户识别卡。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的手机的接收信息处理方法,其特征在于,所述接收信息为短消息。
  9. 一种手机,其特征在于,所述手机包括:
    判断模块,判断正在处理的接收信息是否来自于所述手机的副用户识别卡,并判断所述副用户识别卡是否被锁定;
    选择模块,用于在所述接收信息来自于所述手机的副用户识别卡,且所述副用户识别卡被锁定时,则提示用户,由用户选择是否通过所述手机的主用户识别卡处理所 述接收信息;
    接收信息处理模块,用于在用户选择通过所述手机的主用户识别卡处理所述接收信息,通过所述主用户识别卡对所述接收信息进行处理。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的手机,其特征在于,所述判断模块具体包括:
    目标地址获取模块,用于获取所述接收信息中包含的目标地址;
    对比模块,用于将所述目标地址与所述主用户识别卡的地址信息进行对比,若不一致,则判定所述接收信息来自于所述副用户识别卡。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的手机,其特征在于,所述接收信息处理模块,还用于将正在进行处理的信息的目标服务器地址设置为所述主用户识别卡的目标服务器地址。
  12. 如权利要求9所述的手机,其特征在于,所述手机还包括:
    标识读取模块,用于逐个读取所述手机内用户识别卡的标识;
    主副卡判定模块,用于判断用户识别卡的标识是否存在于预存的许可代码列表中:若用户识别卡的标识存在于预存的许可代码列表中,则判定该用户识别码卡为主用 户识别卡;若用户识别卡的标识存不在于预存的许可代码列表中,则判定该用户识别码卡为副用户识别卡。
  13. 如权利要求9所述的手机,其特征在于,所述接收信息为短消息。
