L'invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique sous forme de granulés contenant a) 60 - 96 % en poids de sucres ou d'alcools de sucre non filmogènes, b) 1 - 10 % en poids de sucres ou d'alcools de sucre filmogènes, c) 3 - 25 % en poids d'un délitant, d) 0 - 10 % en poids de polymères filmogènes insolubles dans l'eau, e) 0 - 15 % en poids d'autres adjuvants pharmaceutiquement courants, la somme totale des composants a) à e) étant égale à 100 %.
